Chapter 1098: Blood Army
The Blood Queen didn’t even react; although she felt the pain, although she could feel even more of Anthony’s Sword Intent flooding her body and essence, she didn’t speak or scream in pain, she simply clamped down on his sword, and with a wicked force, she swung her scythe at his neck as she moved to decapitate him in that very mont.
But killing Anthony was not so easy; his hand rose as he caught the scythe blade with his left hand, stopping it in its tracks with chanical precision. Without missing a beat, he leaped into the air, his feet slamming into the Blood Queen’s chest with maddening force. The next mont, her body tore backward again with frightening intensity as she slamd into a planet before coming to a stop, the impact sending shockwaves across its surface.
Her blood-red eyes snapped toward Anthony’s position, but all that filled her vision was a silver blur that she couldn’t react to in ti. In the next instant, a thin silver line appeared across her throat, and with the sound of blood splattering and skin tearing echoing through space, her head was separated from her neck, her body suddenly going limp for a brief second as though all life had montarily abandoned it.
Anthony appeared at another side as he stared at her corpse, but in the very next split second, a new head grew in place as though nothing had happened. The mont her head was fully restored, the Blood Queen acted without hesitation as she activated an ability, her presence flaring with renewed intensity.
Blood Army
At her command, blood-red energy surged violently from her body as mana erupted from her core, and in the next mont, space itself trembled as tens, hundreds, thousands, millions, and billions of Blood Queens appeared, filling the entire void. Each of them held a scythe wrapped in dense Scythe Intent, and in a blur, they all tore forward at the sa overwhelming speed, forming an unstoppable tide of destruction.
Anthony simply smirked, and with a re thought, he activated his own clone ability, and in the next instant, billions of Anthonys appeared in place, each of them holding the sa katana and wearing the sa confident smile. Without delay, they tore forward to engage the incoming vampire tide, their movents perfectly synchronized.
Anthony’s eyes never left the real Blood Queen, and the Blood Queen’s eyes never left the real Anthony, both of them fully aware that the true battle lay between them alone.
Titanic explosions erupted around them, clashes of tal sundering outward as their clones battled relentlessly, the void itself trembling under the sheer scale of destruction. But at the end of it all, Anthony’s clones overwheld the Blood Queen’s forces completely, as not even a single one of Anthony’s clones was destroyed, their superiority absolute and undeniable.
The Blood Queen couldn’t help but click her tongue in irritation, but within that fraction of a second, Anthony was already before her, his leg tearing outward as it collided with her jaw with bone-crushing force, her head snapping violently in the opposite direction of the attack. But inertia did not carry her away this ti; no, she caught herself before it could, her own fist tearing outward to et Anthony’s chest in retaliation.
But Anthony simply caught her fist with ease, rotating his body as he redirected her montum before throwing her away as though she were nothing more than a stone.
The Blood Queen lost control over her body as she slamd into an asteroid with cataclysmic impact, the celestial rock fracturing upon contact. She groaned as she felt the pain course through her entire body, but before she could even move, Anthony was already upon her, his fist shooting outward like a devastating cannon blast.
With an explosive burst, both the asteroid and the Blood Queen were blown apart under the force of a single punch that shattered space itself, her body pulverizing out of existence as only her blood remained suspended within the void.
In the next mont, from that very blood, a new Blood Queen arose as though she had never been destroyed in the first place, her form reconstituting with eerie perfection.
Anthony stared at her with an air of invincibility as he spoke, unable to conceal his disdain, "At this rate, you wouldn’t be able to avenge your son, Blood Queen," he taunted, his voice calm yet cutting.
At Anthony’s words, the Blood Queen imdiately transitioned into another blood-based attack, her mana rumbling through the cosmic expanse as she activated another skill, her patience wearing thin.
Blood Tide
In the next mont, what seed like an amalgamation of thousands of vast oceans of blood surged into existence, an overwhelming crimson mass that dwarfed anything seen before. It was a tsunami, no, even that word was insufficient to describe its magnitude, as it rushed toward Anthony with the intent to crush and consu him entirely.
Anthony rely smirked at the incoming attack as his own mana surged into reality, responding to his will as he tapped into his ice affinity and cast a spell with effortless control.
[Ice Magic: Mana Zone: Frozen Avalanche]
In the next mont, an imnse wave of frost exploded outward to et the incoming tide with maddening force and absolute freezing power. The instant the two forces collided, the Blood Tide was imdiately frozen solid, its overwhelming montum halted as the blood had no hope of overcoming the domineering nature of ice under Anthony’s control.
The Blood Queen’s eyes narrowed sharply, her frustration becoming evident as her abilities continued to fail her, and it was becoming increasingly unbearable. Normally, she could manipulate the blood of her opponents with ease, explode their hearts, rupture their veins, or even destroy their brains from within, but she couldn’t even establish a connection with Anthony’s blood, let alone control it.
"Hey, Blood Queen, your subordinates put in more effort than you; isn’t this a bit pathetic for a grieving mother?" Anthony asked as he stared at her, his tone laced with mocking indifference.
"I wouldn’t be a grieving mother if you had just minded your business," the Blood Queen replied in an anger-laced tone as she glared at Anthony, her killing intent intensifying.
"Is that so?" Anthony replied, his voice carrying a feigned innocence as though he bore no responsibility for the situation.
As Anthony briefly fell into thought, the Blood Queen seized the opportunity, closing the distance instantly as she cast a spell at close range, her timing precise and calculated.
[Blood Magic: Poisoned Dread Mist]
The mont she cast the spell, a blood-red mist imdiately converged around Anthony before surging toward his skin pores, attempting to infiltrate his body and corrupt his blood into a lethal poison, aiming to kill him from within in the most insidious way possible.
Anthony didn’t even bother defending; poison was useless against him, making any form of resistance unnecessary.
[Fla Magic: Sun Beam]
Anthony casted his own spell, his hand extending forward as a concentrated beam of blazing flas erupted outward toward the Blood Queen at close range. Seeing the incoming attack, the Blood Queen instantly transford into a blood mist and vanished from her position, effortlessly evading the attack as it continued onward, tearing through multiple planets in succession with sheer destructive force.
Anthony’s eyes snapped toward her new position, the smile on his face slowly fading as his patience wore thin. He was beginning to grow tired of the battle; the Blood Queen, who was ant to be the main spectacle, was proving to be far less entertaining than he had anticipated. The massive, cataclysmic techniques he had expected from her were nowhere to be seen. To him, she was rely relying on basic abilities, and Anthony couldn’t help but feel a deep sense of disappointnt at the lack of challenge she presented.
