"Y-You have an audience with the Callia family patriarch?" Krista Dragoon raised her eyebrow in surprise.
Krista Dragoon couldn't understand how he managed to do all these things when he was in the Palace Moon Restaurant the entire ti.
Zen shrugged his shoulders as he didn't understand either.
"It is what it is," Zen said calmly.
Krista Dragoon twitched her mouth slightly before heaving a soft sigh as she would never look at him with common sense logic ever again.
"So what are you going to do by eting with the Callia family patriarch?" Krista Dragoon then asked.
Zen pondered for a while before looking at Krista Dragoon with a smirk.
"I was expecting you to co along with Krista," Zen said and approached her.
Afterward, Zen wrapped his hand around her waist, causing Lynette's expression to beco complicated as she wanted to strangle his neck.
However, she managed to hold her action back because Krista Dragoon signaled her that it's fine.
"Why would I co along with you?" Krista Dragoon faced Zen and asked him.
She wasn't the one who got permission to speak with the Callia family patriarch and it would do her more harm than good if she accidentally offended him.
Even though their power and influence increased with the help of the platinum card, there was no point in rushing things.
Haste makes waste and Krista Dragoon would never rush things when she has to fight against the empress who is more scheming and devious than her.
"Wouldn't it be obvious for you to co with ?" Zen said in response and continued, "After all, you're a princess and they must show you whatever etiquette is needed in the Jade Kingdom."
Krista Dragoon was rendered speechless by his words and wondered if he was just trying to dump all the hard work for her again.
Narrowing her gaze, Krista Dragoon glared fiercely at Zen, causing him to shudder slightly.

However, Krista Dragoon's suspicions only increased further as she said with a solemn expression.

Zen swallowed so of his saliva nervously as he wanted to nod his head but decided against it when he felt a murderous aura emitting from Krista Dragoon.
"O-Of course not, Krista. Why would I leave all the hard work for you?" Zen stuttered as he quickly denied trying to be lazy.
"Do you think I'm so 3 years old that would fall for your half-baked lies?" Krista Dragoon showed a deadpan expression as she replied swiftly.

anwhile, Lynette who was standing by the side was spectating the scene as she held a disbelief expression.
'What's wrong with Princess Krista Dragoon?' Lynette exclaid inwardly as she was waiting for an order to throw Zen out for his audacity.

Zen and Krista Dragoon stopped their conversation with a dumbfounded expression.

Krista Dragoon took a few seconds before realizing what Lynette just said and wondered what happened to her.
"Lynette, be polite to the guest. That is not an attitude my maid should have." Krista Dragoon clears her throat softly before warning Lynette.
"Yes, I apologize for my behavior but it's because the guest does not know how to act properly in front of the princess," Lynette apologized but still held a fierce glance at Zen.
Krista Dragoon smiled bitterly as she couldn't do much about Zen since he has always been carefree while sohow accomplishing the task with ease.
He was the only one in the labyrinth incident that acted like he was on a picnic without any fear of death.
"Lynette, you are dismissed for now because I have an important discussion with Zen," Krista Dragoon decided to dismiss her as the best course of action.
After all, Krista Dragoon knew Lynette best and it would take her a long ti to accept soone like Zen.
Although unwilling, Lynette clenched her fist tightly before nodding her head.
She bowed down and reluctantly turned around to start leaving the room.
"Then, I shall be outside waiting. Please let know if you need anything, Princess Krista Dragoon." Lynette said with her back facing them.
Once Lynette left the room, Zen placed his head on Krista Dragoon's shoulder and said, "Is Lynette trustworthy? She seed to be overly suspicious of and I can even feel so killing intent coming from her when I held your waist before."
"Lynette has been my personal maid ever since we were a child and she's the only one other than Leila that I trust completely." Krista Dragoon said and defended Lynette's loyalty.
Zen nodded his head slightly as he was not in a position to judge whether Krista Dragoon should use other people to help her out.
"Since you believed her fully then I shall do the sa," Zen said and returned to the original topic.
"So are you going to be willing to follow to the Callia family when Daphne Callia cos to ?" Zen then asked.
Krista Dragoon heaved a soft sigh and nodded. "What other choice do I have other than to follow you who is a trouble magnet?"
"I'm not a trouble magnet and it's the other people's fault for trying to ss with ." Zen hurriedly denied himself being the problem.
"Oh yes, it's Leon Callia's fault that you almost cripple him and now you want to et with his father about being an ally. Very smart decision, Zen." Krista Dragoon smirked.
