Seeing the fierce battle between the woman and nurous monsters, Lei Zhen was left in a trance. It was not that he was srized by her beauty, but by her fighting prowess.

'If I could have those attack skills, then I wouldn't be weak.' He thought, trying to mimic her movent.

Alas, his mimicking skills were extrely poor and he looked like a clown performing a bad dance. His movent was sluggish and couldn't quite grasp the smooth wavering movent that she was doing.

"Just how did she raise her legs like that and then make a 180-degree turn while hitting the monsters?" Lei Zhen was unable to keep up with her swift movent.

Although he was trying to mimic her movent, he also made sure to step in whenever she was at her limit. After all, he ca all the way here to help the supposedly "injured" person.

It would all be for naught if he allowed her to die because he tried to copy her movent. Not only would he be bash for it if that were to happen, but even he would not be able to continue playing Magnolia.

Magnolia might be a ga, but everything was too realistic, to the point that he almost couldn't distinguish this world and the real world.

Ti slowly passed by, and the woman didn't seem to have a brake to step on. She was still fighting in full force, almost like there was infinite stamina gushing out of her.

Most of the ti, even vehicles' engines would run out of oil after driving for so long. Yet the woman's engine had a never-ending oil supply, always ready to attack a new wave of monsters.

"My goodness gracious… Just how fierce is this woman?" Lei Zhen muttered in a bewildered tone. At this mont, he doubted that he even needed to go in to assist her.

In fact, he most likely will beco a burden to her. After all, it was a horde of monsters that was constantly rushing toward the woman.

And no matter how many monsters she had slain, the monsters seem to have no fear for their lives and only had one goal in their mind: attack the woman at all cost.

'I guessed these monsters are the ones controlled by the mysterious man.' Lei Zhen thought. With a simple jigsaw piece, he could subtly determine that the mysterious man had so spell-related skill to control monsters.

After all, two ferocious hounds were tad by him, so what was surprising about controlling more monsters? Not to ntion, Lei Zhen was not a braindead fool that can't deduce crap.

Only those with an intelligence quotient in the negative value would be dumbfounded and unable to piece the clues together.

"Wait a minute… where are those two hounds exactly then?" Lei Zhen suddenly realized that the two hounds were not in the center, fighting the woman.

However, he could recall the two hounds dashing ahead of him, so there was no possible way he could have outrun them.

It was at this mont that Lei Zhen wished he hadn't thought of the two hounds. And that was because every person that said these kinds of words usually had enemies appearing behind them.

Growl!

A growling sound echoed from behind and Lei Zhen slowly turned his head, only to see two saliva-drooling hounds staring deeply at him like a dish.

Just when the two hounds were about to pounce at Lei Zhen, he raised his hand to stop them.

"Hold up, I'll do it myself!" Lei Zhen said in a stern voice, prompting the two hounds to look at him in confusion.

And whatever Lei Zhen said, it seed to have worked because the two hounds didn't move and stood still, waiting for Lei Zhen's next move.

Without stalling any more ti, Lei Zhen turned around and walked toward the center. Fighting those monster waves was far better than going against the two hounds.

After all, the monsters in the wave are all around level 30s whereas the two hounds were level 65 respectively.

"Hello, don't worry, I'm not an enemy. I'm here to help you out." Lei Zhen sounded righteous and heroic as he swung his staff to swat away a weakened monster.

"W-Who are you?" The woman was alard to see soone else here besides her. When she wanted to ask more questions, there was an abnormal surge of mana fluctuating.

Dumbfounded, she quickly killed a monster that was blocking her view to see closely who was the person that just arrived.

Although she could tell the person wasn't strong based on his aura, she was astonished to see her necklace reacting.

'Could he have so connection with the Ferold Ring?' She wondered silently.

While the woman was in a daze, Lei Zhen hurriedly cast Decaying Poison and Stun in the surrounding area, allowing him to get near the woman.

"My na is Lei Zhen and I was protecting a rchant before getting dragged here unknowingly." He flat-out lied while giving out his real na.

There wasn't a need to tell her that he was spectating for so ti until he was forced down here as well.

ραпdα nᴏνa| сom "R-Right… You can just call Kate." The woman identified herself and those with discerning eyes could tell she was Princess Kate Norton, who was being pursued by the mysterious man.

"Nice to et you, Kate. However, let's fend off these monsters before we start talking." Lei Zhen said calmly.

Though inwardly, he was sweating profusely because his mana was running low and his skills were halved by the Lightning Cosmo Domain on top of the curse he had already.

'Next ti, screw my damn doctor's oath. I'm not doing sothing like this again.' Lei Zhen made a ntal note to never commit such a mistake again.

"Alright, help out by continuously slowing the monsters. That way, I can kill them faster." Kate nodded her head and said.

She had seen his skills at disabling the monsters temporarily and if he was a foe, then he wouldn't have needed to talk any more nonsense to her.
