Arielle cleared her throat quickly as Lazarus was about to reply to Kael’s words. She hoped that there would be no unnecessary disputes in front of Irene. Arielle wanted them to show their mature side so that Irene could feel comfortable and protected by the trusted people around her. Arielle then introduced Lucas who was sitting quietly beside Kael.
However, Irene’s eyes were still fixed on Aie who was still silencing Lazarus from making a sound, as well as Lazarus and Kael who were giving each other sharp looks.
"Then, next to Kael, it’s Lucas. Lucas was the one who helped the most since the first day I arrived in the North. He is like a hero who is always ready to help at any ti."
Lucas blushed at being praised in such a way. With his blushing face, he turned to Irene. "I will always help Princess Irene too. If you need sothing, please just call . I’ll provide it imdiately," he said.
Irene could also feel the kindness of the man nad Lucas. She smiled shyly then nodded. The man nad Lucas might not be as strong as the two previous n that Arielle had introduced to her, but she knew that Lucas was a good person. Just like when she t Arielle for the first ti, her instincts told her that Lucas was a good person and not scary at all.
"Then, beside Lucas is Priest Elis. He is a priest at Northendell Cathedral. He also helped a lot in studying. If there’s sothing you want to learn, Priest Elis will always help you."
As usual, Priest Elis was the quietest person Arielle knew. The man just gave a small smile without saying anything.
Then, Irene turned to the man beside her. She had glanced at him several tis before.
"Princess, do you rember the person who once paid you a bowl of soup at the tavern?" William asked before Arielle introduced her to Irene.
Irene rembered that a nice man paid for her food when she was eating alone at the tavern. She even gave a rose as a thank you because at that ti after giving her the money, her father left, saying he wanted to et a priest.
Irene, who was not used to the outside world, chose to wait for her father while filling her stomach. However, she couldn’t see the man’s face clearly back then.
Irene nodded in agreent.
"I can’t believe that we’re that close. No wonder when I saw you for the first ti, you looked very familiar. It turns out that you are Princess Irene. I really didn’t expect it at all because for all of us—"
William imdiately covered his mouth when he felt he was talking too much.
"I forgot to introduce myself. My na is William. My job is..." he thought for a mont. What was the job? William almost did everything Ronan wanted and replaced the king when he was busy.
Did that an William was the second king? Hm... if he was joking around using that word the others might laugh, but his life would obviously be threatened by the man who was glaring at him in the back.
"I do a lot of things. Anything," he answered simply with a big smile.
"That’s right, William is a reliable man. He often helps Ronan’s work," Arielle added.
"There are still two more. Their nas are Sasha and Crimson. They are also siblings, like Aie and Kael. Sasha is ten years old and Crimson is still a baby. They have a unique hair color, red."
"Like Maxieno?" Irene asked, opening her voice for the first ti.
"Um... I guess it’s a little different. If Maxieno has a red color like flas. Sasha and Crimson have darker colors, like... the roses you gave ," explained Arielle.
William, Kael, and Lazarus still rembered the arrogant man whose hair was red like flas. They did not expect that Irene also knew the man too.
Arielle finished introducing everyone to Irene. Then, Irene pulled Arielle’s arm again. "Everyone here has siblings? Do you have siblings too, Arielle?"
"? I also have a brother. I have an older brother nad Archie. He is also a king. He is in the Nieverdell Kingdom. The place is similar to Birwick, has a warm sun, but it doesn’t have as much forest as Birwick."
Irene nodded. They all looked at the princess who still looked awkward and shy.
"I heard that Princess Irene really liked the Frostberry earlier. If you still want it, I can provide it."
Irene nodded. She loved the little fruit! The white color reminds her of Arielle’s hair. It was very clean and shiny, but when it was bitten, it changed to red! The sweetness was also very pleasant, making Irene feel eating one fruit was not enough.
"Irene and I finished the Frostberries that Aie brought. I’m happy that Irene and I have the sa favorite fruit," said Arielle.
Everyone knew Arielle’s love for the fruit. Even the king deliberately bought and kept more Frostberries to give to Arielle as a snack while studying or in the girl’s spare ti.
"Princess Irene, may I ask you sothing?" William asked, making Irene turn her head.
Irene didn’t answer. She just stared at William. The man concluded that Irene gave him permission to ask.
"When you were at Northendell, did you know you had an older brother?"
Irene was silent for a mont then shook her head. "I don’t know. Father never said anything."
"Oh, I understand. But, do you know of any other places beyond Birwick?"
"Yes. Father often told about a place full of white snow and promised to take there one day."
"And you’re here now."
Irene nodded with a blush on her face.
"A.. she’s so cute. I’m sorry, Your Highness, but I have never seen soone as adorable as her. I don’t have a younger sister and Sasha is a boy who doesn’t have any sweetness at all," Aie said while looking at Irene in amazent.
"Sasha is also very sweet," Arielle replied, defending her little friend.
"Huh? Sweet Sasha? I’m sorry, Your Highness. Even when I compared him to Kael, Kael is still cuter than Sasha," Lazarus said, making everyone flinch at the thought of a big and tall man with a scary face acting cute.
