"So many questions, my hands are fine, and I’m back in the academy," Ethan replied, and Martha hugged him again more tightly.
"What about Freya?" Ethan asked.
"She went to take a bath, do you want to co in?" Martha asked.
"Don’t worry, I just ca to say hi; I’ll see you later, and Mabel, I look forward to watching you in the tournant," Ethan muttered.
"You should look forward to winning," Mabel muttered, and Ethan chuckled at her boldness, "You think I can’t win?"
"If you win Isabella, then I owe you a favor; you can ask anything," Ethan spoke as he opened the door to his room and stepped inside.
"How the hell am I supposed to win against Isabella?" Mabel sneered.
Ethan stepped back inside his room and the girl all went silent imdiately and was staring at him.
"Aren’t you supposed to be preparing for the tournant, especially you Crystal, oh and Isabella don’t let Mabel beat you, I don’t know what kind of request she would ask"
"Mabel, request...you made a bet with her?" Isabella asked.
"Not a bet, I just told her you’ll win, so win, and Hannah, I need a favor. Can you take outside the city, most preferably the forest?" Ethan spoke.
"No, what are you going there to do?" Hannah asked imdiately.
"You want to go outside, but your hands..."
"My hands are fine; wait, did you say no?" Ethan asked.
"Yes, I did; I’m not taking you outside the academy; what if you get injured again, this ti, I’ll be blad; I can’t," Hannah spoke.
"I agree with her; with your recent injury, you can’t possibly be at your best, so how would you want to go outside the academy? Wait...are you planning to go after what almost killed you in that cave?" Isabella asked.
"I’m rely going to train and hunt. Besides, I have no clue where the cave is; we were transported there," Ethan spoke.
"You can train in the academy, we can help you train if that’s what you want?’ Crystal added.
’Hey Hal, any ideas?’
(What about the mind control pill, I’m sure Hannah won’t hesitate to take it as long as it’s from you, then you just tell her what to do)
’I’m not going to mind control any of them, think of sothing else’
"Why are you insisting on going outside, is there sothing else you aren’t telling us?" Isabella asked.
’I’m going to tell them about Varek, what’s the worst that can happen, it’s not like they are going to report ’

"There’s sothing, but before I show you, you need to do sothing" Ethan spoke.
"We are capable of keeping a secret if that’s what you want to ask," Hannah spoke.
"I’ll give each of you a pill; if you tell anyone about what I’m going to show you, you’re going to die," Ethan spoke.
"What!! How big is the secret?" Crystal muttered.
"Fine, I’ll do it," Isabella muttered without hesitation, "I know it’s about the cave, and I was going to keep my mouth shut anyway"
" too; I don’t think anyone would ask any questions," Hannah replied.
"And , I’m afraid to die, so I’ll not tell anyone," Crystal added.
(You don’t have a pill like that, or you’re just going to give them a random pill)
"Varek, I summon you." Ethan placed his hands on the ground, and a magic circle ford, and Varek erged from the magic circle.
The girls gasped in unison.
"You’re a summoner too?" Isabella asked, clearly astonished.
"How do you have all these abilities?" Hannah added.
"This is Varek," Ethan explained. "He’s the one that nearly killed in the cave, but I defeated him. Now, he’s mine. That’s why I want to train outside the academy—so no one finds out about him."
As Ethan finished speaking, the magic circle shimred, and Varek vanished along with the magic circle.
Isabella, clearly deep in thought, broke the silence. "Wait... I rember reading about sothing like this—knights created by mages. This is one of them, right? But you went to that cave with Miss Maria. She could’ve easily handled it, which ans a mage summoned it first. You didn’t just find it there, did you?"
"A mage summoned it; that’s what happened in the academy; which kingdom is the mage from?" Hannah asked.
"I didn’t show you, so I’ll be questioned, and just so you know, this is not the only way I can exit the academy," Ethan spoke.
"We’re just concerned about you"
"You do know, even with my injuries, none of you would still be able to win against ," Ethan spoke.
"You know we stopped the ranking duels; why did you think we stopped? We started training our spells and working on new ones," Isabella replied.
"Would you open a portal for or not?" Ethan asked Hannah.
Hannah pondered for a while before finally answering, "Fine, but I can only take you to the edge of the Whitewood forest which is the closest one to the city"
"That’s fine; if you follow , I’ll know, and when I’m done, I’ll let you know," Ethan muttered.
Hannah opened a portal in front of Ethan, and he walked through, appearing in front of tall trees, and the portal closed.
From where he stood, Ethan could see the city gates and walls; this wasn’t his first ti in the forest, and a thought ca to his mind.
’Do you rember the goblin girl?’
(Ohh, how could I forget, I’m sure her hut is in the forest sowhere, do you want to find it)
’I ca here to hunt and gain more attribute points, but maybe a quick stop wouldn’t hurt,’ Ethan muttered as he walked into the forest.
’Hal, does the summoning have a ti limit?’
(The ti limit is your Mana, the initial summoning would consu a lot of Mana then you’ll need Mana to continue maintaining the summoning, it’s like your fla cloak so that shouldn’t be a problem as long as your sword is in your hands)
