Chapter 725: I’m Back

Instantly, Vega’s head snapped upward, her Eyes of the Universe activating the mont her gaze pierced the ceiling. The layered dinsions above unraveled before her perception, and she instantly saw through the veil of space itself, glimpsing the vast stretch of the galaxy as though nothing separated her from it. The imnsity of it filled her with wonder, her heart stirring as she marveled at the boundless expanse unveiled before her.

Her Omnity talent, her unique talent that allowed her to wield every known elent in existence without training, without spell, without incantation, had not evolved into sothing new. But, she could sense that its limitations had weakened. The cost, the imnse drain of mana it had once demanded, had plumted dramatically. Now, with nothing more than sufficient will and mana, her command of existence itself was sharper, easier, more instinctive.

The Eyes of the Universe unraveled every hidden structure of the chamber they stood within, exposing the intricacies of space, the fragile threads of reality’s design. Power swelled inside her, uncontainable, and her mana erupted outward in cataclysmic waves. Her Omnity bent the surrounding space to her will, reshaping it in subtle folds, while her eyes worked in perfect tandem with her talent, each ability complenting the other to reduce the cost of exertion.

Above her, space cracked. A rift tore open across the chamber’s ceiling, jagged like the maw of creation splitting wide. Without a word, her form blurred. She vanished into the tear, leaving behind three stunned figures, Anthony, Klaus, and Amara, frozen in speechless awe.

Vega’s form reappeared within a vast and infinite expanse. She stood in the void itself, outer space, the unending breadth beyond the galaxy’s edge. Her Eyes of the Universe flared, drinking in everything. Every star, every fold of nebulae, every drifting current of cosmic dust revealed itself to her. Her consciousness expanded as if she had beco one with the cosmos.

The void pressed against her, its oppressive nature attempting to swallow her whole, testing whether she was truly strong enough to exist without the protective cocoon of a planet. Normally, such a thing would have torn her apart instantly. But now, her raw physique defied the odds. She did not cower. She smiled, her body coming alive, her blood singing with exhilaration. She had taken a step closer to the realm of beings who could stand as equals to planets themselves.

Around her, countless stars glittered in the endless sea, painting the galaxy in breathtaking hues, shapes, and colors. It should have been familiar, for she had witnessed this beauty countless tis before. As a child, while others’ parents gifted their children simple telescopes to glimpse the heavens, her own parents had taken her directly to those stars, shielding her fragile body with their aura as they let her taste the galaxy.

But now, this ti, she stood here alone. No borrowed protection. No guardians. No illusions. She had co here through her own power.

Her body blurred, shooting forward faster than thought itself. Within monts, she stood before a neutron star whose gravitational pull was so imnse that it could shred lesser beings into nothingness with its very existence.

But Vega did not move. She descended lightly, her feet touching its dense surface. For an instant, she simply smiled, letting the ferocious waves of stellar energy slam into her body. The strain was terrible, the gravitational force threatening to rip her apart, but she resisted, holding her ground, her smile widening at her own defiance.

She vanished again, her figure reappearing beside a sun, its surface boiling with cataclysmic fire, its searing heat and crushing force trying desperately to tear her down. But her body, now reborn through awakening, scarcely reacted. She raised her hand slowly, deliberately, and clenched her fist.

In that instant, cosmic gases trembled, quivering as if in reverence. Then her fist blurred forward.

With devastating, star-sundering impact, her blow connected.

BOOM.

The strike echoed across the void, shockwaves exploding outward in ruinous rings. The sun shuddered violently, flaring uncontrollably, its surface rippling as though threatening to collapse under its own weight. Blinding streams of energy burst outward in frenzied rebellion, but Vega did not move. She only stared, unflinching, her heart calm.

A punch... strong enough to reduce a planet to nothing, to scatter cosmic debris into ashes. But not enough for stars... not yet. Not completely.

She exhaled slowly, acknowledging the truth. She could wound a star. She could force it to tremble. But she could not yet destroy it outright, not with physical strength alone. But the thought brought no disappointnt. She smiled again, joy swelling inside her. With her other abilities, with her powers layered together, the outco would be different. And even so, this alone was already trendous progress.

But before she could savor the triumph further, the void around her shattered. Space itself tore open, fracturing like glass, unveiling a deeper abyss, the hidden maw of reality’s secrets yawning wide. The rift surged forward, and in an instant it swallowed her whole.

Darkness warped, twisted, and dissolved. Her senses realigned, and when her vision cleared, she knew at once where she had returned.

Her family estate. Her ho. The walls, the familiar warmth, the place where she had grown up beneath the watchful eyes of her parents.

Anthony, Amara, and Klaus were already there, waiting. Their faces carried smiles that shone with relief and pride.

Vega’s lips curved into a soft smile of her own. "I’m back."

Their smiles deepened. For a fleeting mont, they forgot the horrors she had endured, the pain she had borne. For a mont, there was only joy.

Without pausing, Vega continued, her voice trembling with excitent. "This has to be the Primordial Rank Bloodline... right? The boost is insane. It can only be the Primordial Human Bloodline."

Klaus and Amara exchanged knowing glances, their smiles widening. Then, gently, Klaus shook his head. His voice was calm but resolute. "No, Vega. This... is the Perfect Human Bloodline."

The words struck like thunder. Klaus could sense it clearly, the rank of bloodline coursing through his daughter’s veins. Amara, however, could not. Those whose bloodline stood at a lower rank could not perceive the existence of those far above.

Vega froze in astonishnt. The unimaginable boost she had just experienced, an ascension that had torn her into a new existence, was only the Perfect Rank. Not the Primordial. Her heart raced, disbelief painting her expression. And she had not even tested everything yet. She had only begun to scratch at the surface of the Eyes of the Universe, her greatest treasure.

Her mind wandered briefly, and she could not help but imagine the impossible. If this was only Perfect... then how terrifying, how broken, how utterly overwhelming must her father be, who bore the Primordial Human Bloodline? The thought itself was difficult to endure. She could scarcely bring herself to imagine it.

But within the estate, the weight of tension and mystery lifted at last. The burden Klaus and Amara had carried for two decades dissolved like mist. The atmosphere was harmonious, the air thick with relief. For the first ti in years, they were free, utterly and permanently free.
