Chapter 555: Strange Pond
Inferno.
Within a valley surrounded by the mountains in the Infernal Demon Dragon’s territory.
A delicate, youthful boy of about four years of age wearing a long robe was sitting crossed-legged in the valley on a giant tree next to a pond.
There were hundreds of Undying Crows resting on the tree around the little boy.
The little boy looked at the blue pond in front of him as he stroked his chin, and murmured with suspicion, “Why is this pond so strange? Why can I not reach its end?”
The boy was none other than Jiang Feng’s son Jiang Fan.
Little Fan was grabbing treasures together with the Infernal Demon Dragon at Tianwai Peak.
After grabbing three of them, he had then used one of the ti treasures to escape.
The mont that he escaped using the ti treasure, the Infernal Demon Dragon was angered and wanted to force him to stay. Unfortunately, it was blocked by a flock of Undying Crows.
Only around three hundred escaped together with Little Fan after tens of thousands of them died covering for his escape.
And then they made their way here.
He was not sure why, but the ti treasure that led to his escape brought him to this place, and it fell into the pond.
Originally, he wanted to find it in the pond. Unfortunately, even after swimming in the pond for almost a day, not only did he not find the ti treasure, he almost died in it.
He then swam up the shore without a choice.
He then practiced his sword skills as he tried to think of a way to dive into the depths of the pond to find that treasure.
“I should try again!” After giving it so more thought, Little Fan wanted to try again.

After he said that, he then jumped into the pond.
The pond water was very clear. As he dived in, he could not feel any pressure as well.
However, there were so monsters within the pond.
Last ti, he saw three types of monsters within the pond.
Within a thousand ters, there would be a kind of fish that was shaped like silver, sharp swords. These fishes were called “Sword-eater Fish,” and it seed that they knew sword arts. They were very powerful, with their power level at Rank Five Lesser Sacred Masters.
In the beginning, he could only barely handle them.
However, after fighting the fish a lot of tis, he found that the battles had also beco easier.
After killing the Sword-eater Fish, there was a chance for him to receive a Sacred Sword. Every Sacred Sword had strange pictures etched into it.
From the pictures, he was able to learn many slivers of Law of Swords, and that made him even more powerful!
In between one thousand ters and two thousand ters, a type of monster called Black Viper Whale began to appear. Their powers were around Rank Six Lesser Sacred Master.
The Black Viper Whales were very powerful, possessing strong water-elental attacks and crowd control skills.
After killing the Black Viper Whales, there was a chance of obtaining a blue pearl. The blue pearl also had so strange pictures etched on them, and watching them could earn him slivers of Law of Water.
In between two thousand and three thousand ters, a type of monster called Lightning Eel Beast that looked like an electric eel began to appear. Their powers were at Rank Seven Lesser Sacred Master.
Little Fan had tried several tis. However, as soon as he had dived three thousand ters in, he would be electrocuted to the point where his body turned numb. Left without any options, he had chosen to retreat.
He had tried a few tis after that, but not only did he fail to kill the Lightning Eel Beast, he almost got himself killed.
However, he was also able to perceive 50 slivers of Law of Swords and 50 slivers of Law of Water. His power had also increased sowhat.
That was why he was ready to give it another try.
“Man and sword beco one. The first sword!” He took out the little sword that was born together with him, and he imdiately used a Sacred Skill that he had learned on a Sword-eater Fish that was diving toward him.
Whoosh!
In the next second, his body and the little sword in his hand fused together into a transparent long sword with his body within it. He then brutally slashed through the body of the Sword-eater fish.

“The second sword!” Another soft yell could be heard.
The transparent sword turned into two, and the two swords pierced through the Sword-eater fish.

After the sword pierced through the Sword-eater fish, the transparent longsword disappeared as Little Fan once again appeared. He quickly swung the little sword in his chubby hand a few tis. As several sword chis slashed at the Sword-eater Fish, it was imdiately killed.
Ding!
After the Sword-eater Fish had been killed, there was a clear sound ringing.
Little Fan looked at it and saw that the Sword-eater Fish’s corpse had disappeared, leaving behind a Sacred Sword next to its body.
He quickly went over and put away the Sacred Sword, and then headed downward to the other Sword-eater Fish.

After killing about a hundred Sword-eater Fishes in one hour at the thousand-ter depth, he then reached to its depth.
After killing a hundred over Sword-eater Fishes, he had received around 30 sacred swords.
That ant that after studying them for a while, it was possible for him to master another 30 slivers of the Law of Sword.
“Hm?”
After he had passed the first thousand-ter and was going to attack a gigantic Black Viper Whale, he suddenly stopped when he saw a ball of light not too far away.
A beautiful woman was within the ball of light. She was wearing a long, white dress made of satin, and was quietly lying within. He was not sure if she was alive or dead.
There were many Black Viper Whales surrounding the ball of light, and they all kept on attacking it.
Unfortunately, the ball of light seed to be very tough. No matter how the Black Viper Whale attacked, it showed no signs of being damaged.
“Weird. When I was here last ti, I didn’t see this big sister. How did she appear here?” Little Fan mumbled to himself suspiciously as he scratched his head with his chubby little hand.
As he could not understand what had happened, he shook his head and quickly headed toward the ball of light.
He was extrely curious. Who was the woman in the ball of light? Why was she here? Could there really be an exit underneath the pond?
If there was indeed an exit through the pond, he could then leave the Infernal Demon Dragon’s territory.
At this point in ti, the Infernal Demon Dragon used its very powerful abilities to seal the territories under its control. Little Fan could not escape, and so he hid within the valley.
However, he knew that the Infernal Demon Dragon would find out his location. And then, he would be in danger.
If he could find a way to escape, then he could continue to live.
While he was still very young, he had already beco quite mature. He had at least so basic cognitive functions.
“Trembling Sword!”
He ca close to the ball of light and then swept the surrounding with the little sword in his hand. The little sword unleashed a powerful wave of energy, bashing away all the Black Viper Whales around him so distance away.
Once the Black Viper Whales had been deflected away, he quickly dived in front and pushed the ball of light up toward the surface.
“Roar! Little boy! How dare you steal our food? We will eat you!” The Black Viper Whales roared and headed straight toward Little Fan.
Unfortunately, Little Fan had already quickly pushed the ball of light into the thousand ters area.
And the Black Viper Whales could not approach them as they seed to have ramd into an invisible wall when they were at the border of the one-thousand-ter mark.
As the Sword-eater Fishes’ respawn ti was 24 hours, Little Fan had used less than 20 minutes and easily brought the ball of light back to the surface of the pond.
