"No way! This is your plan?"
Seeing Wang Yu jumped up into mid-air but was still half the distance away from the Ape King, Crotch Lord couldn’t help but question his plan.
What was the point of jumping up if he couldn’t reach the BOSS? He wouldn’t be able to receive any help in mid-air and his movents would be severely restrained as compared to being on the ground. For example, if the BOSS threw a rock at him, he would have nowhere else to roll.
Wang Yu seed as though he didn’t hear Crotch Lord’s disgust. When he reached the bottom of the Mounted Eagle Ape King, he calmly took out a rope. He grabbed the rope with his right hand and threw it upwards.
The rope ford an arc in mid-air as it travelled across the massive eagle and hooked around the head of the Ape King’s head accurately.
This was the Flying Dragon Rope...
Even though the Flying Dragon Rope had no attributes now and players couldn’t use it, Wang Yu felt that it didn’t matter at all. This ant that even if the Flying Dragon Rope was just an ordinary rope, it was still a weapon for Wang Yu. Who cares whether it has attributes as long as it can loop around the BOSS?
After the rope was looped around the Ape King, Wang Yu grabbed the other end of the rope. His body couldn’t help itself as it flew towards Crotch Lord and Yang Nuo...
Yang Nuo was originally squatting down so when she saw Wang Yu flew over, she lay right down onto the ground and avoided him.
No matter how fast Crotch Lord’s reaction ti was, he was still a heavy tank. Moreover, he was still mocking Wang Yu’s plan earlier on so he wasn’t able to dodge. He was instantly kicked by Wang Yu and flipped.
"F*ck! You did that on purpose!" Crotch Lord scolded furiously.
Given Wang Yu’s ability, it was just as easy for him to avoid soone as it was for him to hit soone. Crotch Lord refused to believe that Wang Yu crashed into him unintentionally.
Wang Yu’s both hands were on the rope as his legs left the ground and started climbing the rope. "I’ve already warned you to get out of the way. How can you bla when you’re just standing down there?"
"Despicable!" Crotch Lord was left speechless as he hid at one corner with Yang Nuo as they watched on.
It would definitely not feel good to have a rope over his own head. Additionally, Wang Yu used a live knot. Although Wang Yu was unsure if monsters would feel suffocated, the Ape King who had his neck looped by a rope so violently almost had his neck broken.
"Roar!!!"
The King Ape on the eagle flew into a rage as he banged his chest before roaring out loud. The BOSS started pulling the rope upwards with all its might.
The King Ape was exceedingly strong so Wang Yu was almost like a rice straw in comparison as he was gradually being dragged upwards. This was evidently not within Wang Yu’s expectations.
"The two of you hurry up and help !" Wang Yu started crying for help as he was swung about.
Crotch Lord replied, "F*ck! That is a BOSS and the two of us cannot be of much help... Look at what you’ve done with your own idea."
Even though Crotch Lord said this, he still ran forward, jumped up and extended his arm to grab Wang Yu’s leg.
A Guardian’s tonnage was much heavier and with his sudden intervention, the Ape King’s head dropped once more...
The Ape King clenched his teeth as he grabbed the rope with both hands once more. He pulled the rope upwards ferociously once more.
This proved that it was a brainless decision to participate in a tug-of-war with a BOSS even if an extra tank was added to help...
Wang Yu and Crotch Lord were directly pulled up into the sky. At this mont, Wang Yu stepped on Crotch Lord’s face and Crotch Lord fell back on to the ground while Wang Yu flew upwards. This ti, he managed to reach a height beyond the eagle’s back.
Crotch Lord saw Wang Yu in the sky and finally understood his plan.
Initially, Wang Yu was planning to pull the BOSS down to the ground. Who knew that the Ape King had such trendous power so Wang Yu changed his plan.
If Wang Yu was the only one pulling the rope, the Ape King wouldn’t use too much strength and could play with him like a yo-yo. However, the addition of Crotch Lord changed the dynamics. The heavy tank of a Guardian was more than twice the weight of a light-weight Pugilist.
When the BOSS felt the sudden increase in force against him, he would exert all his strength to pull the two of them off the ground. At this point, kicking Crotch Lord down would release all the upward force on Wang Yu. This was how he flew all the way up to a height beyond the eagle.
"Ga?" Seeing how Wang Yu was at about the sa height as he was, the Ape King was clearly in shock. He tried to swing his arms around in an attempt to grab Wang Yu.
Wang Yu kicked the back of the eagle and used both his arms to grab the Ape King’s shoulder. He suddenly threw himself and the Ape King downwards and shouted, "Get the hell down!"
One human and one monkey beca one bundle as they fell down from the back of the eagle.
Losing the control of the Ape King, the massive eagle in the sky appeared as though it had received an amnesty. It cried out devastatingly and flew away further into the sky. Presently, there were only three humans and one monkey left at the peak of the mountain.
The four people (?) exchanged glances with each other as sweat started dripping down their forehead.
Without the eagle, the Ape King lost at least 80% of its fighting capability. He was a smart monster who knew that these three fellas in front of him were extrely difficult to deal with, especially the Pugilist who was cunning and continued to linger around.
If the Ape King wanted to escape, even without his eagle, it was still advantageous for him because the situation was one BOSS against three players. However, the other end of the rope around his neck was still in Wang Yu’s hands which made it difficult for him to escape.
Even with the rope in his hands, Wang Yu dared not slack off for a second. This monkey had imnse strength so if he wasn’t careful, he could escape really easily.
Crotch Lord and Yang Nuo also dared not to do anything foolish. No matter how terrified this monkey looked, he was still a BOSS. The two of them didn’t have the guts and ability like Wang Yu especially after being frightened so badly by the BOSS earlier. The two of them still had fears in their heart which was why they didn’t dare to provoke him now.
"Tsk! Are you able to let go of the rope? I feel very uncomfortable like that..."
Just as the four of them were still exchanging glances, the Ape King broke the silence.
"F*ck! You know how to talk? You’re an intelligent BOSS?"
Hearing the voice of the Ape King, the trio were dumbfounded.
Being able to initiate conversations and interactions was a unique characteristic of an intelligent NPC. A re elite BOSS without a na would at most be a top monster. But at this very mont, he actually started conversing with them. This was indeed too weird.
"Of course! I am the leader of the Apostle’s flying army." The Ape King replied pridefully.
"Then why do you not have a na?" Crotch Lord asked out of curiosity.
There was another way to differentiate between intelligent NPC and others. It was by looking at the na at these NPCs. Normally, NPCs with nas and surnas were high-class NPC and could even be a BOSS. However, monsters without a na would at most be small monsters ant to give out experience points.
"Because I am a monkey... Why would a monkey want a na?" Ape King replied with a lot of conviction.
"F*ck..." The trio was shocked again because everything he said made perfect sense. However, there were also monkeys with nas.
"Let’s stop talking about all these and hurry up release the rope. I am really feeling very uncomfortable." The Ape King started complaining again.
"This..." Wang Yu paused before continuing, "We are gars going through this dungeon. I believe we will receive a few good items by killing you right?"
"Tsk!!" The Ape King suddenly started feeling nervous again.
