Chapter 1576: Chapter 1576: The Ancestor of Blood

The final battle had finally erupted. Speaking of this dungeon expansion, the actual ti spent wasn’t particularly long, but the level of intensity and the cruel competitive mode had left players participating in the dungeon expansion physically and ntally exhausted under imnse pressure.

Now, many believed that the first kill would most likely be claid by Starfire. Of course, there were still variables at play—after all, the fight against the Demon Marshal ca with unpredictable twists. That said, only a scarce few could truly partake in the battle against the Demon Marshal and influence its outco, as overall most guilds had already lost their chance.

As such, many players appeared to have relaxed, though relaxation did not an complacency. They still wanted to earn higher military rits in order to achieve better evaluations.

“Demon Marshal, already trying to leave? Weren’t we having so much fun?” The Great Angel’s brilliance surged alongside the light of two Truth Coagulation phantoms, intercepting the Demon Marshal at all costs.

anwhile, two additional leaders were unleashing their ultimate techniques, furiously engaging in a fierce battle with the Demon Marshal.

The Demon Marshal responded while attempting to break free. “I already said—this is rely a ga. I can play and lose if I must. If you all can manage to hold here today, even if I die in battle, I will have no regrets. I just doubt you possess that ability.”

“So what if I join in?”

The Werewolf General’s body transford into a trail of blood-red light. Like dealing with the Demon Maw, he flashed repeatedly as bolts of lightning pierced through the Demon Marshal’s body cloaked in the grasp of the Darkness Touch.

The Demon Marshal simply ignored him as if he didn’t exist, continuing to fight the three leaders.

Monts later, the Werewolf General stared in disbelief as the Demon Marshal remained unscathed, showing no signs of being torn apart.

“Impossible…”

The Demon Marshal sneered disdainfully. “How utterly foolish. Do you even know how many tis you’ve said ‘impossible’ today? You’re rely a bumpkin from a lesser realm—what would you know of the vastness of the true world?”

“Damn it, how dare you look down on !”

The Werewolf General once again turned into blood-red light, this ti weaving back and forth endlessly as though he would never stop.

“Stop it! Using the sa move twice—how idiotic!” The Werewolf Prince cursed furiously.

By this ti, Li Yao and the Green Dragon Princess had arrived. Li Yao didn’t rush to make a move, but the Green Dragon Princess started casting various buffs on the other generals.

Though the Green Dragon Princess might not be as strong in direct combat, she excelled when it ca to buffs. Each buff was incredibly effective, imdiately elevating the combat strength of the trio by several levels. However, her buffs did not extend to the Werewolf General.

“Don’t worry, everyone. This guy is trying to rely on his armor and recovery items to test the Demon Marshal’s limits,” Li Yao reassured, his eyes glinting as he constantly analyzed and gathered data on the Demon Marshal.

Swish, swish, swish, swish, swish…

“You annoying flies—your attacks don’t harm . On the contrary, they serve as supplental buffs. Haven’t you realized this yet? But given my current state, I don’t need your help replenishing anymore.”

As the Demon Marshal spoke, everyone saw the dark smoke of the Darkness Touch encircling him adhere to the blood-red light. When the smoke completely enveloped it, the Werewolf General’s figure reappeared.

But now, countless smoke tendrils from the Darkness Touch had him tightly bound.

“Bloodlust!”

The blood-red fur on the Werewolf General’s body bristled like steel needles, resembling a forest of needle tips piercing through the Darkness Touch. Waves of blood energy surged, desperately attempting to absorb the blood essence of the Darkness Touch.

“Hehehe… How ignorant. You probably don’t even know this, but the existence of flesh-based life forms in this world stems from the curse of the ancient gods. Ancient gods are the true masters of blood and flesh. You’re foolishly challenging the blood power of the ancient gods—truly reckless ignorance!”

The Darkness Touch transford into a blood-red color—or more precisely, a transparent hue. Instead of absorbing the blood essence from the Darkness Touch, the Werewolf General’s own blood energy was continuously drained.

The Werewolf General roared in frantic anger, but his armor rely slowed the rate at which the Darkness Touch absorbed his blood, utterly unable to stop the relentless blood loss.

With the decreasing blood, the Werewolf General’s aura gradually weakened.

“Hahaha…” Yet, unexpectedly, the Werewolf General laughed. “If you had truly reached transcendence, I would already be dead. But it seems that while your strength has ascended to extraordinary levels, your spiritual power and state of mind are still incapable of fully unleashing the might of transcendence. Otherwise, I would’ve long been slain, and you wouldn’t need to waste so much ti. Blood Explosion!”

The Werewolf General’s blood aura surged violently, his presence skyrocketing to an astonishing and fearso degree.

“Humph. I’ve said before, the ancient gods are the true masters of blood. You alone are unqualified to harm . Dinsional Banishnt!”

The Demon Marshal manifested a colossal Magic Wand, its tip extending straight to the Werewolf General’s forehead. The wand seed to pierce through ti and space, leaving the General no room to evade as it landed squarely on his head.

The Werewolf General’s body shriveled instantly, deflated like a punctured balloon. Before he could react, his figure mysteriously vanished.

Monts later, he reappeared amidst the players’ formation. Having reached a quick decision, they resolved to act in unison, adamant on denying Li Yao the chance to earn additional military rits.

Yet, these players weren’t reckless. While launching long-range magic assaults against the Demon Marshal, they waited for an opportunity to exploit the situation or even unexpectedly kill Li Yao during critical monts.

Of course, their plan was well-thought-out. However, reality remained rciless—in the midst of enjoying the spectacular battle among the leaders, the Werewolf General suddenly appeared right in the center of their formation.

Only a few players managed to react swiftly, activating invincibility skills, but the majority were left stunned and bewildered.

Bam, bam, bam, bam, bam…

Blood-red needles erupted from the Werewolf General’s fur like countless arrows, shooting outward.

One by one, players were pierced by the blood-colored needles. In re seconds, over a thousand players around the Werewolf General were skewered.

Even more horrifying, the blood-red holes rapidly expanded into large gaps, and their bodies visibly shriveled at an alarming speed.

Even those who activated invincibility skills weren’t spared, as the Werewolf General beca a bald, fur-less wreck—pathetic beyond description.

If not for his armor preserving his body, his losses would’ve been far worse than just his fur. Nevertheless, with virtually no strength left, he stood barely able to continue fighting.

Despite his condition, he appeared surprisingly unhurried, for he still had his Blood Bead to rejuvenate himself.

“Quite the item. Why not give it to ?”

The Demon Marshal noticed the Werewolf General preparing to use the Blood Bead. Twisting his hand into claw-like hooks that glead with cold light, he extended his arm. As if his hand had vanished, it abruptly materialized before the Werewolf General…
