"What the fuck..."

Damon stared at the floating blue screen in front of him, eyebrows furrowed, the words almost not making sense at first glance.

He had thought the system couldn't possibly give him anything crazy anymore. Not after all he had achieved. Not after becoming world champion. What else was there left? Strength? Speed? Power?

But this?

This was different.

[King of the Cage Eye]

A Passive Ability Awakened Through Absolute Presence, Control, and Recognition Inside the Cage.

Effect:

> Grants the user unparalleled spatial awareness within the cage. Vision expands instinctively — no longer limited to the eyes alone. The user feels every movent, space, and shift around them. Angles. Footwork. Cage awareness. Distance. Even what's behind them.

Function:

Awareness of the entire cage, like having an invisible overhead view rged with instinct.

Detection of blind spots, circling, level changes, and montum shifts.

Hard to surprise or corner.

Foot placent tracking, knowing where both their and their opponent's feet are even without looking.

---

Limitations:

1. Cage Locked

Only activates inside an official MMA cage during official matches.

2. Duration Control

Cannot be maintained indefinitely.

Requires extre focus, breathing control, and emotional composure.

Average continuous duration: 30 seconds to 1 minute max.

Longer durations require slowing the pace or forcing resets.

3. Cooldown Fatigue

Once dropped, it takes ti to activate again.

Rough estimate: 2 minutes minimum recovery, or until Host ntally resets.

aning careless spam of it will leave you just as vulnerable as any fighter.

4. No Prediction, Only Perception

The ability enhances awareness, not future sight.

Wild, awkward, or purely instinctual movents can still land if they're unorthodox enough.

5. Emotional Fragility

Panic. Rage. Frustration. Emotional spikes kill the Eye instantly.

Host must remain completely composed and calm, fighting smart, not emotional.

6. Availability

Can only be access on championship matches.

---

This is not the eye of power. This is the eye of clarity. A King does not swing wildly. A King does not chase recklessly. A King watches his battlefield, and moves when necessary.

---

Damon sat back.

'This is so wild shit...' he thought.

But the more he read it, the more he liked it.

From standing still while chaos unfolded and seeing everything.

It was the perfect balance.

Only those who truly ruled the cage, ntally, emotionally, and physically could maintain this gift.

Damon looked down at his belt, grinning to himself.

"This... is crazy," he muttered. "But it fits perfectly."

He sat back, staring at the blue holographic text floating in front of him.

[King of the Cage Eye]

[Active Ability – Championship-Only Condition]

It wasn't complicated. The ability let him see everything in the cage. even behind him, even behind his opponent.

But it wasn't without limits.

It could only be used in official championship fights. Not in the gym. Not in simulations. Not in non-title matches.

And even when he could use it, it didn't last forever.

One minute.

That was all it gave him. Sixty seconds.

It drained faster if he fought sloppy or emotional.

Once it ended, there was a cooldown. Five minutes before it could be used again. Assuming the fight was still going.

Damon sat there, elbow resting on his knee, towel over his shoulder.

This was exactly the kind of thing he didn't expect.

He leaned back, exhaling slowly.

'Too bad I can't test it now.'

Simulation wouldn't let him. Rules were rules.

For now, all he could do was wait.

His first title defense would be the first ti he used it.

That thought alone made him smile.

He scrolled through the rest of the screen, eyes narrowing slightly as another notification popped up.

[Presence of CHAMP]

During stare downs, whether at weigh-ins, press conferences, or those final tense monts before the cage door shut, anyone without solid ntal strength would feel it. Pressure. Doubt. That creeping shake in their gut.

Winning the ntal war before the physical one even started.

Damon leaned back, letting out a small breath through his nose.

He liked that one. Quiet. Subtle. No gimmicks. No flash. The kind of advantage that felt real in this sport.

But he didn't dwell long.

There was more.

[Legacy Tree]

Upon officially retiring, the host could choose to transfer the system, but only to his direct offspring. Only those who carried his bloodline. The system would reshape and reform itself to fit the new host's path, their world, their goals.

Damon snorted quietly, shaking his head.

'Heh… Guess I'm building a dynasty without even knowing.'

It wasn't sothing he thought about much. Kids were still just an idea. He had one on the way, sure, but he was twenty-three. He was in the middle of his career.

Retirent felt like sothing for the far future.

For now, he still had a lot of fighting left to do.

He closed the tab and leaned back against the couch, thinking about the payday from this fight. From this entire event.

Pay-Per-View points. Fight bonus. Performance bonus. Sponsorship cut. rchandise.

He shook his head, chuckling under his breath.

'Tsk… This life is crazy.'

From nothing… to this.

While he didn't have the exact number yet, he knew that with the system's financial multiplier in place, the total payout would easily cross ten million. That was including base pay, PPV points, win bonus, and the champion bonus attached to the belt.

And from what Ronan Black had said post-fight, he had beco a very rich man tonight.

aning he'd start seeing money he hadn't even dread of a year ago.

Sponsorship doors would open wider. rch sales would spike. And the more he defended, the higher the numbers would climb.

With all of this on his mind, Damon finally closed everything.

The blue holographic screen faded from his sight, the room falling into its quiet, grounded reality again.

Running a hand through his hair before letting out a tired breath. That bar situation earlier, the fight, the aftermath, even the celebration, all of it had drained him more than he realized.

His body wasn't sore from the cage.

It was life outside the cage that took the energy.

He stood up, grabbing his phone, keys, and placing his watch on the nightstand.

Tomorrow he was going back ho.
