This is a great item, sotis even better than wings, and it also provides excellent attribute bonuses, much coveted, particularly by those players without wings.
However, this is highly specialized equipnt; both the manufacturing and the equipnt requirents are incredibly stringent, not ant for the average player, but for those who have reached a certain level in both engineering and alchemy.
You should know that players with advanced secondary professions are few and far between, and most of them specialize solely in secondary, lifestyle professions, not participating in battles or adventures, reaching high levels only with the training provided by their guilds.
The sa is true for Advanced Engineering, which seems insignificant compared to other professions.
Most who reach the Interdiate level specialize solely in War Engineering to contribute to their guild’s defenses.
