Damon t up with the rest of the team in the locker room and imdiately got to work.

They started the warm-up routine. Light movent, stretching, shadowboxing, and pad work. Victor and the others went over the ga plan again, repeating the strategies they had already discussed throughout the week.

They talked through different scenarios.

Anton pressing forward.

Anton trying to wrestle.

Anton switching his rhythm.

Each ti Damon responded calmly while they adjusted small details in the plan. Nothing major needed changing, but Victor liked making sure everything was clear.

Once the first fight of the night was about to begin, everyone gathered around the table where a screen showed the arena broadcast.

Tonight was the second and final night of the event.

UFA VS. UNO — NIGHT 2

Just like the first night in Singapore, Madison Square Garden was completely packed.

The arena was sold out.

Dostic fans filled most of the seats, but there were also plenty of international fans who had flown in for the event. Many of them had missed Damon’s performance in Singapore and didn’t want to miss this one.

For them, this fight felt even more exciting.

Many believed this matchup would be more competitive than Damon’s previous one. Anton was seen as a tougher challenge, soone with the experience and skill to push Damon further.

And when it ca to Damon Cross, one thing fans expected was entertainnt.

He had never been known for boring fights.

Most people expected a banger.

At the sa ti, the bigger story of the event remained the sa.

Two giants of the sport.

UFA and UNO.

Both organizations dominated the MMA industry in their own ways. UNO had its reach across multiple sports worldwide, while UFA ruled much of the global MMA scene.

Fans had been keeping track of the score since the first night.

3 – 1

UFA had taken three of the four fights.

UNO managed to secure only one win.

Because of that, many fans were already predicting the final result of the event.

They doubted UNO could pull off three wins tonight.

Let alone four.

The odds heavily favored UFA.

The first fight of the night began.

Lightweight.

Just like the heavier divisions, the situation on the UNO side wasn’t perfect.

UNO’s true lightweight champion also held the welterweight belt, aning he was scheduled to fight later in the night. Because of that, UNO had to send in their interim lightweight champion instead.

So fans had criticized that decision from the beginning.

After all, not everyone was as willing to fight across divisions like Damon.

So would call Damon brave.

Others would call him reckless.

Regardless, UNO paid the price for it tonight.

Across the cage stood the UFA lightweight champion, a man many fans considered one of the most dangerous fighters in the sport. His boxing was sharp, fast, and brutally accurate. His grappling wasn’t talked about as much, but those who followed the sport closely knew it was just as dangerous.

When the fight started, the difference beca clear quickly.

The UNO interim champion was a good striker by any standard. His movent was clean and his kicks were sharp. Against most fighters he would have been a serious problem.

But tonight he stood in front of a monster.

The UFA champion was a man in the absolute pri of his career. Over the past few years he had defeated legend after legend, fighters many fans once called the greatest in their specialties.

The first round started competitive.

The UNO fighter circled the cage, throwing quick kicks to maintain distance. The UFA champion stayed patient, moving forward slowly, reading everything.

His guard stayed tight.

His eyes never left his opponent.

Halfway through the round, the pressure began to build.

The UFA champion started cutting the cage instead of chasing. Every step pushed the UNO fighter closer toward the fence.

A jab landed.

Then another.

Not powerful, but sharp enough to disrupt rhythm.

The UNO fighter tried firing back with a combination, but the UFA champion slipped the first punch and stepped inside the second. His counter right hand clipped the chin just enough to shake the balance.

The crowd reacted imdiately.

Now the montum had shifted.

The UFA champion stepped forward again, controlling the center. Every ti the UNO fighter tried to circle out, he t another jab or body shot.

Then ca the trap.

The UNO fighter moved left, trying to escape the pressure. But the UFA champion anticipated it and stepped into the angle first.

Suddenly the cage was right behind him.

The UNO fighter realized too late.

The UFA champion exploded forward.

A jab snapped the head back.

A short left hook followed imdiately after.

The UNO fighter tried to clinch, but the UFA champion slipped to the side and created just enough space.

Then the finishing shot ca.

A brutal overhand right.

The punch landed perfectly on the chin.

The sound echoed through the arena.

The UNO fighter collapsed instantly, falling backward against the cage before dropping to the canvas.

The referee rushed in without hesitation.

The fight was over.

The crowd in Madison Square Garden exploded as the UFA champion walked away calmly, raising one hand while the arena roared.

Another victory for UFA.

The scoreboard shifted.

4 – 1.

Damon watched the finish from the locker room screen.

The mont the knockout happened, he sat forward slightly and began clapping.

"That was good," he said.

Victor nodded beside him.

The way the UFA fighter had controlled the cage stood out imdiately. He slowly pulled the UNO fighter into bad positions until the mistake appeared.

A trap.

Then the finish.

Damon respected that.

Still, as he leaned back again, he couldn’t help but feel a little bad for UNO.

Unlike UNO, UFA only had one double champion.

Him.

And he was the one fighting twice in this event.

UNO, on the other hand, had two champions who held belts in multiple divisions. Because of that, they had to delegate so of their fights to interim champions.

That created a bad situation.

Instead of their absolute best fighters facing UFA’s champions, the matchups turned into UFA’s elite champions fighting the second best fighters in UNO.

And against monsters like the UFA lightweight champion, that difference mattered.

Now the scoreboard made things even worse.

UFA had taken another win.

For UNO to co back from this, they would need to win every remaining fight tonight.

Three straight victories.

Damon crossed his arms as he looked at the screen.

That was easier said than done.
