Like Izuku Midoriya getting One For All like Itadori Yuji Getting Sukuna's powers inside him. Like Naruto Uzumaki losing his parents and becoming the Nine Tail jinchuriki, Monkey D. Luffy getting the Nika Fruit
Any factors which try to or could tend to change this mont are removed by the will of the world or dinsional laws.
This happens because those monts define a major change in the following tiline and actions of the world. And though the tiline can still be changed as the host did much of that in the MHA world the world still will preserve those key monts to sowhat control the world.
This particular phenonon is outside the control of the system...

(Note: in ani, RCT is used only for healing. Here in fic that is not the case. Yuta's RCT is not exactly healing because rember that there is a difference between terminology which Jujutsu Society don't understand between Reverse Curse Technique and Reverse Curse Energy.
RCE heals.
RCT reverse the existing curse technique.
But in ani, the term many tis has been used interchangeably. I also bunk on this to make others in the fic mistake MC's real technique but you guys will know.)
