A puppet in Li Yao’s hand would be level sixteen, as he is level sixteen. But this puppet was fundantally different from the one Li Yao currently had.
The difference couldn’t be explained through attributes alone, it was vast. Just considering the skills, the golden puppet is like a true elite professional warrior, while this puppet seems like a mixture of different things. The difference is significant to the experts.
