Chapter 134: Story of the Evil God
When Fike and the others heard the voice from inside the station, they imdiately perked up.
“Should we go in?”
Casey asked Cisco.
“I’m not sure, but I don’t think it’ll be too dangerous…”
“Fike, what do you think?”
Lan Xi asked.
“I wouldn’t dare make a conclusion right away. Why don’t I go in and take a look first?”
Fike finished his sentence and walked into the courier station.
Pushing open the door that had been left ajar, he noticed that the Exotic Beasts they had seen earlier had all disappeared.
Only the old man was left in the room, standing quietly with his back turned to Fike.
Fike had already quietly unsheathed his sword.
“I’m sorry,” he started.
“Old Senior, may I ask why you’re with a group of Exotic Beasts?”
The old man responded calmly.
“What do you think?”
Tightening his grip on his demonic sword, Fike replied cautiously.
“Are you from the Evil God’s Headquarters?”
The old man laughed after hearing that.
He turned around and looked at Fike.
“Look at . Do I look like one of those guys?”
Seeing that the old man was completely unard, Fike carefully lowered his guard slightly.
The old man continued.
“Fike! I once told you that we would et again!”
Hearing this, Fike instantly understood.
“You’re Mr. Hankov?”
The old man nodded.
“Indeed, it’s !”
Fike put down his weapon in excitent.
“Mr. Hankov, how are you now? Are you still being chased by the people from the developnt headquarters of Miracle?”
Hankov nodded as he explained.
“In the real world, I escaped to a snowy mountain hidden far away. They won’t find for a while!”
“Then why did you co here?”
Fike continued to ask.
“I ca here mainly to investigate the collapse of the world of Miracle. Not long ago, this world has slowly been starting to collapse.
“Dungeons and NPCs that were never ant to appear suddenly popped up in large numbers. In order to investigate what was going on, I ca to the Rero Desert to put myself near the Exotic Beast Tower.”
Fike listened intently before he asked.
“What have you learned so far?”
“I still don’t know anything. Although I have the highest authority amongst all players in Miracle, it isn’t of any use now. If I utilize my authority, the people hunting in the real world will find my location.”
Hankov looked at Fike and asked.
“You should have received the main storyline quest in order to clear the entire ga by now, right?”
“Yes!
“I need to repair the Sky Pillars and stop the revival of the evil god!”
Hankov’s expression changed when he heard that.
“Is it really as simple as you make it seem?
“Even when I was still in the design departnt, I clearly felt that the structure of the Miracle’s world wasn’t so elentary.
“Anyway, regardless, please complete the mission of the ga. The fate of the real world, as well as the people of Miracle, is now on your shoulders.”
After hearing that, Fike nodded firmly.
“Don’t worry, Mr. Hankov!”
At this mont, Hankov continued.
“Bring your friends in too! They should be feeling anxious right now!”
Fike quickly walked out of the courier station and called for the others to co on in.
Seeing that he was safe and sound, the others heaved a sigh of relief.
As they entered and saw Hankov, they all greeted him in a friendly manner.
“Old Sir,” Cisco took the lead to address the old man.
“Old Sir, may I ask why you captured those Exotic Beasts?”
Hankov replied his question bluntly.
“I can sense that the entire world of Miracle is slowly collapsing. Regardless of whether we speak in terms of Earth people or the natives of this land, this is an unprecedented catastrophe, the origin of which can be traced back to the primordial era 3,000 years ago.”
Cisco and the others listened attentively to Hankov’s lecture.
“As for why I bothered capturing these Exotic Beasts, I have a premonition that these creatures never really ca from space in the first place.
“They should be true incarnations of the evil god’s power.”
“Evil god?”
Cisco repeated after him.

“Because he coveted for power that surpassed the original god, he controlled the minds and bodies of countless Miracle natives to slaughter each other 3,000 years ago, which granted him nigh unlimited power.
“In order to stop the evil god’s wanton destruction, the original god created the god of creation, Ogallas, to resist the evil being.
“In the end, the god of creation, Ogallas, defeated the evil god. In order to seal him, the original god refined his six divine souls into six divine pillars to suppress the evil god.”
“Now that the divine pillars are slowly crumbling, the evil god will probably seek to wreak havoc in the world of Miracle once again.”
After learning about such a hidden history, everyone had their eyes wide in shock.
“Then what should we do now?”
Casey asked.
Hankov looked at him as he continued.
“I’m currently investigating the evil god’s influence on these Exotic Beasts. If the power of these creatures really cos from the evil god himself, then through the source of the power, we can pinpoint the specific location where he is sealed. However…”
“However…?”
Fike urged him on.

Scanning at the dumbfounded crowd, Hankov continued.
“A Demon Overlord-tier Exotic Beast is equivalent to the combined strength of ten Demon King-tiers!
“At the sa ti, it’s also only one-thousandth of the strength of the evil god.”
The group couldn’t help themselves from drawing a sharp breath when they heard this.
“Does such a monster really exist in this world?”
