The smile on his face widened as he saw the Queen sitting along with three people, two Royal Guards and one female.

Ethan knew this was a spatial space, and the lady sitting would be the one responsible.

’She really wants to go all out, in a spatial space like this, we can’t really die’

(Yeah, but you can feel real pain, and isn’t the battlefield a little too big)

’No worries there’

"Finally, should we begin or do you have anything to add, so conditions that might handicap ?" The Queen asked filled with confidence as she stood up.

"No, but I’ll like you to tell how far we can take it, what’s the limit, and how do we know the winner?" Ethan asked.

"I’ll be the judge, we can go all out since you won’t be killed, the match would be called if one of you gives up or runs out of Mana, also don’t worry about and the guards, we’re totally safe" she spoke.

"One more question, can I use a sword?" Ethan asked.

"Yes, anything goes" the Queen replied him and both of them began moving away, and finally they stopped.

The distance between them was huge, Ethan opened his storage ring and brought out his sword, the Queen biggest advantage over him would be high level spells and high Mana capacity which would be my choice more than the academy heads because of her Royal blood.

But Ethan wasn’t fazed in the slightest, fighting stronger people was a good way to beco strong yourself, and with his sword which replenish his Mana, as long as it was in his hands, his Mana wouldn’t run out.

"Begin" the female spoke.

The mont the word "Begin" left the woman’s lips, a gust of wind rolled across the grassland blowing the grass.

Ethan didn’t move right away instead he tightened his grip on the sword with a smirk on his face, he had no idea what elent the Queen possess but he was ready.

The Queen, standing tall in the distance, was already channeling her Mana. The air around her shimred, and frost began to gather at her feet.

’Ice, just like Isabella, but instead of water she skipped to ice’ He smiled.

She made the first move.

A spear of ice ford above her palm and shot toward him without warning.

Ethan dashed to the side, fast enough to leave a blur, the ice spear crashing into the ground where he had stood. It shattered with a loud crack, spraying shards into the air.

A smile imdiately ford on the Queen face and the next mont she began.

Another ice ollowed, then another—sharp, fast, and perfectly aid at where Ethan was.

But Ethan was faster.

He closed the distance in a zig-zag, dodging her attacks with his eyes locked on her, he was faster than her ice spells.

"Not bad," she said, lifting her arm as Ethan was close.

A wall of ice burst from the ground, aiming to block his path. But he wasn’t trying to go straight nor sideways. He leapt up, using his [Wind Gust] mid-air, and launched himself higher.

From above, he raised his sword [Ignite] flas burst from his sword and he ca crashing down, blade lit like a torch.

The Queen smiled as she raised her hand again, and a do of surrounded her, but it wasn’t made of ice, instead it was made of wind.

Ethan’s blade slamd into it, stopping just inches from her shoulder and imdiately he was blasted away.

The blast sent him flying back from the force of the barrier. He landed on one knee, sliding through the grass.

"I guess you’re a little powerful" The Queen spoke.

(Dude, why are you holding back, your sword could have easily cut through her barrier)

’What’s the joy in that, she also isn’t taking seriously, I’ll have to show her I’m a lot stronger than this’

Ethan stretched his hands towards her and shot a large [Fireball], with his intelligence up slightly Ethan could adjust his spell power depending on the Mana infused when casting it.

Queen’s eyes narrowed as she saw the fireball and made no attempt to dodge instead she slamd her foot into the ground, and an icy mist burst outward which was carried by the wind.

The fireball sizzled and disappeared in the fog, turning into steam but Ethan saw this as an opportunity.

[Lightning Cloak]

Lightning appeared along his body, then his entire form lit up. Ethan’s speed shot up instantly as he dashed forward into the fog with his sword in his hands and electricity crackling off him.

The Queen knew exactly what he was doing and did the sa.

The Queen bent down slightly and dashed forward too.

Her body was covered in Mana boosting her speeed and her movent was just as quick as Ethan’s as she t in in the middle of the fog.

The clash was loud and the shockwave was enough to clear the fog.

His sword t with an Ice sword drenched in Mana making it as strong as his steel sword.

Her arm was covered in thick frost with the blade in her arm.

Ethan twisted and swung again, a series of fast, tight slashes. She deflected with her sword, then spun and tried to elbow him.

He ducked, slashed low but she jumped back, Ethan didn’t give her a mont as he dashed after her exchanging blows.

Ethan could tell she was experienced with a sword but she was still holding back, but it didn’t bother him as he was also holding back.

Their battle turned into a swordfight with Ethan and the Queen dodging and blocking all of their attacks, as soon as the Queen got a little space.

She used the wind to push him back and struck but Ethan was fast and easily deflected her attack and both of them backed away.

Then the Queen did sothing new.

A tiny spiral of snow ford in her palm and she slamd it into the ground, Ethan quickly backed away as he saw ice forming around her but it was also forming a wall behind her and when he turned around to look a wall already ford behind him.

’Shit, a magical domain’
