Dumbledore looked at Arthur with curiosity.
He heard from Minerva that he was the son of Virginia Pepper Pott, a once in a hundred year genius witch of the Ravenclaw.
Virginia almost graduated from Hogwarts but due to a certain reason. She had to drop out from the school and go back to muggle world.
It was unfortunate. At that ti when Virginia and her friends were about to graduate. There was an incident with the dark lord where many students had died.
She almost did not make it. However, she survived because the dark lord was killed by the boy who lived.
If it wasn't for Harry. There might be more people who died by the hand of the dark lord, Voldemort.
And after hearing that the adopted son of hers wanted to enroll at Hogwarts. He gladly accepted him into school.
However, he had to check if he had a magic core or not first.
And now the young man stood in front of him. Forget about the magic core. The young man in front of him almost looked like he had a magic nuclear reactor inside of him.
'I can feel great magic power radiating from him. He is much stronger than anyone I have t. Not even myself can be compared to him.'
Dumbledore noticed that Arthur looked at his lemon drops jar. He smiled and said.
"Have so, my boy. It is very delicious."
He offered him so lemon drops. He understood that not many people could prevent salivation from his magical candy.
Arthur nodded and accepted them from him. He then popped them into his mouth.
The flavour of the lemon drop was magnificent. It exploded with a tangy sweetness that danced on his tongue, a delightful contrast to the subtle bitterness that lingered at the edges.
'This flavour is magical. I really want to know how they are made.'
Beside the flavour it also helped him clear his mind.
Arthur looked at Dumbledore again and he felt that the old man was very kind. After he beca a dragon. He was super sensitive to the negative emotion and all he could feel from this old man was his nostalgia.
To be honest, he was like an old man who likes to give kids tooth decay.
"Thanks for the candy."
Arthur ate the candy and felt his mind clear. There must be so magical herb in the candy.
'It must be made from magical weed.'
After letting Arthur finish his lemon drops. Dumbledore said.
"Then, we should go to the sorting hat so we can know which house you should belong to."

At the place where the sorting hat was kept. It was a very dusty place.
Arthur had to use magic so the dust wouldn't go inside his nose.
Minerva looked at him.
"I'll have you know that we have tried to clean this place but for so reason. The sorting hat likes his place to be dusty."

She didn't want him to think that they were abusing the sorting hat.
"Yes, I understand."
Arthur looked around the place and he found many relics. They were full of magic.
"Hummm, A new student at this ti?"
The sorting hat was talking to Dumbledore. He then looked at Arthur and wanted to say sothing.
But when the sorting hat saw Arthur. Sothing unexpected happened.
The hat began to shake uncontrollably.
"What happened to you?"
Dumbledore had never seen the sorting hat behave like this. Even when he was sorting the dark lord.
The sorting hat then said to him.
"Dumbledore, why are you bringing such a powerful being into the school! He is very dangerous!"
The sorting hat could feel that Arthur whole being exude an otherworldly aura that was very dangerous.
Arthur narrowed his eyes. He could feel that the hat had seen through him.
[Oh, the sorting hat is interesting. He can feel us.]
Great Red felt interested in this sorting hat.
'He can feel you two. But how?'
[I don't know, maybe analyzing him might give you an answer.]
Arthur then started checking his paraters but he couldn't. Sorting hat was considered an object rather than a living thing.
So checking his paraters proved to be useless.
Dumbledore and Minerva looked at each other.
"Dumbledore, I have sothing to tell you about the muggle world. It has changed so much from what we know."
Minerva thought of telling him about the muggle world after he finished enrolling Arthur into Hogwarts but when the sorting hat behaved like this.
She had to tell him about Arthur being a very powerful dungeon climber first.
