"After all, we are sowhat acquainted; maybe there might be opportunities to collaborate in the future," Xiao Chen said. "Young Master Jue, people should discuss things properly and always leave themselves a way out."
"I never like to leave people a way out," Shi Aoju said with a faint lift of his lips, speaking unhurriedly, "I only like to cut off people’s retreats."
His words were quite pointed, concise, and clear, expressing his stance and attitude in one sentence.
Su Jiuyi felt that Shi Aoju’s domineering reached a new realm; he seed to be smiling, but that smile had a hint of coldness. His voice, though calm, carried an undeniable forcefulness.
