While the teachers were still trying to process everything they had just learned about Maki—

In Unohana's office.

He was quietly sleeping. For so reason, the 71 questions had drained him completely.

Isane and Rangiku were watching him closely.

When Rangiku felt that he was truly asleep, she slowly got up from her seat and approached the man resting there. Isane shook her head at her behavior.

Rangiku walked toward him carefully.

She was about 5'8", but standing in front of the seated man made her feel small — like a little girl. She gulped at the sight of him.

She stepped closer.

Leaning down slightly, her nose caught a faint scent — like a forest after rain. A fresh feeling invaded her senses.

Slowly, she raised her right hand. Using her thumb and index finger, she pinched the edge of the hood that covered his head.

Rangiku wanted to see his face.

She was curious about the man whose appearance could make Unohana, i, and even Nemuri react the way they did.

Carefully, she began pulling the hood down.

Every second, she let out a heavy breath.

The hood slid slowly.

First, she saw strands of black hair.

Then, with a swift but controlled motion, the hood finally slipped off his head.

Rangiku's eyes widened.

His long hair cascaded down smoothly. His nose was sharp and high. Long black eyelashes frad his closed eyes. His lips were red and looks smooth.

She leaned closer, inspecting him as if confirming whether he was real.

She could feel the air leaving his lips.

She could hear the soft rhythm of his breathing.

Unknowingly, she leaned in even closer.

She was completely srized.

She didn't notice that Isane had stood up and approached from behind. Isane pulled her back before she could lean any closer.

"Hey! What are you doing to a defenseless sleeping man?" Isane scolded.

Rangiku snapped back to her senses.

She smiled and asked, "Isane… do you know what his na is?"

Isane shook her head in disbelief at how Rangiku was acting just from seeing his face.

She glanced at the sleeping man.

She could understand, though.

Rangiku continued pestering Isane for information, her eyes still locked onto him.

In the eting room.

The eting had officially ended, yet so remained seated, still curious about what they had discussed.

The woman with the sharp voice asked, "A different class… but the sa treatnt as Class S?"

"Yes," Nezu confird.

The woman wearing a black kimono asked, "What about his Authority? Why is that sealed as well?"

That question felt like another bomb dropping in the room.

They had just realized it.

If even his Authority was confidential, then it ant sothing far greater than they initially thought.

The teachers stopped mid-thought.

Their gazes landed on Nezu.

An unbelievable idea was forming in their minds — sothing so absurd they didn't want to accept it.

They would rather believe Nezu was a lion than a mouse.

Silence fell.

No one spoke.

Even their breathing seed restrained.

Nezu exhaled.

"There is nothing to worry about. So already know," he said calmly.

Those who knew nodded.

"There are witnesses. We've instructed them to keep everything confidential, or they will face consequences."

"And I am sealing my own mouth about this as well. If you want answers, ask him yourself. I will not say anything further. It is for him to decide."

Nezu did not give them a direct answer.

But that alone confird their suspicions.

If everyone was keeping it confidential, then the conclusion forming in their minds—

It might be real.

That left them with an even bigger question.

Who in the world was this man?

The woman with the smoking pipe suddenly laughed.

"Hahaha… now I'm curious."

"Why don't we make a bet? How many do you think he has?"

Eyebrows rose around the table.

The woman with the sharp voice said imdiately, "I'll bet on two!"

That only confird they were all thinking the sa thing.

Sothing unbelievable.

"I'll bet on three," said the woman in the black kimono.

Three?

Were they serious?

Just what were they talking about?

Why even consider sothing like that possible?

It was absurd.

Then another teasing voice asked, "What do you think the combination is?"

So teachers covered their ears.

They didn't even want to hear this.

The woman in the long white coat said, "With that power, I'd say Akuma and Chakra."

The woman with the smoking pipe said, "Hmm… I think Akuma and Spirituality."

The sharp-voiced woman added, "Chakra and Spirituality."

The woman in the black kimono said calmly, "Akuma, Spirituality, and Chakra."

Their conversation felt like a casual mahjong ga.

But to others, this was no ga.

A man possessing two or more Authorities?

That was insane.

Impossible.

Unfathomable.

Then the old man's voice echoed through the room.

"If your assumptions are correct… then this is sothing far more dangerous than it seems."

"And more than anything… he is a man."

That made them understand why so of the won were speaking so casually.

They were already making their own conclusions.

And possibly planning sothing.

Nezu narrowed his eyes.

"Watch yourselves, ladies. Are you planning to make a move?"

The male teachers slapped their foreheads.

The female teachers simply chuckled.
