Chapter 639: Imprisonnt
With a thunderous crash, four figures plumted into the earth, the impact carving open a colossal sinkhole as though the ground itself sought to swallow the heavens above.
Lucian’s katana flashed in a deadly arc toward the Demon King’s head, while Aaaninja’s blade carved forward, aiming to pierce Anthony’s ribs with blistering speed.
The Demon King reacted instantly, his blade rising to intercept Lucian’s strike, yet in that mont, the world shifted. In a seamless exchange, he suddenly stood where Anthony had been, and Anthony where he had been.
Lucian’s katana halted mid-swing, redirected by intent, while Aaaninja’s sword drove rcilessly into the Demon King’s side, sliding through his ribs like a hot blade through butter. Black blood erupted into the air, scattering in dark rivulets across the battlefield.
But Anthony did not pause. His form blurred, vanishing and reappearing behind the Demon King, his heel already driving down like a cannonball aid to crush the Demon King’s skull.
But a wound alone could not slow the Demon King. His twin blade surged upward in a blur, the flat of the weapon intercepting the strike.
The air itself detonated at the point of impact, a violent shockwave screaming outward in every direction. The earth beneath their feet cratered once more, sinking deeper under the crushing weight of the clash.
Before the Demon King could react, Lucian was already upon him, his katana carving a rciless arc toward the Demon King’s back.
But in an instant, the Demon King vanished, space itself twisting and folding, his form reerging within a shattered building kiloters away.
But he was not alone.
Even as the dust of his arrival settled, the trio appeared within the sa ruin, as though they had foreseen his every step.
Aaaninja’s Eyes of Genesis had already unraveled the Demon King’s action.
Anthony’s ntal Calculation had charted the outco with flawless ease. And Lucian, he did not need to move at all; the law of his Reality Anchor simply pulled him to the place where the others had converged.
But they did not arrive empty-handed. Their blades were already in motion, each strike a death sentence, one aid at the neck, one at the heart, and one to cleave the torso in two.
The Demon King showed no surprise, no flicker of emotion at their seamless pursuit. His expression remained unreadable, a mask of cold neutrality.
Then, without warning, an apocalyptic surge of chaos energy erupted from his body. It expanded outward in a colossal do of destruction, a cataclysm that swallowed the entire Human Domain in a single breath. The earth ruptured, skies trembled, and the air itself burned under the weight of the explosion.
But the trio was already gone.
Anthony, Aaaninja, and Lucian reappeared high above, their forms materializing in the sky, gazes fixed downward upon the devastation unfolding below.
Through the roiling haze of smoke, ash, and dust, the Demon King erged once more. Calm. Unbroken. His wounds had already sealed, his posture straight, his black eyes swirling like the endless abyss, an eternal void staring back at creation itself.
The Demon King’s foot lifted, preparing to take a step, but before it could even touch the ground, his figure vanished. In the blink of an eye, he stood behind Lucian. His arm shot forward like a spear, tearing clean through Lucian’s back, his hand bursting out through his chest clutching a still-beating heart.
Anthony and Aaaninja did not so much as flinch. They rely watched, the sa faint smiles lingering on their faces, because the Lucian impaled before the Demon King dissolved into nothingness, a clone scattered to ash.
Before the Demon King could register it, the real Lucian was already at his side, his fist colliding into the Demon King’s jaw with the concussive force of a cannon. Bone-shaking impact cracked the air itself, sending shockwaves rippling outward.
The Demon King’s form then dropped downward, descending with the crushing weight of a dying star. But he did not crash. Instead, he twisted with flawless control, rotating mid-fall until his feet touched the earth with the calm movent of a master, deft and balanced.
Chrono Imprisonnt
Aaaninja’s voice thundered across the heavens, and the flow of ti itself faltered. Countless particles bent and froze under his mastery, the very fabric of reality straining as though desperate to hold the Demon King in place.
In that suspended instant, Anthony appeared before the Demon King, his katana thrusting straight for the Demon King’s heart.
But the king moved. Effortlessly. He dismissed Aaaninja’s temporal snare as though it were nothing more than a passing breeze. His body shifted, sliding sideways, and in the sa motion his elbow snapped toward Anthony’s throat.
Anthony t it head-on. His wrist rose and caught the strike, halting its destructive force as though he had intercepted a falling mountain with casual ease.
Lightning Barrage
Lucian’s voice rang out.
The skies darkened. Clouds churned into a massive cyclone, and from its heart surged a storm of writhing energy. Crackling arcs pulsed in the vortex until, with a blinding flash, a pillar of black lightning descended like divine judgnt, collapsing upon both Anthony and the Demon King. Neither moved to evade, their composure unbroken, as though such a strike held no power to harm them.
The Demon King’s lips curved, his voice low and cold.
Abyssal Maw
Space above him convulsed violently, unable to contain what was about to erge. Then, like glass shattering under pressure, it split apart. From the rift descended a colossal abyssal maw, its sheer enormity dwarfing dragons, its body composed of nothing but the endless void. It lunged, jaws yawning wide, to consu Lucian’s storm whole.
But Aaaninja only grinned, mischief glinting in his eyes.
Temporal Shift
His voice ca again, this ti almost playful. Ti buckled, particles surging like a tide. In an instant, the abyssal maw was swallowed, not destroyed, but displaced, shifted entirely out of that mont in ti. Lucian’s lightning, unhindered, crashed downward.
Anthony held the Demon King firmly in place. Yet the storm did not touch him; Infinity encased his body, rendering him untouchable, immune to even the most destructive forces.
The lightning consud only the Demon King. His skull, flesh, and cells were torn apart with maddening ferocity, shredded by the rciless storm. Yet his face remained unchanged, his expression unflinching. He endured the agony without a flicker of pain. For every cell annihilated, another multiplied instantly, repairing the damage as though the assault had never happened.
Anthony’s eyes narrowed as he watched the Demon King regenerate, his cells multiplying faster than the wounds could even form.
Without hesitation, he moved.
Blue flas erupted from his arm, deadly and rciless, searing through reality itself before instantly manifesting on the Demon King’s elbow.
The Demon King’s composure finally shifted. In that instant, he felt it, death’s cold grip tightening around him. His form blurred as he tried to disengage, but it was already too late.
The blue fire had consud his entire arm, devouring flesh and bone with unrelenting hunger.
The Demon King did not hesitate. With ruthless decisiveness, he severed the limb before the flas could spread further, sacrificing it in exchange for survival.
But he was granted no reprieve.
Lucian’s voice resounded across the battlefield, playful but absolute like an executioner’s decree.
