After sending Ivan Chen and the rest of the bullies away, Lei Zhen's cold expression returned to normal. He held a smile on his face and glanced at his sister, Lei Qingxuan for a while before focusing on Tang Qiaolian.
"Are you okay?" Lei Zhen walked forward and asked in concern.
"Don't worry about those bullies. They simply had nothing else to do and were trying to ss with soone." He added.
Tang Qiaolian was still in a daze as her heart was palpitating at the sight of Lei Zhen. It was almost as if he was a knight in shining armor, coming in to rescue her when she was troubled by the bullies.
"Um, can you hear ?" Lei Zhen raised an eyebrow and waved his hand a few tis in front of her face.
Tang Qiaolian snapped out of her daze and nodded her head repeatedly.
"Y-Yes, thank you for helping ." She said nervously.
"Brother, are you done talking?" While Tang Qiaolian was talking to Lei Zhen, Lei Qingxuan suddenly tugged his arm.
"I finished the food you picked for already." She then said.
"Heh, my sister sure does eat a lot. But don't eat too many because you don't want to be chubby in the future, right?" Lei Zhen turned around and grabbed the small plate from Lei Qingxuan.
After placing the small plate on the table, Lei Zhen returned his attention to Tang Qiaolian.
"Right, my na is Lei Zhen, and over here is my little sister, Lei Qingxuan." Lei Zhen extended his hand out and formally introduced himself.
"R-Right, my na is Tang Qiaolian. Nice to et you," Tang Qiaolian said quite nervously as she held his hand and shook it, feeling embarrassed and shy at the sa ti.
And that was the day she made acquaintance with Lei Zhen and his sister.

Back to the present, Tang Qiaolian felt her eyes were kind of teary. She grabbed a tissue and wiped her eyes.
She thought her action might attract his attention, but when she saw Lei Zhen still looking aghast at the nu, she sighed in relief.
'Hopefully, you can regain your mories of the past slowly. Telling you the truth now would harm you more.' She thought to herself.
Soti later, Lei Zhen finally decided to choose sweet and sour fish fillet as one of the main dishes.
"Ugh, only this one has a reasonable price." He said awkwardly. The other dishes were all above the 50-dollar margin and honestly, he wasn't too pleased about it.
The dishes were common, but just because they said it was exported from another country or that the ingredient is extrely rare does not an they charge exorbitant prices.
With the invention of flying cars, exports and imports are comparatively faster than in the past. Yet the price still continued to hike up and not lower.
How was that plausible?
"Just stop looking at the price tag like I've said." Tang Qiaolian chuckled and shook her head.
"The prices on the nu are a demonstration of the restaurant's luxury style. If the prices are actually cheap, then the reputation they have obtained would have been over." She added.
"Sigh, the wealthy truly love to flex their status no matter the occasion. This one simple dinner to them is like a death zone for the poor."
"Then beco rich again. With your intelligence and capability, I'm sure you can easily climb back up the ladder." Tang Qiaolian said, her words revealing so subtle hints behind it.
To that topic, Lei Zhen remained silent and pretended to glance over the nu again.
Ti slowly passed by, and Tang Qiaolian decided to do the ordering process because Lei Zhen was filled with hesitation regarding the dishes.
When it cos to other stuff, Lei Zhen was always decisive and straightforward, but when it cos to purchasing expensive stuff. It was like he had changed into another person, extrely indecisive.

'This damn girl finally arrived. Does it really take her that long to prepare?' She wondered silently.
"Is that mysterious person finally arriving?" Lei Zhen asked when he noticed her replying to a text on her phone.
Tang Qiaolian nodded her head.
Before she could continue though, a security alert occurred, and Lei Zhen was dumbfounded.
"Huh? Soone is trying to intrude in this place?" He asked in a slightly shocked tone.
"Let check the tablet." Tang Qiaolian said and opened the tablet, only to twitch her mouth in disbelief.
"Is this bitch for real?"
Through the tablet, she saw Cecile being interrogated by two security guards.
"Lei Zhen, did you bring a mask with you?" Tang Qiaolian suddenly asked.
"Hmm, no, what's the matter?" Lei Zhen replied confusingly. It was a dinner between friends so there wasn't a need to hide his identity in the real world.
Therefore, he did not bring a mask since his face was pretty well known to the public already.
"I see… then just pretend that you are a casual friend and don't reveal anything. Cecile from the Aries Guild is outside of our room now, and it won't be impolite to not et her when she cos out of her way here." Tang Qiaolian snickered and stood up.
Walking toward the door, she opened it up and stopped the two security guards.
"Sorry, guards, but I know who she is." Tang Qiaolian said straightforwardly, her gaze locked on Cecile.
"So, I didn't think we would et again at the Golden Restaurant."
"Heh, at least you dare to co out to et . These security guards are so much of a brute. Though they are lucky that they didn't touch ." Cecile smirked coldly.
Her vision had betrayed her motive though. She was trying to get a glimpse of who was inside with Tang Qiaolian.
'As expected, she planted a spy at my guild and was probably thinking that I'll be eting with soone from the Cancer Guild.' Tang Qiaolian thought to herself.
