SAINT VILLA.
Aaron Saint made his way into the house in the dark without turning on the lights.
The way he was tiptoeing towards the stairs to his room was akin to that of a thief.
He stopped in front of August Maijune's room and decided not to wake her up as it was already late into the night.
Leo Martins, that rascal succeeded in making him drink more than he intended. He forgot to call August Maijune to tell her he was going to be late.
Seeing that the little girl must be sleeping he went straight to his room.
Aaron Saint entered and turned on the light and saw August Maijune seated on the bed and he scread falling to the floor ''Aaahhh, August Maijune? What are you doing here?''
August Maijune glared at him and stood up saying ''I just caught you coming ho late. Care to explain, Mr. Saint? You didn't even tell where you went to?"
Aaron Saint stood up and walked towards the bathroom. He wrecked of alcohol so, he didn't want to get close to August Maijune.
Aaron Saint washed his face as August Maijune stood at the door watching him.
''Did you drink?'' August Maijune asked though she already knew he did.
''Yeah, I had a few drinks with my childhood friend'' Aaron Saint finished washing his face and stood in front of her at the door watched her as she spoke worriedly with tears.
''Why didn't you call then? Do you know how worried I was? I didn't know who to call because I realised I didn't even know anybody close to you. I just suddenly realised I didn't even know you at all. If anything happened I would be the last one to know'' August Maijune said and sobbed.
Aaron Saint suddenly felt his heart swelling as he saw her tears and pulled her into his embrace hugging her closely as he said ''I'm sorry. It won't happen again; I promise, okay?"
August Maijune flushed and felt her heartbeat raised uncontrollably. She stayed in Aaron Saint's embrace as he ran circles on her back.
They stayed like that for five minutes and Aaron Saint let go and held her hands eting her gaze ''August Maijune, you can only worry like that for okay? You are not allowed to be like this with another man''. Aaron Saint pecked her cheek and walked to his bed leaving August Maijune puzzled as she stood stupefied in the sa position for a while before turning around to look at him.
August Maijune touched her cheek as she watched the man who had fallen asleep the mont he laid on the bed and walked out.
NEXT DAY.
MIND HEALTH HOSPITAL.
DR. SAM'S OFFICE.
Dr. Sam walked into the office and saw August Maijune seated across his desk and said ''you're here early, August Maijune?''
August Maijune looked at him and asked ''do you know ?''
Dr. Sam looked at her curiously from her dressing to her mannerism and asked ''you're not Mai, right?''
''Yes, I heard you t my sister, Mai?'' August Maijune answered and asked back.
''Yes, I am Dr. Sam, your psychiatrist and therapist'' Dr. Sam stretched his hand to shake hers.
''I am August Maijune and'' August Maijune turned and looked at the picture of his family and ntioned the girl's na ''what is this girl's picture doing in your office?''
Dr. Sam beca alert and asked ''do you know her?''
''Not really, I just felt that she looked familiar, that's all. Like soone I've seen sowhere before?'' August Maijune said questionably.
''She is my daughter, her na is Julietta" Dr. Sam said.
''I see. So, what do I need to do? This is my first ti here after all?''
''Sit on that chair for , August''. August Maijune looked at the chair at the corner of the room and stood up.
She sat on it ''I want you to lay flat and close your eyes'' August Maijune closed her eyes.
''Now, I want you to relax and answer these questions for . You can say the first thing that cos to mind''. Dr. Sam moved close to her and saw that she was relaxed.
He opened his notepad and started questioning August Maijune.
''I want you to tell about your childhood. What kind of kid were you?'' Dr. Sam said to August Maijune.
''I don't rember much but I think was a cheerful kid. My parents were lovely people. I was the most happiest when I was six years. I rember my mom sent to this town where I t a lot of lovely people" August Maijune said as she recalled the ti before she was diagnosed with DID.
''Is there anything you rember from your childhood. Anything?'' Dr. Sam probed further.
''Not really. But, I rember one ti my parents had a fight, I'm not so sure but, it was a big fight and I witnessed it''.
''Can you tell into detail?''
''I don't rember too well'' August Maijune frowned.
''Okay. How do you feel lately?''
''Anxious? I can't really sleep well lately. I experience a lot of things lately. Last night, Aaron Saint ca ho late. I was scared, I thought he had abandoned too''.
''Then, what do you do when you feel scared?''
''I lock myself in the room, I enjoy being in the dark too. I don't think I have a good mory too''
''Do you have sothing you need to rember about?''
''Yes, I don't know what it is but, is important. Mai or Maijune might rember it but if they don't write it down for , then I won't have any recollection of it. I really want to rember so things; I feel that I might die if I don't rember them''.
''You have a diary?'' Dr. Sam asked surprised.
''Yes, Mai bought two for and Maijune. I haven't seen Maijune's diary before, Mai can be secretive you know. If she doesn't want you to find out sothing, she will make sure you never do'' August Maijune said.
''So, you think the mory you want to recover so much is in either Mai or Maijune?''
''Yes. The mory of my life with my parents, the people I need to be wary about and most importantly, that man that wants dead''.
''Soone wants you dead?'' Dr. Sam asked and wrote sothing in his notebook.
''Yes, I feel that way. I always dream about been hunted by soone but I don't know who that person is and why I have all those nightmares. Sotis, I feel suffocated''.
''Do you think Mai and Maijune might know that man? The one who wants you dead?" Dr. Sam asked and studied her facial expression for clues.
''Yes, I am probably the only one who doesn't know about that part of my life, but I've asked Mai and she said it was better I didn't know anything about him''
''I see''
August Maijune suddenly felt a headache and touched her head saying ''doctor, my head hurts"
Dr. Sam stood up to go to her and she suddenly hushed angrily and opened her sea blue eyes saying ''Asssh, where the hell is this place?''
Maijune looked around and chuckled unbelievably adding ''hospital. Who brought here?''
Dr. Sam looked at her and asked ''Maijune?''
Maijune turned to him and asked ':who are you? Did Aaron Saint put you up to this? I warned him not to do sothing like this and he just did. Seems like he didn't take my warning serious?''
Maijune stood up and turned to Dr. Sam with a darkened expression adding 'don't you dare make August Maijune rember anything or I will kill you''
''Why? Why don't you want her to rember anything?'' Dr. Sam asked cautiously.
''Are you seriously asking because you don't know? Can't you tell my sister has suicidal tendencies? Do you want her to kill us all?'' Maijune said angrily.
''I didn't know about that''. Dr. Sam said.
''What kind of doctor are you? August Maijune can keep her thoughts to herself very well. She doesn't want anyone to be worried about her so she only appears cheerful. I am seriously warning you not to do anything funny to her or I might really co for your head, do you hear ?''
''Maijune, I need to ask you sothing''.
''Don't ask anything, and the next ti I wake up in this kind of place, you can only have yourself to bla DrSam?''
Maijune glared at him and walked out.
Dr. Sam looked at his notes sternly and picked his phone to make a call.
Maijune walked out of the hospital and stood in front of the signboard. She kicked it and murmured angrily ''Mind Health my ass''.

Maijune looked at her clothes and pouted ''what kind of girly clothes are these? I need a change of outfit before I go to settle scores with you Aaron Saint. How dare he send to a hospital?''
