"I-I will rember, Lord Gipp," Arielle replied. She couldn’t break the hopes of a father.
Duke Gipp smiled pleasantly at that. "Ah, I am so happy now."
"But ... It might take quite so ti," Arielle added, who didn’t want to give the old man false hope.
Lord Gipp smiled broadly. "It’s all right, Your Highness. I’m not in a hurry either. I feel relieved now that there are people around Lazarus that I can trust."
It was not that Gipp Perez underestimated Lazarus’ three friends. It was just... Ronan was too indifferent when it ca to personal affairs. William had more or less the sa habits as Lazarus, so he couldn’t really trust William. And Kael... hm.. that guy rarely spoke, so he didn’t dare to ask Kael for help.
Gipp had also asked Ronan for help, but Ronan almost never had a party at the palace other than his birthday party, so it was difficult for Gipp to find a future wife for Lazarus.
"Ah... alright," Arielle replied awkwardly.

Elsewhere, Aie was talking to Lucas, who was tidying up so files. Even though Aie had only t Lucas for two days, she believed she could trust the man. Lucas was the type of man who was innocent and trustworthy, so Ai didn’t have to worry about being around him.
"Is there any food that Princess Arielle doesn’t like?" Aie asked.
Lucas shook his head. "I believe no, Princess Arielle is not a picky eater. She will accept whatever is provided. Sotis Tania will even take the initiative to heat her food when it’s cold because Princess Arielle has absolutely no problem eating cold food."
"Is that true?" Aie asked, while helping to arrange so papers.
Lucas nodded. "Princess Arielle will never trouble others. She will wear the clothes that have been provided, eat whatever has been prepared, or do whatever has been scheduled."
He added with a chuckle, "Even at her first visit to the North, I heard that she almost worked at the Cathedral."
He rembered how panicked Priest Elis was when the princess asked him to let her work in the Cathedral. Lucas gave a book to Aie. The book contained all reports on the use of cathedral funds made by the previous queens. Priest Elis said that the princess needed it to study.
"Please give this to Princess Arielle, Aie," Lucas said.
"Thank you, but Princess Arielle still has guests. Maybe I’ll put it straight to her library?"
"Then, we can go there together. I also have to check out the new table that His Majesty the King has reserved for Princess Arielle."
Lucas also offered to help Aie bring the reports. Along the way, the two of them talked a lot about the relationship between the king and the princess.
Lucas said from their first eting, the two had a strange attraction because he had never seen his king beco so gentle with a woman. Even though at the beginning Ronan was cold, there were always exceptions when it ca to the princess.
"So, when the two announced their plan to get married, I wasn’t too surprised," Lucas said, making Aie laugh.
"Madam?"
Aie stopped in her place in surprise.
"Ugh... the germ has co," Aie mumbled with a frown on her forehead, feeling disgusted at seeing Lazarus waving at her.
"Miss Aie?" Lucas called, who was confused as to why the girl had stopped walking.
"Whoa... Madam!! Are you the new maid here? Niceeeee... it is definitely a fate for us to et again." Lazarus was so excited to see the first girl who hit him until he fell to the ground.
Lucas looked at the two in confusion. Aie was Kael’s little sister, but why was Lazarus acting as if he didn’t recognize his friend’s sister?
Aie rushed to leave that place.
"Co on Lucas, we need to get back before Princess Arielle’s eting ends."
"Ah, alright," Lucas replied, keeping up with Aie’s wide steps.
Lazarus was still following the two at a leisurely wide pace. He kept calling her and asking her na because he wanted to get acquainted with.
"Lord Lazarus!" Aie exclaid, making Lazarus surprised.
"Oh, ? You know my na?" Lazarus asked in surprise. The man thought for a mont to recollect his mories.
Could Aie be one of the won he dumped in the past? However, he didn’t rember there was a woman as beautiful as Aie before... Ah, he didn’t really care. Maybe he was too famous, he thought. "Yes, Madam? Is there anything I can help with?"
"Can you get out of my sight? I just want to work peacefully here," Aie said, making Lazarus’ wide smile turn to stone.
She left Lazarus, who was glued to the spot. Lucas was in an awkward position. He wanted to calm Aie down, but he couldn’t leave Lazarus, who looked so shocked at the expulsion from Aie just now.
"Miss Aie!" Wait for !" Lucas called. He chose to leave Lazarus and followed Aie, who looked angry.
Hearing the na Lucas called made Lazarus’ heart crack. "Ai... e?"

Duke Gipp walked behind Arielle. When the two were at the front of the reception room, the man bowed respectfully to Arielle.
"Thank you very much, Your Highness. You have taken the ti to listen to this old man’s venting," Duke Gipp said with a smile.
"With pleasure, Lord Gipp. Don’t you want to wait a little longer to talk or et with Lazarus?"
Lord Gipp waved his hand. "No, thank you, Your Highness. Lazarus certainly won’t like my presence here. That kid always accuses of forcing him to co ho."
"No way. Lazarus is a good man. Of course, he wants to et his father, too."
Duke Gipp laughed quite loudly at Arielle’s answer. It wasn’t that he underestimated Arielle’s trust in Lazarus, but Duke Gipp knew his son well. Lazarus would never want to et him for such petty matters. That kid would only et him when there was sothing important.
Duke Gipp was one of the nobles who often ca to the palace to follow the palace’s monthly agenda. He had heard a lot about the king’s fiancée. However, he didn’t think that the future queen of Northendell was so naïve.
