As they approached the dwarf, an unusual sight caught their attention: a substantial crowd of players had gathered around them.
It was a rare occurrence to witness such a multitude of players gathered in one spot, leaving them visibly perplexed.
Rever voiced his confusion, gesturing toward the unexpected congregation. "What’s happening here? There are far more players than usual."
Victor let out a weary sigh as he proceeded to fill Rever in on the latest developnts. "Haven’t you heard? There have been reports of a hidden boss sighting on the first map."
"Really?" Rever’s eyes widened in surprise.
Yuzuro appeared sowhat exasperated, and added, "It’s been circulating within the guild. Didn’t you receive the notification?"
Rever looked away, sheepishly scratching his head. "I sort of turned off the notifications because they kept waking up when I was sleeping. They were so annoying . . . So this is what it was all about."
"Are you sure you won’t get in trouble?" Xin inquired.
"Nah, I’m a core mber now, so they’ll think twice before reprimanding ," Rever replied confidently.
However, after a few monts, he checked his screen and read a notification from his guild. He then released a relief sigh.
"I’m safe," he declared, exhaling deeply.
Yuzuro gave a slight shake of her head. "They must be dispatching scouts to gather more information."
"Shouldn’t you be among them, then?" Rever asked, his voice tinged with concern.
"They’re sending a separate group," Yuzuro explained, adding, "so I’m in the clear."
Rever grinned. "Good to know."
"This is precisely why I avoid joining guilds," Victor chid in. "Too many rules and restrictions."
As they surveyed the surroundings, they noticed that several top guilds were present in the area.
"Look at that, Shadowblade, Brotherhood Legion, Rising Phoenix . . ." Rever pointed at each group he recognized.
"It appears that every major guild is here," Victor comnted, tone disinterested.
"They don’t seem to have their core mbers with them, and I don’t see any elites among their ranks," Rever continued his observation.
"I believe they’re sending out their scouts as well," Yuzuro remarked.
"That makes sense," Victor agreed. "No point in wasting their top players’ ti by going in blind."
Rever pondered aloud, stroking his chin, "A hidden boss on the first map? Shouldn’t we investigate that? Hidden bosses usually offer significant rewards in terms of items, experience points, and gil when defeated."
Victor raised a skeptical eyebrow and questioned, "Are you really considering it now? Taking on that hidden boss ans competing against these hundreds of guilds, including the top ones. Are you sure about that?"
Rever’s expression fell. "When you put it that way, I can see the potential trouble."
Yuzuro joined the conversation, cautioning, "Additionally, our current numbers might not be suitable for hunting hidden bosses. Failing to defeat one could result in a significant experience point penalty."
Amidst their discussion, Midnight Duchess and Xin remained quiet.
Midnight Duchess knew that they were referring to the mysterious water woman as the hidden boss, but she chose to stay silent as she lacked substantial information about her.
Anyway, she had no interest in engaging in idle gossip with the others.
anwhile, Xin, aware that the hidden boss was Elysia, kept the information tightly sealed.
Xin was roaming his eyes when his gaze fixed on soone in the distance when suddenly, Yuzuro’s unexpected appearance blocked his view.
"Oh, Lord Schrodinger, look at that! Isn’t that building adorable?" Yuzuro pointed frantically at anything in her vicinity, unintentionally singling out a rather unimpressive and decrepit structure.
Before Xin could respond, Yuzuro boldly took his hand, causing raised eyebrows from Victor and Midnight Duchess.
Rever couldn’t help but comnt on Yuzuro’s unusual behavior, saying, "What’s gotten into you, Yuzu? This isn’t like you at all." Especially the assertiveness.
Yuzuro, still agitated, didn’t back down. "I think I saw so sweets over there. Can we go check it out?"
Xin placed a reassuring hand on Yuzuro’s shoulder and calmly stated, "Yuzuro, it’s okay. I already saw it."
Yuzuro fell silent, her eyes trembling as she closed her lips tightly.
"What? What did you see?" Rever inquired, looking all around.
Victor was equally curious. "What’s going on?"
Xin brushed it off, saying, "It’s not soone important. Let’s move on."
Both Midnight Duchess and Victor couldn’t help but wonder who Lord Schrodinger was talking about, but they decided not to press further, sensing a shift in Lord Schrodinger’s mood.
He had beco unusually quiet and serious than usual.
Rever, however, persisted and continued questioning Yuzuro. "Tell . What is it? What did you see?"
Yuzuro lowered her head and fabricated, "It’s nothing. Just soone Xin and I are acquainted with."
Rever probed further, "Soone you know, but I don’t?"
Yuzuro refrained from saying anything more, recognizing that it was up to Xin to share the details or not. Revealing what she and Xin had seen would be an intrusion into his private life.
In reality, they were discussing none other than ilyn, Xin’s ex-girlfriend.
Although her appearance was obscured by her character’s class and race, there were certain distinctive features that resembled ilyn with her real-world appearance.

She wore a pristine white robe, elegantly flowing and adorned with intricate golden embroidery along its edges.
The robe billowed gently as she moved, creating an almost surreal effect as if she were cloaked in the very essence of light itself.
A pair of delicate, feathered wings erged from her back, shimring with an iridescent sheen. These wings, a symbol of her celestial nature, extended gracefully and gave her an angelic presence as she moved about.
Around her wrists, she wore golden cuffs adorned with celestial motifs, adding a touch of divine elegance to her ensemble. A matching pendant hung around her neck, reflecting her role as a healer and guardian.
Looks like her guild was treating her nicely. Xin thought.
