Su Jiuyi stepped closer to him with tiny steps and asked softly, "Where are we going?"
Shi Aoju took the car keys handed over by the housekeeper earlier, strode over to his private car, opened the door, and got in, leaving Su Jiuyi standing there in a daze.
Shi Aoju sighed, rolled down the window, glanced at the passenger seat beside him, and gestured for Su Jiuyi to get in the car.
Seeing this, Su Jiuyi had no choice but to brace herself and get into his car.
The car left the villa and drove all the way into the bustling comrcial district. Su Jiuyi, who hadn’t been out for several days, felt the air outside was very fresh. She had always disliked places with the scent of money, but now found it quite comfortable.
"Are the maids of the Shi Family not allowed to go out?" she suddenly asked.
