Chapter 1092: Less Talk, More Action
Anthony stared at the Blood Queen for a mont; prior to this mont, he had told himself that if the Blood Queen asked whether he had anything to do with the death of her son, he would simply deny it, that had been his thoughts at the ti, but now... why should he deny it? Why not say yes and enjoy the chaos that would inevitably follow?
"If I had a hand in your son’s death, I wonder what you are going to do about it. Since you know I’m stronger than you, I wonder if you are willing to rush to your death and join your son," Anthony replied as a full smile appeared on his face, one that carried a trace of amusent and anticipation, as though he was genuinely enjoying the developnt of events.
He was bored; why not spice things up a little and make the situation more interesting? If the Vampire race was wiped out in the process... well, that had nothing to do with him, and he wouldn’t lose sleep over it.
"ANTHONY!!!!" the Blood Queen shouted at the top of her lungs, her voice echoing violently through the chamber. Although Anthony didn’t explicitly answer her question, she had already labeled him as guilty in her mind, her emotions clouding any sense of rational judgnt she might have had.
In a blur, she closed the distance between them, her body becoming a streak of red that tore through the space separating them. Her fingers elongated into razor-sharp claws as she swiped across Anthony’s throat with lethal precision; space itself seed to tear apart under the sheer force of that motion.
But Anthony remained completely unbothered, simply staring at the incoming attack without even the slightest hint of concern. But before it could make contact, it halted, stopped once again by Infinity.
"You know, I have no issue uniting mother and son, just not in the land of the living," Anthony stated with a calm smile, and before the Blood Queen could even process his words or attempt a response, his fist slamd into her jaw with star-burning force, the impact devastating.
The strike launched her upward violently, her body blasting through the roof of the Blood Castle as though it were nothing more than fragile glass. She streaked into the sky, tearing through the atmosphere with unstoppable montum, her form shooting toward outer space like a descending cot in reverse as Anthony’s punch propelled her toward the stars.
"My Queen!!" The Guards imdiately rushed into the room to contain the threat, their reactions swift and instinctive. However, the mont they laid eyes on Anthony, they halted mid-step, their instincts screaming danger as they recognized the presence before them.
Their hesitation lasted only a fraction of a second. With unwavering loyalty, they launched their attacks regardless, throwing their lives away without a second thought. Anthony, however, had no intention of wasting ti on weaker opponents.
With a re thought, space itself bent to his will, and with sickening ease, every Vampire Guard around him exploded outward like overinflated balloons. Blood, gore, organs, intestines, and bones splattered violently across the chamber walls, floor, and door as Anthony twisted the very space within their bodies, leaving nothing intact.
Without missing a beat, Anthony shot into the air, his body tearing through the ceiling as he pursued the Blood Queen, who was still being propelled upward due to the imnse force behind his earlier strike, her trajectory unbroken.
Planetary-level powerhouses imdiately manifested above Anthony, appearing from different directions as though responding to an ergency call. Although they didn’t fully understand what had transpired, their primary concern remained their Queen’s safety, and they were prepared to act without hesitation.
’Eleven of them,’ Anthony counted silently.
The next mont, a barrage of blood constructs, spears, swords, poles, spikes, and various other lethal formations, shot toward him with relentless force, filling the surrounding space with deadly intent. Anthony didn’t even bother to dodge or defend conventionally; Infinity simply halted everything mid-motion.
The instant he closed the distance with the first Vampire, he grabbed the man by the head without resistance, and blue flas erupted instantly, swallowing the man whole before he could even release a scream, his existence erased in an instant.
The remaining ten launched coordinated attacks from different angles, attempting to overwhelm him with sheer numbers and precision, but it was utterly futile. Anthony simply teleported between their positions, appearing and disappearing unpredictably as he unleashed blue-flad attacks that consud each of them one after another before they could even register what was happening.
Apexus Mana Rank Vampires were notoriously difficult to deal with due to their ability to resurrect through their blood, making them persistent enemies in prolonged battles. However, Anthony had no intention of entertaining such nuisances; he had chosen to use his Divine Flas specifically to ensure complete eradication, as he couldn’t be bothered to deal with the inconvenience of regeneration from such insignificant opponents.
He didn’t concern himself with Tiara, Bryan, and the others’ safety, as everything had already been ticulously arranged for this mont. In a blur, he vanished from the sky entirely, teleporting directly to the Blood Queen’s position.
"Why did you kill my son, Anthony? He did nothing to you, why?" The Blood Queen’s voice echoed the mont she saw Anthony appear before her once more, her tone filled with a mixture of rage, grief, and disbelief.
"Well, he didn’t, but you can only bla yourself. You forced a friend of mine into so twisted arrangent, what exactly did you expect to happen?" Anthony replied with a casual shrug, his deanor suggesting that the matter held little significance to him.
"He simply loved Tiara; he only wanted to be with her. What’s wrong with a mother fulfilling her son’s wish?" the Blood Queen responded, her aura surging violently as the space around her trembled with frightening intensity, her emotions spiraling further out of control.
Anthony let out a soft laugh as he shook his head slowly. "Save the lies, Elara. If that was truly all there was to it, I could have approached you and resolved the situation with compensation you wouldn’t have been able to refuse. But I am well aware of your plans, to drink your own grandchildren’s blood if any of them were born with an Ancestor Grade Bloodline," he stated calmly, his words cutting through her facade with ease as he hovered in place.
The Blood Queen’s eyes narrowed sharply at Anthony’s revelation, her expression shifting into one of shock. She couldn’t comprehend how Anthony had uncovered her plan, a secret that was ant to remain known only to her and her son, Drake.
The next mont, additional Planetary-level Vampires appeared around Anthony, surrounding him completely as though forming an impenetrable barrier, their presence reinforcing the Blood Queen’s authority.
Seeing the arrival of her reinforcents, the Blood Queen’s confidence surged noticeably. While she acknowledged that Anthony was stronger than her individually, she believed that with such overwhelming numbers, she could suppress him through sheer force and coordination.
"Resurrect him, and we will forget this ever happened, Null Anthony," the Blood Queen stated firmly. Despite everything, she still intended to use Anthony; after all, if he died, there would be no one left capable of bringing her son back to life. Even though Anthony had uncovered her hidden intentions, she had no plans of abandoning her goals. At this mont, she believed she held the upper hand.
Anthony smiled at her declaration, amusent flickering in his eyes. "I think you misunderstand sothing, Elara Bloodmoon," he spoke playfully. "You attacked
first, so I’m going to enjoy this battle until you, and every Vampire here, dies. So don’t think of this ending until one side is completely wiped out," his tone light, almost inviting, as though he was looking forward to what was about to unfold.
The Blood Queen remained silent for a brief mont before replying, "It seems that because the Humans on our planet call you a God, you have beco arrogant," her voice carrying a cold edge.
"Less talk, more action. After all, you can’t avenge your son with your tongue, can you?" Anthony asked teasingly, his expression unchanged.
"Attack!!!" The Blood Queen ordered without hesitation at the ntion of her son, her command echoing with chilling authority as the battle truly began.
