A few months had passed since the graduation.
"Ethan breakfast is ready" his mum shouted from downstairs.
"Coming" Ethan shouted back, he was used to his mum calling him for breakfast in the morning so he rushed outside.
Ethan ca out of his room and headed downstairs, as he took a step down his eyes began to spin and he felt lightheaded, he tried to reach out his hands so he could grab the staircase and avoid falling but before he could grab the staircase light faded from his eyes.
Luckily he passed out on the first step and his unconscious body lay there without rolling down the stairs till his mum found him.
Ethan was rushed to the hospital where he was given imdiately treatnt, his condition was unknown as the doctors were still running tests.
"Will my son be okay?" Ethan's mum asked the doctor as soon as he ca out of the door.
"Yes he is, and I need to speak to both of you," the doctor said before going to his office.
Ethan's mum was happy that her son was okay, she thought it was because of stress or other factors but it changed quickly when the doctor told them that he had only six months to live.
"We diagnose him with a strange disease, this particular one is new, it destroyed his organs slowly and showed no symptoms, if we didn't run the tests we wouldn't have found out" the doctor calmly explained the Ethan's parents.
"Huh!! doctor what did you say, I didn't get what you said" Ethan's mum chuckled nervously.
"Your son is diagnosed with a disease, and he had six months to live" the doctor repeated.
"He's joking right," Ethan's mum asked her husband who was sitting close to her.
"Why would you say my son has six months to live, he's just 18 years old, how would he have six months left, you have to do sothing" tears began to flow down her eyes.
"I'm sorry ma'am but there's nothing we can do," the doctor said.
Ethan's dad held her as tears rushed down her cheeks, a drop of tears ran down his eyes too but he had to keep it together as a man, but still, his only son had six months to live.

Both of Ethan's parents walked in on him as he sat down on the hospital bed, no one had told him what was going on because they had to tell his parents first.
"I'm sorry for scaring you guys, this is the result of playing gas all night" Ethan chuckled but his parents didn't speak.
Ethan knew they would have reprimanded him after he told them he was awake all night but they just sat down silently, before Ethan could speak again tears ran down his mum's eyes.
"Mum, you are crying is sothing wrong?" Ethan asked.
"You were diagnosed with a disease and the doctor said you have six months left" Ethan's dad spoke barely audible for Ethan to hear.
Ethan couldn't believe his ears, his college application had already been accepted and he was already planning a life in college .
Ethan sighed heavily and laid back on his bed, there was nothing he could do, his mum and dad sat beside him to comfort him.

"I'm sick of this ga" Ethan shouted as he dropped the controller of a ga, four months had gone by in the blink of an eye.
"So two months left, what would I do, I've literally tried everything I wanted thanks to my parents, but now I'm tired" Ethan sighed.
"Maybe I should try that new ga, Jas told it's bad so I still haven't tried it yet, there is no harm in trying a bad ga" Ethan walked towards the large screen in his room, his room had been changed into a gaming center since the event.
Apart from eating Ethan spent his ti playing video gas and virtual reality gas, even after doing nothing for over four months he still hadn't gained a single pound and was still fit, but of course he was always tired, he had different symptoms but none of them was really bad making him question if he was actually going to die.
He scrolled and selected Harem online. Even though the ga was called harem online, it wasn't about having sex or creating a harem of girls, it was just like the usual RPG ga.
Ethan fixed the material for the ga, his hands and legs were covered by the virtual reality ga equipnt and then he put on his helt.
In the blink of an eye, everything around him changed and he found himself in front of a larger screen that showed 'select character'
Ethan looked through the male characters and there was literally no one he liked among them then he skipped to the females, he didn't want to look like a girl he just wanted to see the options, after checking he eventually entered create character.
Ethan spent almost 30 minutes designing his character to look exactly like him and when he was done he entered start.
'Maybe it's not so bad' Ethan thought as the ga started and he found himself in a grassland, but before he could take a step the ga turned blank.
'Well that what I get, why did I decide to try it' Ethan cursed in his mind and removed the virtual helt on his head.
"Huh.." Ethan was surprised that after he removed the helt everything was still blank.
Then a voice spoke in his head.
[Host Found...]

"What is wrong with this ga, are you kidding " Ethan chuckled a little.
[Finding Suitable World For Host...]
[World Found, Transporting Now...]
Ethan felt a strong force pulling him from below and in a matter of seconds, he was falling from a really tall height.
"Arrgh" Ethan couldn't help but scream as he fell.
He closed his eyes as he reached the ground but then he stopped.
"Woah!! what is this!!" Ethan stopped just before he could reach the ground and he was now floating.
*Boom*
Ethan landed with a thud and held his stomach from the pain he felt, he struggled to stand up and when he finally did he was in a familiar place, this was the place he was when he entered that ga.

The voice rang in Ethan's ears again.
