Chapter 383: Kill Him (450 Monthly Tickets)

Attacking Li Yao individually through the Golden Puppet was extrely hard, basically impossible.

But that wasn’t absolute, so special group attacks could do it. Like the earlier Chaos Arrow, which technically was a soul-locking spell. If not for Death God 4000, the Chaos Arrow would’ve ultimately hit Li Yao.

The Goblin Warlock was fully aware of this. Of course, Li Yao himself understood his own situation, and if he got struck by this attack, he’d be essentially dood.

The Goblin Warlock’s plan was indeed ticulous. He deliberately feigned panic and fled like a regular goblin.

Then he used a soul-burning marking, giving everyone the illusion that he was intent on escaping.

His use of survival skills before leaving further convinced people of his fear and desperate escape.

His purpose was straightforward—to lure Li Yao down from the corridor above.

To the Goblin Warlock, other masters were insignificant, and he completely ignored the players. The great level difference between them made him think the players couldn’t threaten him.

The pivotal point of the battle was aiming precisely at Li Yao who was untouchable. Precisely because of Li Yao, the Goblin Warlock went from easy domination to passive defense.

The Goblin Warlock planned to kill Li Yao first, then rapidly recover using Demon Siphon, and deal a counter blow. He regarded the masters as negligible threats.

Though his plan was perfect, Li Yao had an excessive number of battles in his past life, his battle experience was at an extre. His understanding of the skills of various races and professions was incredibly detailed.

Trying to use such ans to deceive Li Yao was simply playing tricks before an expert.

“Trying to flee now is too late,” Li Yao feigned a charge.

“You can’t stop .” The Goblin’s eyes reddened. He didn’t expect Li Yao to predict him so precisely.

He realized that the second corner he turned, his spell was already cast, and the propellers under the Goblin Warlock produced two flas. But as soon as he moved, he was frozen.

The Goblin Warlock’s eyes were filled with shock. He had no idea that Li Yao had set up a freezing trap.

The Freezing Trap, though a good skill with long control ti, would be lifted once the target is attacked. However, this was the perfect situation to set it up.

The Goblin Warlock wanted to escape and even activated a propeller, which was an engineering device that lasted five seconds and could increase speed by 200%.

The Goblin Warlock was caught in the trap the mont the propeller was activated, and even when the flas from the propeller faded, he remained frozen.

During this ti, Li Yao wasn’t idle either, he set up turrets and Arrow Towers in the corridor, fed parts and healing to Death God 4000, then summoned a few Exploding Sheep.

Bang…

Li Yao’s firepower exploded fiercely. Three Exploding Sheep, two weapons from Death God 4000, and the attacks from three turrets and three Arrow Towers all simultaneously struck him.

“Damn it! I’ll kill you!” The Goblin Warlock panicked as his life-force had diminished to less than 7%. His Golden Puppet established an unbeatable stance.

At the sa ti, Li Yao cast Jump Shock, and the Goblin Warlock was directly rehearsed.

Thousand Catty Slash!

The Huge Sword struck the Goblin Warlock’s body, sending him flying.

Sword Qi Slash!

The Warlock hadn’t even landed on the ground when the Sword Qi struck him.

Just as half of the Goblin Warlock’s power ca from his demon, he had been rendered half-useless without the demon by his side. This, plus his severely injured state.

After taking a round of fire, followed by consecutive blows from the Golden Puppet, the Goblin Warlock was essentially dead before he hit the ground.

As his body hit the wall and then slumped onto the ground, his eyes remained focused on Li Yao, in disbelief, even in death.

Only at the mont of death did he understand, the puppet controlled by Li Yao was extraordinary. However, he didn’t even have a chance to confirm it before dying.

Li Yao heard footsteps running and quickly withdrew his turrets and Arrow Towers.

Then he saw War Horizon and his n run over.

“Master, where’s the Goblin? Did you lose him?” War Horizon asked, stopping in his tracks.

The others were also curious, they didn’t understand why Li Yao stopped chasing. They all saw the hatred for Li Yao in the Goblin. If they didn’t exterminate him now, it would be difficult in the future.

“Master, no need to worry. I am sensitive to the aura of Fel Energy, he cannot escape,” the man nad Sky of Spells said pleasingly.

“No need, the Goblin Warlock you’re looking for is here.” As Death God 4000 moved aside, they saw the Goblin, disfigured, and lying on the ground.

“How can it be?” War Horizon and his team looked at each other. They ran all the way over, even seeing the shadow of Li Yao. All they heard was a few roars after they saw Li Yao round the corner.

They thought there was a fierce fight, they hadn’t expected that within such a short ti, the powerful Goblin Warlock who ssed with the five master teams would’ve died. This was essentially an instant kill.

“Nothing is impossible.” As Li Yao controlled the Golden Puppet to walk over to the Goblin, he kicked the Goblin Warlock away. A magic wand filled with an intense demonic aura and a skill book filled with pink gas lay on the ground. Li Yao picked them up.

“Let’s go, they’ve also promised to let open the door first.” As Li Yao spoke, he walked towards the direction of the gates.

“Ahem, Master, can we see what you got?” asked Sky of Spells. Recognizing it as a Warlock’s loot, he couldn’t resist asking.

“Yes, Master, can we take a look?” asked War Horizon and his team with an unending curiosity.

“Well, you can take a look, but don’t get any wrong ideas.” Li Yao glanced at Sky of Spells: “Or else…”

P.S: Problems with tid publishing. Luckily I noticed. I’ll manually publish this one instead and continue writing. Another one coming before I sleep.
