The progress of the ga has changed due to Li Yi’s rebirth and interference. So of the events still happened while others took a different course. No one would know what the outco would be for the Thief with perma-Stealth, Hostile Mutilation.
The best way to prevent future unknown happenings was to garner control over all possible developnt trends he could touch.
Li Yi stayed at ho for three days and three nights, refining 5,000 bottles of Divine Essence Potions to sell in the market. Each bottle was worth 50 Gold Coins and the price was non-negotiable!
After completing this task, Li Yi ride his Horned Griffin to the Eastern Continent’s Celestial Capital.
The Eastern, Western, and Southern Continents each has their respective Celestial Capital, which was the Ruler’s Celestial Capital. Only when a player applied for Throne-claiming, would the Celestial Capital appear. It did not matter whether Throne-claiming was a success or not, the Celestial Capital was there to stay
With Li Yi applying for Throne-claiming, the Eastern Continent’s Celestial Capital was now open. In a short span of a few days, the number of players who had bound their Return City Stone to Celestial Capital had surpassed three million.
It had everything here. The top skill ntors, the top tinkers, the most shops with complete inventory, the best NPC services, and quests with more varieties.
Li Yi walked through the streets of Celestial Capital, admiring the buildings around him with delight.
As Celestial Capital had yet to be seized by players, they were only limited to binding their Return City Stone here, they still could not purchase the land in the capital.

Gray Wolf, Kodo, Chocobo, Bucktooth Dragon. Every rare and precious mount that could be seen in the ga was here.
Li Yi was riding on Crimson Tiger King. This large tiger in blazing red drew the eye no matter where it went. It was a sha though. After taking a few steps, he realized that riding on Crimson Tiger King was no longer prestigious, as he had seen a few players riding the sa Crimson Tiger King passing by...
Riding the sa mount was basically the sa as sporting the sa outfit with a nobody. Li Yi was in a competitive mood. He switched to Holy Light Warhorse. Now, nobody could compare to him.
Li Yi was strolling around on Holy Light Warhorse and quickly reached the Celestial Capital center, Crown Square.
Right in front of Crown Square was the imperial palace. This square was where a King would inspect his troops. It was a grand venue. The square was also a place for banner-planting (Friendly PK among players. No punishnt for deaths.), hence the bustling and lively scene. There would be tons of players battling it out here.
Li Yi had already turned off the banner-planting option. He was in no mood to exchange blows with these people.
Li Yi’s target was the female NPC in black, standing in front of the water fountain in Crown Square.
Gorgeous, unlike anything else in the world. Her temperant however, was sothing else entirely. It was a female White Elf NPC that was beautiful beyond anything in the world. Her na was Carulla.
"May the Holy Light be with you..."
"Ruler of God has his eyes on you..."
"Do you feel it? The charming floral scent in the air..."
Whenever players went up to converse with Carulla, she would only repeat these three sentences. Even if their Celestial Capital’s Reputation Value has reached Worship, she would only say those three indifferent responses.
She was the coldest yet most magnificent NPC. This was what players thought of Carulla.
No one knew of her history. The other NPCS in Celestial Capital never ntioned her. Carulla’s profile on the official web casted a mysterious web around her with those three responses.

Players have been guessing Carulla’s identity for years and it was only after the opening of Mount Pantheon was her identity revealed. She was the King of Pantheon’s wife, God-Queen...
God-Queen Carulla had been lurking in Celestial Capital. Not just in the Eastern Continent’s Celestial Capital, her incarnations could also be found in the Celestial Capitals of the Western and Southern Continent.
She was watching the Pantheon continents’ every move, secretly plotting the Ruler of God’s Global Purge sche.
Li Yi stood before Carulla, staring intensely at her. He was not eyeing her because of her beauty. To him, no matter how beautiful she was, NPCs were fake. Moreover, the won around him, such as Jiaojiao and Little Elf, were no less beautiful than Carulla.
His purpose to be here was simple. He wanted to kill Carulla.
The condition to break the second seal on the orange bow was to kill a god. If he went about the regular way of playing, he would not be able to kill an inferior god even at Level 100.
There were four difficulty levels in hunting down a god’s soul, C, B, A, and S classes. Based on Li Yi’s knowledge, if he were to kill an inferior god, he would only receive a C-class evaluation when he turned in the quest. Killing a higher level god would earn him a better chance in evaluation.
Li Yi aid his bow at Carulla for a long pause, unable to decide whether to fire.
Although Carulla’s incarnation had only 30,000 HP, she would unleash God’s Territory if he could not kill her in one shot. She would then be invincible and attack her attacker. Judging by Li Yi’s current level, it was a guarantee that he would be instantly killed.
It was a one strike chance. If she was not killed in one shot, it would be harder the next ti. Carulla was a high level NPC who ca with her own built-in Aggro. She was not as generous as Elenor. She would kill on sight when her enemy was spotted.
Coordinated attacks were out of the question as she would only take the first attack before God’s Territory was launched. The number of people attacking did not matter. The key to victory was taking her down with one move.
When striking non-players, Li Yi’s one shot would inflict around 10,000 to 15,000 damage after consuming an Advanced-level Fury Potion and relying on Violent Bear’s Protection. However, causing 30,000 damage would be a difficult challenge.
Li Yi thought about it before putting his bow down. He took out his Call of Friends to assemble a party...

It was quite unfortunate for Confused Fox as his summoning tool broke down in the midst of being pulled over. It exploded on the spot, killing him. Luckily, Fire Ice was there for the rescue, resurrecting him for free.

"No way, you called us here just to buff you up?" Confused Fox thought he misheard.
Li Yi was serious when he nodded, ’Yes, just to buff ."
His request was simple. Taking down Carulla was almost impossible with one hit, after all. The damage he could deal would never reach 30,000 without adding any damage-adding buff.
Everybody lost for words as they began to cast buffs on Li Yi.
Paladin with his Retribution Aura, Arcanist with his 5% Critical Hit buff, Light Priest and Sky Vagabond with their 10% attribute and 10% damage addition buffs. Not to ntion, Curse Priest’s 10% DEF reduction buff on target.
Li Yi drank a bottle of Fury Potion and tiled his head back to say, "Little Elf, turn on Miracle of Wind at my signal."
"Address
as big sis," Little Elf from the Magical Realm corrected him.
"Golden Gun, stand in front of . Let
shoot you to see how much HP will be reduced."
"Oh, okay."
Golden Gun Cannot Fall walked close to Li Yi.

Li Yi drew Powered-up Arrow to the highest point before firing, penetrating Golden Gun Cannot Fall’s brain, dealing a good [-8,965] damage. Golden Gun Cannot Fall instantly collapsed...
"F*ck !" Golden Gun Cannot Fall shouted as he remained horizontally on the ground.
Li Yi frowned as he calculated the damage value in his head. He had Fire Ice resurrect him.
Players saved by Resurrection Skill would not lose EXP nor level but the END of their equipnt would take a 20% hit. The repair fee was quite a hefty amount.
"Not enough. Not quite there," Li Yi calculated the numbers in his head before shaking his head helplessly.
Carulla was playing a Theurgist. Her ATK may be high but her DEF was low. Still, it did not change the fact that she has 30,000 HP. No matter how Li Yi crunched the numbers, he was still lacking another
10,000 in damage.
"So what’s the verdict? Am I turning on Miracle of Wind?" Little Elf from the Magical Realm butted in his thoughts.
"Turn it on!"
Li Yi firmly nodded his head and pulled his orange bow to aim at Carulla...
All he needed was to break her guard and a Critical Hit.
He was going in for the kill!
