Chapter 1175: Chapter 1175: Finally a Hero Chapter 1175: Chapter 1175: Finally a Hero Li Yao chose a good location in the mountains to start the digging worm.

The location was very hidden behind a high mountain waterfall ford by stream flow because so creatures lived among the mountains, including so low-intelligence species.

One such creature was the high mountain eagle. Li Yao observed that there were no fewer than several hundred thousand of these creatures, and another group comprised fierce mountain cats. The rest were various grazing creatures, prey for both species.

The fierce mountain cats, similar to leopards but even more cunning and ferocious, although not natural enemies of the high mountain eagles, often fought over control of the waterfall pools and streams.

Li Yao was very satisfied with the location, and he directly created an entrance behind the waterfall before starting to construct adequate spaces.

The worms were adept at this, especially the Ajido engineers, unlike the Anqilla worms whose constructions at the edges were akin to a viscous substance—stable indeed, yet totally misaligned with the aesthetic standards of intelligent beings.

So, Li Yao handed over the construction job to the Ajido engineers. He simply transmitted the structure of the laboratory as he envisioned it into their minds, and they were able to construct an underground kingdom within the cavern.

Moreover, the free labor in Li Yao’s Fra Space was plentiful, never in short supply.

Li Yao staying there had no particular use, so during the day, he let the black dragon queen take him through the endless mountain ranges to level up at Black Stone Plateau.

The weakest monsters in Black Stone Plateau were level fifty, and since the area was fairly remote, there were no players around.

Li Yao picked a level fifty Ogre tribe, leveling up by hunting Ogres daily, as the Ogres provided decent experience for Warcraft.

Thus, ten days passed, and Li Yao’s level had reached forty-seven. During that ti, he had even killed three Ogre bosses, acquiring decent loot.

The laboratory Li Yao had sketched out was finally completely ford, divided into three main buildings. Saying they were buildings was actually an understatent—they were underground palaces styled by the Ajido.

The structures were primarily composed of a stable structure made of mud, stone, and their special secreted viscous substance, far more durable than cent.

The three areas were designated as the storage area, living quarters, and experintal zone, each equipped differently and with their own independent gates. Ajido’s unique web-structured bridges connected them, with either an Abyss or nurous traps underneath. In critical monts, the three sections could seal themselves off.

With two escape tunnels and a large door behind the waterfall checked, Li Yao felt confident there were no issues, and so he used the Hearthstone to Undercity.

Li Yao went straight to the Royal District, where the queen was still constantly flipping through various scrolls, clearly overwheld with tasks due to the complications from plane fusion, busy all the ti.

“ntor,” Li Yao greeted ticulously.

The queen, without raising her head, said indifferently, “Back so soon? Must have exhausted your own legion, huh? It’s okay if you failed; there’s still plenty of ti for you to start over.”

“ntor, do you really have so little faith in ?” Li Yao shrugged. “I’ve already built the laboratory you wanted, to your satisfaction, I’m sure.”

Only then did the queen look up, frowning. “Oh? You didn’t just find so random place to fool , did you?”

“If you don’t believe , then co see for yourself. If you’re not satisfied, I’ll just make changes,” Li Yao hurriedly offered.

“Very well, I’ll accompany you to see it, hoping not to be disappointed,” the queen said, snapping her fingers.

A few Valgaris appeared silently behind the queen.

“State the location and coordinates,” commanded the queen.

“Dead Light Area, xxx, xxx, xxx…” Li Yao was prepared.

“Can we teleport there?” the queen inquired.

One Valgari responded, “We can, but it will require three or more teleports.”

“Very well, proceed imdiately.”

One Valgari shimred with Arcane brilliance and, with a spell, created a miniature Light Gate into which several Valgari flew.

A quarter hour later, the first Valgari reappeared from the Light Gate, “Your Majesty, all is in order. You can enter at any ti.”

“Let’s go.” The queen nodded and led Li Yao through the Light Gate.

Erging from the Light Gate, Li Yao instantly recognized that they were several maps away, not far from another Light Gate.

After three sequential Light Gates, Li Yao and his party precision-arrived near the waterfall.

The gates then disappeared.

“The location you chose is quite good,” the queen said as she observed the surroundings from a peak with her Eagle Eye, clearly pleased with the secrecy of the location.

Li Yao produced a Rune Key, muttered a spell, and a Dark Grey Light Gate appeared in the waterfall. The Valgaris effortlessly transported them inside the portal.

Li Yao envied having his own super Mage team; he was already contemplating acquiring a high-level Mage unit as his own mages were too weak.

“Ajido architectural style. This couldn’t possibly be an ancient Worm Tribe fortress, could it?” the queen asked.

“Which Worm Tribe has such a small fortress? What you see here is the storage area, and there are two more areas,” Li Yao explained, taking the queen to the other two areas.

Seeing the queen repeatedly nodding, Li Yao proudly said, “I expanded the space tenfold based on your vision, ntor. It’s not just a laboratory—it’s big enough for a small town.”
