"Dear Son..." The first words of the letter resonate in Lucien’s mind. "I missed you so much..."

Despite all the curiosity and doubt, the most enduring feeling Lucien has about his mother is that torturous sensation of missing her; the thought that she might feel the sa is deeply moving to him.

He can’t help but read those words a few tis, imagining how they would sound in his mother’s voice before proceeding to the next part.

"I know you have many questions, doubts, and even resentnt towards , and I want to say that I am sorry for making you feel this way, but everything I did was for a reason..."

Lucien wants to continue reading the letter without jumping to conclusions, but he can’t help feeling optimistic about his mother’s feelings.

And he continues reading the words in the letter.

"I could try to explain everything in this letter, but I just can’t do it; in fact, I never imagined I would be doing these things, but soone very special convinced that this was the only way."

As if able to read Lucien’s mind, the person who wrote the letter continues. "Yes, I abandoned you, my son, the person I love most because soone had sothing... I really can’t explain it, not like she could."

"But she also promised that it would only be temporary, a re grain of sand in the vastness that would be our lives afterward."

"I know this doesn’t make sense to you; I shouldn’t have left you and your sisters to have such a childhood, I shouldn’t have given you a father as bad as Michael, I... I should never have left your side."

Those words make Lucien smile more and more; part of him is sad and angry that soone or sothing caused their separation, but what matters is that his mother loves him, and they might still have ti to nd things.

Eagerly, he reads on.

"But fate is cruel and relentless, so I had to make a choice and I still do not regret that choice."

"Again, I don’t have the skills necessary to explain it as she can, so I can only tell you to find her and get the answers you seek."

"This is not so kind of manipulation, just as I never tried to manipulate you. I did place people in your path like pieces in a ga, but you, your sisters, and your wives always had the final choice..."

"You always can choose which path to follow, whether to move forward or stop, and nobody can take away your right to choose."

"But whatever path you choose, it will not be easy, there are still many battles we need to fight and that is exactly why I cannot be by your side yet."

Lucien feels heartened by these words, but part of him can’t help but worry about his mother’s safety, making him more apprehensive as he continues reading the letter.

"One of the reasons I left you in Eve’s care when you were just a little boy was these battles, and I still need to do many things before we can be reunited."

"I can’t give details about my mission as it would distract you from what’s most important now, but I can tell you so things..."

"If you want to find , I am on my way to the Demonic World now, but we would all lose a lot if you abandon everything and co after now."

"Michael and the people of Belor are on the Shadow Star, it was part of our agreent, but I owe that man nothing anymore, so you and your sisters can decide his fate."

"But there are more important things happening there. In fact, you must already know about the secret alliance between the Gods and the Shé Dragons; they plan to conquer all the Seven Stars..."

"And while such a group is being led by the young generation of the elite of their people, such a bold plan couldn’t be possible without the support of their true leaders, so this is sothing really significant."

"I won’t tell you what to do, but no one else could unite and lead the Seven Stars besides you; it’s not just about our family, but all the peoples who, like the rmaids, will fall without your leadership."

"I know it may seem like manipulation again, but if I know you well, all you want is to protect those you love, and for that, you need power, which you can gain by protecting the Seven Stars... they will be your greatest source of power."

"The person who showed all this also wants to show you the sa things, but she said she will do it only when you’re willing to do anything for the people you love, anything at all."

"That’s why I don’t recomnd you co after now but rather gather your whole family, protect them, and strengthen them to the utmost... then soon our paths will cross again, and I will never leave your side."

"With love,"

"Your mom"

The text ends, leaving Lucien with many new questions but extrely happy, yet there is sothing more at the bottom of the page.

"P.S.: Don’t worry about your sister, what happened to her was very bad, but I gave her all the love I couldn’t give to you these last years, and honestly, I couldn’t have done it without her support."

"We will reunite soon, just stay strong."

Lucien continues to gaze at the words on the letter in silence; he rereads everything several tis, trying to decipher what happened to his mother.

Lust tries to remain silent, but she can’t hold back for long. "No matter how much you reread it, the words won’t change or make more sense."

"Yeah..." He lets out a slightly frustrated sigh but still maintains a smile. "I don’t believe I know where she is, but..."

"But you’re not going to her now, right?" Lust interjects.

"Do you think I should go to the Demon World?" He asks, then quickly adds, "I thought you might want sothing like that at so point."

Lust responds promptly, ", Sloth, and probably Envy, Wrath, and even Pride agree that you would be the best ruler for our people, but you’re not ready yet to challenge Hell and all the Archdemons for the throne."

Lucien can’t help but ponder sothing. "Do you think this is also my mother’s plan?"

"Maybe..." Lust expresses her uncertainty. "Who knows? Honestly, we still know too little to understand her."

"But we do know she’s doing this for us, for our family," he declares confidently.

"It seems so..." Lust also believes this, but again, it’s impossible to be sure of anything.

"Hmm..." Lucien returns his gaze to the letter, slling it again, which makes him feel closer to his mother.

A part of Lust begins to grow concerned; she already harbored jealousy towards his mother, but the fact that she seems to be drawing closer makes everything more complicated.

"Strange... she didn’t ntion the Primordials." Lust remarks.

"Actually, I think she did," Lucien responds. "She said soone convinced her to separate from , who else could it be but a Primordial?"

"That makes sense," Lust agrees. "We have to go back and tell the others; your sisters will want to know about their mother."

"Yes, we should-" Lucien turns and sees Eve standing at the doorway; she’s looking at him with a beautiful smile despite the tears in her eyes.

"Big sis?" Lucien rushes towards her and embraces her. "Are you okay?"

"I’m sorry, Luci..." Eve hugs him tightly while crying.

"Why? What’s wrong?" He is confused.

"Our sister..." Eve speaks while handing him the letter. "She’s safe and happy... because your mother took care of her."

"That’s good, right?" He asks.

"Yes, but..." Eve looks into his eyes. "She was a good mother to our sister instead of you."

"Oh," Lucien smiles and wipes away Eve’s tears. "You think I’m that petty? Actually, I’m really happy soone took care of her... but you still have to tell what happened."

"Mm." Eve is relieved Lucien isn’t upset and places the letter in his hand.
