"It’s nothing..." She hurriedly shook her head, knowing what he was referring to, and honestly said, "I accidentally ran into him last night. He was just being kind, worried about a girl being alone, so he gave a ride back to the room."
Fu Weiheng’s tensed heart relaxed, his brows gradually easing as he ultimately chuckled softly.
Su Wan, baffled, frowned and wanted to look up at him, but her head was held down firmly by him, unable to move: "Fu Weiheng... Are you losing it...?"
He laughed even more, stroking her long hair, and responded leisurely, "Yeah, losing it."
Su Wan: "..."
The sound of a door opening and closing ca from outside, and Su Wan, who was nestled in his arms, instinctively raised her hand to gently push him, stepping back a few steps.
Then, she took the instrunt from his hands, looking embarrassed: "Um... give it to ."
If Fanfan saw the two of them hugging like this, it would be so embarrassing...
As if right on cue, Ye Fan ran up to the music room door the next second, her young voice raised a pitch: "Eh? Why is Uncle here too?"
Fu Weiheng responded with a calm "Mm," and turned around to collect the instrunt.
Su Wan silently walked over and ruffled Ye Fan’s hair: "Fanfan, you’re back?"
The little girl, however, just tilted her head and smiled at her, her lively big eyes curved like new moons: "Hee hee hee..."
Looking at this innocent smile, Su Wan felt a strange chill in her heart: "Wh-what’s wrong..."
The little girl grinned, revealing two rows of teeth like grains of rice, and clearly pronounced: "Hello! Auntie."
Su Wan was taken aback: "..."
Fu Weiheng closed the piano lid, a slight smirk on his lips, a hint of triumph in his eyes, and walked over to Ye Fan, ruffling her head: "Be good and go to class with Auntie."
"Okay." Ye Fan nodded, very consciously taking her instrunt, tugging at Su Wan’s sleeve, "Auntie, we can start the lesson."
Su Wan: "..."
Fu, carrying the instrunt, walked out leisurely, and as he passed by Su Wan, he playfully flicked her long hair, quite suggestively: "Co to the study after class."
Su Wan’s face turned red as she wrinkled her nose, letting out a light snort, she wouldn’t go!
Speaking of how little Ye Fan learned that Su Wan was her Auntie, it all started three days ago.
That evening, Fu Weijin had sothing co up last minute, so he asked Fu Weiheng to pick Ye Fan up from kindergarten and take care of her dinner.
The two were sitting in a pizza shop, Fu Weiheng wrapped a large napkin around Ye Fan’s neck, then placed the main course and drink in front of her, saying in a deep voice, "Eat by yourself."
He never quite enjoyed fast food, so he continued to focus on reviewing the docunts in his hand.
Ye Fan took a bite of pizza and asked, mouth full, "Uncle, aren’t you eating?"
Fu Weiheng turned the page: "You eat."
Ye Fan tried to lift her head to drink, but her neck wasn’t long enough to reach the straw, struggling for a while; Fu Weiheng, sensing sothing, without lifting his head, raised the cup in front of her to let her find the straw herself. Ye Fan slurped a big sip, happily biting into her pizza again, and asked: "Uncle, am I going to have an Aunt soon?"
Fu Weiheng paused, finally looking up from the pile of docunts: "Hmm?"
"Mom said you’ve been coming ho a lot lately, especially when Teacher Su is there. Uncle, do you like Teacher Su?"
Fu Weiheng raised an eyebrow slightly, once again replying with a soft "Mm."
Ye Fan was overjoyed, her eyes curved with delight: "I like Teacher Su too!"
Fu Weiheng nodded: "Then rember to change how you address her next ti you see her."
The little girl was clever: "Will Fanfan get a reward for changing how I address her?"
"No."
Ye Fan huffed lightly: "Hmm, stingy Uncle."
Fu Weiheng replied at a leisurely pace: "Ask your Aunt for it."
"..."
An hour-long lesson later, Su Wan assigned Ye Fan so new pieces to practice, gave her so brief instructions, and then the class was over. Just as she was putting the instrunt into its case, out of the corner of her eye she spotted a man leaning against the door, handso, with a burning gaze.
Su Wan was montarily stunned, the man ca over, helped her close the instrunt case, picked up the instrunt with one hand, and held her hand with the other, leading her towards the second-floor study. As they passed the living room to put the instrunt down, he specially turned back to instruct: "Fanfan, stay in the living room to draw."
Stay in the living room to draw, not allowed to follow up.
The little girl couldn’t help but cover her mouth, trying not to laugh: "Okay, Uncle."
Arriving at the study door, he opened it, gesturing for her to enter first. Su Wan timidly walked in, and the first thing she saw was a large oil painting above the fireplace.
The painting portrayed a beautiful woman with a face like the moon, eyes like apricots, long black shiny hair cascading over her shoulders, soft and delicate like a waterfall, and gentle emotions softly emanating from her deep, bright brows.
Standing in front of the painting, Su Wan thought of a poem.
