One Big Bun gave Li Yi a soldier’s salute before rubbing his hands and chuckling as he sat cross-legged across Li Yi.

Though One Big Bun was not as smart as Autumn Love, he had already realized that unless Li Yi needed him, he would not have called him over.
Li Yi took out all seven hundred or so Holy Equipnt he gathered and poured them onto the ground.
Before Li Yi had even spoken, One Big Bun’s eyes twinkled as he rushed ahead to play with the items. He had fully devoted himself to the joy of decomposing items.
Within a ga, there were those who liked to PK, those who liked to craft, those who liked to adventure, and those who liked to dig for treasure. However, One Big Bun did not belong to any of those categories; he was a category of his own as one of his favorite pastis was to decompose items.
Since the beginning of the ga, One Big Bun had always equipped cloth armor. This was not because he did not buy any equipnt. Instead, it was because of his inability to suppress his desire to decompose items. At most, the equipnt on him would only last for three days before he decomposed them...
Does he get a high from decomposing items? Li Yi did not know, but when he saw Big Bun’s gleaming eyes and his devotion that enabled him to reach the state of ’n and Decomposition’, he knew that there was sothing that attracted Big Bun to it.

One Big Bun did not even raise his head. "Decomposing good equipnt feels insanely good, but not white equipnt."
A red flash flickered in and out of the room as one by one, equipnt was decomposed into materials. However, due to the difference in the quality of equipnt, the materials that ca out included both bad ones and good ones.
The most common white equipnt could be decomposed into two common materials, Low-level Crystals, or Interdiate-level Crystals. As for the Blue Quality Equipnt, they could be decomposed into either Interdiate-level or Advanced-level Crystals; whereas Gold Quality Equipnt could be decomposed into either Advanced-level Crystals or Special Crystals. Purple Quality Equipnt, on the other hand, could be decomposed into Ultimate Crystals or God Crystals, and last but not least, the Orange Quality Equipnt could be decomposed into God Crystals.
These crystals were not to be underestimated though, as every lifestyle class required them, and sotis, even normal players as well. Thus, it could be said that they had a wide variety of usages.
The decomposer class was quite interesting, as even Level 0 Decomposers were able to decompose Legendary Orange Quality Equipnt. However, compared to the higher-ranked Decomposers, they produced significantly fewer crystals. On the other hand, the higher their Decomposition level, the more crystals that they can produce. Naturally, there was also the problem of chance in decomposing items as even Advanced-level Decomposers would fail to decompose an item when their luck was down.
When a decomposition fails, the item would disappear, and no crystals would be produced.
One Big Bun’s Decomposing skills were extrely honed. He had been constantly perfecting this craft, and as such, he had already destroyed countless exquisite items. Although his infamy had not reached the heights it did in Li Yi’s previous life, within the Iron Alliance, there was nobody who did not know of the legendary Money-burning Decomposer.

Also, if luck was in on his side, he could even produce hundreds of crystals from a single decomposition.
His average decompositions were double that of the average Decomposer. That was the difference between a Grandmaster Decomposer and a normal Decomposer!
While One Big Bun was busy decomposing the items, Li Yi made sure to stand by and watch. He was not interested in the normal crystals that appeared, but rather, the additional Holy Crystals.
When one decomposed Holy Equipnt, there was a small chance that Holy Crystals would appear along with the usual crystals. Furthermore, since multiple items had multiple Holy values, the greater one’s Holy attribute was, the greater the chances of producing Holy Crystals.
Naturally, the Holy Crystals were also like normal crystals in the sense that they had a small chance of hitting the jackpot, dropping tens of Holy Crystals in a single go.
However, the chance of hitting this jackpot was astronomically low. It was as rare as getting a boss to drop divine equipnt.
Even if a piece of equipnt possessed the Holy attribute, it did not an that it would definitely drop Holy Crystals. Its chances were horrendously low, and even though One Big Bun had decomposed over a hundred trash Holy Equipnt, the number of Holy Crystals he obtained did not exceed 10.
One Big Bun wiped off his sweat. "Boss, are you hoping to get Holy Crystals?"

In contrast to the Holy Crystals, One Big Bun had plenty of normal crystals instead. Sadly, Li Yi had zero interest in them.
The red lights continued to fill the room as item after item was converted into materials. Nevertheless, the number of Holy Crystals remained quite low, as even after decomposing over three hundred items, there were only 15 Holy Crystals.

The splendid font of ’jackpot’ appeared, and the Gold Quality Equipnt had been successfully decomposed, producing 376 Special Crystals.

He decomposed another item, only to be t with yet another failure. As such, he went back out for a walk...
Li Yi stared wordlessly at One Big Bun as he went back and forth. Li Yi understood that the main cause of his suffering was due to him feeling bad, and as such, he did not add salt to the wound. All he could do was to smile awkwardly at him.
At long last, he no longer failed his decompositions, and the crystals ca out as usual. At tis, there would also be Holy Crystals.
"Brother Dark Wing, I’ve arrived at the Temple of Light. I have money on , but when I attempted to carry out an atonent prayer, the priest wouldn’t accept it..."
While Li Yi waited for the results of the decompositions, Autumn Love had sent him a ssage to notify him of her current situation.
She had followed Li Yi’s instructions to the letter and had gone to the Temple of Light to carry out an atonent prayer. However, a new problem had arisen, as the NPC Priests had totally ignored her, and prevented her from spending her money.

Li Yi contacted Sister Windcloud Nine and told her to party up with Black Autumn at the Temple of Light. He then instructed her to donate to the temple, and by doing so, Black Autumn would receive the favor as well, allowing the Priests to finally see eye to eye with her.
Brother Windcloud Nine had led his people to invade Foreignland, and Sister Windcloud Nine had followed along. However, her performance was as poor as ever. The party had surrounded a Purple-nad Boss and were assaulting it with all they got, but the silly girl had gone ahead and given up her own life. As such, she had received a free ticket back to the Capital. She was just about to head back to Foreignland when Li Yi had ssaged her.
"Alright, alright, I’ll head there right now."
Sister Windcloud Nine rushed towards the Temple of Light and partied up with Black Autumn. She then used her position as Queen to donate ten thousand Gold Coins to the Temple of Light.
Following that, the Ritual of Holy Light comnced. The NPC Priests gathered together and filled the Celestial Capital with their hymns. Later on, they had even given their blessings to Sister Windcloud Nine and Autumn Love.
Any player could spend a thousand or ten thousand Gold Coins to receive a Ritual of Holy Light from the Temple of Light. By doing so, their Sin Value would greatly decline, and they would even receive 3-hours’ worth of positive buffs along with a
10 to all attributes. It was extrely useful.
"Pray once per day. Also, try to stay near the Temple of Holy Light during this period. Your Sin Value will decrease faster if you do so."
