The six-ard Naga laughed in anger, "After killing so many of my soldiers, you have the nerve to say you’re doing a favor and want to talk to ? You’ve got so guts."

Li Yao stopped flying and landed directly atop the Arcane Tower, saying, "Though I don’t want to be too frank, I am by nature too upright to not say this: You Nagas have lived underwater for ten thousand years and forgotten your original identity, losing your inherent wisdom. Most of you are nothing more than irrational fools."

"You must be a rookie. Don’t think because you have so air force that we have no ans to deal with you. Don’t be too arrogant; the seas under Naga rule span the whole world. If we find out where you are from, your territory and ho will never have a mont’s peace." The six-ard Naga was clearly soone of high wisdom and apparently had so knowledge of the general state of the Ancient God World, so she began to threaten Li Yao instead.

"It seems your Naga intelligence capabilities aren’t bad. What difference does it make if I tell you? The Starfire Guild has three bases: Desolate Port, just on the other side of the coast, Sandy Harbor, on the East Continent, and Foggy Island also belongs to . Whenever you want to find it, the Naga are welco to visit. By the way, the Tower of the Windwalker now also belongs to . Your Naga have great abilities; I’m waiting for you to attack, though I’m afraid you don’t have the energy or courage now."

The six-ard Naga, in contrast, cald down, a sudden realization flashing in her eyes, "I was wondering who you were. So, you are the new commander of the Fifth Legion of the High Elves. No wonder you’re so arrogant, but you do have so skills. If it were ten thousand years ago, we would have belonged to the sa race, both noble by birth. What a pity."

"Oh, ordinary Nagas wouldn’t admit we were once the sa race. It seems you must be one from the first batch of transford elven nobility from ten thousand years ago. May I know what your forr identity was?"

Nowadays, the Naga are divided into two factions and two levels.

The two factions are those controlled by the Ancient Gods, following the will of the Ancient Gods, a mad faction that hates everything, especially elves.

They are filled with resentnt. After all, they sank into the sea, never to see the light of day, while many of their forr kinsn live under the sun. They hate everything, wanting to destroy and conquer, entirely manipulated by the Ancient Gods.

The second faction is the moderate faction. Though they know they have changed races and can’t return to the land, they want to cultivate the deep sea and live in peace, perhaps even helping their forr kinsn.

For example, Vashj, who followed Illidan on his expedition to Outland, is a high-ranking handmaiden to the queen, or more accurately, a lady officer with high authority. She led a large group of the affiliated faction to join the Naga-Illidan camp, hoping to return to the land and find a new ho.

The statent that the Naga are divided into two parts is not entirely accurate. They are all still Naga, but their intelligence level varies.

The first generation of Naga was transford by the Ancient God Power. To adapt to the new deep-sea life, they changed their forms and bodies. Originally elves and elven nobility at that, their intelligence needed no explanation, it was top-notch.

After transforming into Naga, they were at first pleasantly surprised to find that their reproduction rate had increased significantly. Unlike the lengthy cycles of elves, the reproductive capacity of Naga was much stronger, allowing them to quickly expand their population and then struggle and fight monsters in the deep sea for territory.

But this joy did not last long. The first-generation Naga quickly found that the majority of their offspring were akin to beasts, though with much greater intelligence than animals.

Still, they were at a primitive stage. Many Nagas had low intelligence, only capable of simple communication, relying more on instinct.

The high-intelligence Nagas regarded them as their people but, more importantly, as war machines. Only the high-intelligence Nagas were properly trained to beco leaders.

For female Nagas, the simplest change was in their arms. Four-ard Nagas could beco powerful Tidal Priests and Mages, while six-ard Nagas were exceedingly rare, most of them transford directly from high-bloodline female elves.

Seeing the words of the six-ard Naga, Li Yao concluded that she must be from the first-generation Naga and part of the moderate faction, hence he showed so interest.

"My forr na was Tina Starwhisper; now I am called Tina Tidewater." A hint of reminiscence flashed in the six-ard Naga’s eyes.

"The Starwhisper surna was once a great noble, with a long lineage. Your holand was probably the City of Sharna, right? What a sha, it’s all subrged now." Li Yao sighed.

"Don’t change the subject. Tell , how do you plan to account for what just happened," Tina asked, snapping back to the matter at hand.

Li Yao shook his head, "Why deceive ourselves? Although the Naga I killed were elite, they were at most high-level beasts with little intelligence. When have you ever truly regarded them as your people? Your attitude changed when you learned of my identity; you must need sothing from . I don’t like beating around the bush. Just say it directly. Although I have slain Nagas, I have no strong aversion towards high-intelligence ones, especially the first-generation Naga."

"You are smart, no wonder you stand out among the new generation. So young yet shouldering such responsibility and achieving remarkable results, you have built quite an empire, so there is potential for us to cooperate. But this isn’t the main issue; can you guess what it is?" The six-ard Naga moved to a stone table by the shore, gesturing for Li Yao to join her.

Li Yao did so without hesitation, descending next to the stone table, with two Dragon Queens standing behind him, ever on guard. The six-ard Naga was very powerful, making vigilance necessary.

The six-ard Naga also cautiously assessed the two Dragon Queens, but since they were regarded under Li Yao’s command, she said nothing, waiting for Li Yao to speak.

"It’s simple because I’m the commander of the Withered Sun Legion. To be specific, the elves under the Withered Sun Legion have also changed. Although not as drastically as you, they’re likewise isolated. You want to work with , primarily because I’ve established the Withered Sun Legion’s footing. Without it, I’m afraid the welco wouldn’t be wine but the Sky-Crack Formation, right?"

The Sky-Crack Formation is an ancient Arcane Array, and it’s an anti-air array at that. Ordinary Nagas wouldn’t know it, but as a first-generation Naga, Tina Starwhisper must know it and have set it up.

"I too prefer speaking with smart individuals. To be blunt, the moderate faction’s strength has been consistently suppressed by the opposing side, especially after Vashj led part of the moderate elite out of the sea to wage war in Outland, leaving our faction weaker and struggling in many matters. Thus, we’ve long been searching for a partner on the continent. Naturally, this person should ideally be from our forr kin, and you fit the bill well." Tina Starwhisper looked earnestly at Li Yao and said...
