A few days had passed since Lei Zhen had made his orders.

He was currently sitting in a chair, scanning through nurous docunts that were piled up.

Even though magnolia supported the players and made sure their condition remained top-notch at all tis, exhaustion could be seen in Lei Zhen.

It wasn't physical exhaustion, but ntal exhaustion.

ntal exhaustion was obtained when one is feeling a sense of extre tiredness, or characterized by other feelings including apathy, cynicism, and irritability.

Reading piles and piles of nurous reports had been draining his ntality.

Rations and soldiers' morale must be maintained high at all tis. Otherwise, even if they swore loyalty, their energy and motivation would decrease.

These two problems were enough to give Lei Zhen a headache, but there are more problems arising every single second.

The war between the two princes had only continued to increase further and with the players involving themselves, drought appeared and the environnt itself was being destroyed.

Of course, the players don't care about the destruction because this was the kind of thrill they all wished for.

This world isn't their nor their origins from the get-go. Hence, destruction and brutality were in their blood when it cos to violence in which they don't have to face any punishnt.

And to put the cherry on the topping, they probably have missions, granting them bountiful rewards for their killings against the opposing party.

In addition, they could always respawn after a while, so why would they not maximize their profits by killing other players as well.

Every player was either killing others or assisting the princes in other missions such as delivering food to the soldiers or repairing their defensive structure.

Every player except him, who was left alone in a camp and have to command other soldiers.

"Sigh, am I even a player at this rate, or just so random NPC giving orders?" Lei Zhen was exhausted from reading the docunts that seed to be never-ending.

His life was even more difficult here than the tis he was studying dical terms.

As his eyes started to wander around, his attention was now on the small lamp on the table, witnessing its glowing part.

The small lamp was illuminating the room, but one splash of water inside the content and all light would vanish, just like the current ongoing war.

All he needed was a splash of water on both the princes' heads to completely win the war. Yet that splash of water was difficult to obtain with all these roadblocks.

"Chris' thod might have created a movent, but these players really don't care much. Even with the threat of being barred from receiving any more missions in other cities, they continued to assist the princes." Lei Zhen muttered, feeling perplexed by the insanity decision from the players.

Why would the players throw away their future for asly profits?

Did they really think the NPC was joking and that everything would be fine as long as their faction won?

"Report, Princess Kate had awoken from her slumber and requested an audience with Sir Lei Zhen."

While Lei Zhen was busy coming up with a new alternative to thwart the players, he heard an announcent from outside.

"Let Princess Kate co in." He commanded.

ραпdα nᴏνa| сom Soti later, Kate entered the newly designed tent created for Lei Zhen to work efficiently.

"Say… you told to rest, but look at you now. Your physical appearance might be fun, but you seed ntally exhausted." The first thing Kate noticed when she ca inside was the look of Lei Zhen.

His outward appearance might not have changed much, but she could sense that Lei Zhen was fatigued. Not to ntion, there were piles of docunts that had not been touched by him.

"Who says I'm ntally exhausted?" Lei Zhen hurriedly stood up and stretched his body.

"I simply haven't gotten a chance to get up and stretch my body."

"Sure, whatever you say." Kate smiled briefly and took a seat opposite him. Just by glancing at the workload on his desk, she could tell how much work he had done during the ti she was resting peacefully.

If she were to actually carry on with her duty and not rested enough, then she was sure she didn't need to pretend to be injured when the ti was ripe. She would have fallen ill herself and that would spell disaster for them.

Thus, she was appreciative of Lei Zhen, who they had only t for a few days. What he had done had far surpassed those so-called nobles, but was in fact a tyrant that leeched on the royal family to feed their greed.

Kate grabbed a docunt that Lei Zhen was currently reading and her eyes shone in amazent.

"Y-You actually managed to cause such a drastic change in the princes' faction?" Kate was astonished by the contents. Based on what she had just read, at least 70-80 percent of the people that initially joined to assist Prince Leon or Prince Carter had left.

In fact, the number and voices of complaints continued to rise, prompting those who dared to help either of the princes would be labeled as a traitor to world peace.

She could tell the amount of distress those people receive when they are even threatened by all neighboring cities and countries that they are barred from entering their land.

anwhile, Lei Zhen shook his head and rubbed his temples. "It's only 70-80 percent of people that have left. It's still not enough when those who remained are outlaws that enjoy chaos."

This was the main point of his concern and initial distress. Most ordinary players or those playing the good role players have all retreated, but in every world and every society, there are always those who do evil for fun.

The wicked players that remain are almost close to level 100 with a few of them being in tier 2 as well.

The number might be minimal, but their power strength was enough to annihilate their faction.

"Kate, I think it's ti for you to co out in public and stop the princes now." Lei Zhen's face turned solemn and said calmly.
