After getting off the roller coaster, Fu Weiheng felt a vague discomfort in his body. However, not only did this discomfort not fade upon returning, but his head also started to feel dizzy. He rang the bell to summon Vincent.

"Sir, do you have any orders?" The old butler noticed Fu Weiheng’s pale face and felt sothing was off. He asked, "Do you need Doctor Lu to co over?"

Fu Weiheng rubbed his brow and nodded, "As soon as possible."

Ever since the accidental fall at the London Theater four years ago, Fu Weiheng’s condition had actually been quite recuperated, except for the leftover fear of heights, which he hadn’t fully overco until now. He originally thought it was just an amusent facility, playing once wouldn’t be a big deal. But now it seed, he had overestimated himself.

Twenty minutes later, the old butler hurriedly brought a young, handso doctor up to Fu Weiheng’s room.

Upon entering and seeing Fu Weiheng’s pale face, Lu Yan frowned and asked, "Where did you go today?"

Fu Weiheng avoided answering and asked back, "Since when did you, a private doctor, start ddling?"

Lu Yan ignored him and turned his head to glance at the butler.

The old butler answered truthfully, "Sir went to the amusent park today."

"Played with the high-altitude facilities?" Lu Yan looked at Fu Weiheng. Seeing his silence, the answer was obvious, and he mocked, "Playing these with a fear of heights, you’re really daring to challenge yourself."

Lu Yan stood up, packed the stethoscope back into the box, and instructed the old butler, "Over-excited, an IV drip should do. Still having strength to bicker, shouldn’t be a big deal. Rest a few more days."

After settling everything, the old butler ordered soone to see Lu Yan out.

The room returned to silence. Fu Weiheng glanced at the mobile phone on the bedside table, picked it up casually, and then saw Su Wan’s WeChat ssage: Thank you for today, I’m very happy.

The brief nine words ward Fu Weiheng’s heart. He glanced at the IV in his hand and smiled self-deprecatingly.

Ha, a man with unrequited love...

A new week again.

On Monday, Su Wan got up early, spirited, and carried her violin to work at the orchestra.

The work at the orchestra was fairly relaxed. There weren’t any important performances recently. Everyone was just practicing together in the rehearsal room, occasionally discussing different views on music. It was called work, but most of the ti, Su Wan was learning.

However, today, she didn’t see Fu Weiheng the entire day, and an unwarranted sense of loss arose in her heart.

Following Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, she hadn’t seen him in the company.

Clicking into WeChat, the latest chat with Fu Weiheng still stayed at the night of the amusent park visit. This left her feeling a sense of emptiness.

Occasionally, she couldn’t help wanting to send him a WeChat ssage, but after struggling with her phone for a while, she deleted the line of text she had just typed.

Thus, that day, after sighing at her phone contacts for the twenty-third ti, she started longing for the day to quickly co when she could teach outside the Fu Mansion.

November had already arrived, and the weather was getting colder. After work on Friday, Su Wan pushed open the company door, and a gust of cold wind poured into her collar, making her shiver.

Just then, a white sedan drove past the door, and Su Wan suddenly recalled that two months ago, she and Fu Weiheng t here for the first ti. She still vividly rembered his smile that made her heart fluster and the unexpected touch they shared.

Su Wan lowered her eyes, her gaze landing on her open palm. That was their first hand-holding, though it had started inexplicably, it seed that from that mont, her heart was slightly moved.

She was never a talkative person, and she had never spoken about her background to anyone – not even to Xu Chengyang and Yao Ye. But that day at the old park, she unexpectedly told him all her secrets without reserve.

In fact, she always knew that Fu Weiheng was different in her heart.

Perhaps... she liked him.

How could she have changed so much in just two months that she didn’t seem like herself anymore...

...

The next day, to avoid appearing too eager, Su Wan took her ti from getting up, washing, eating to getting in the car. Yet in the end, she still arrived at the Fu Mansion an hour early...

Looking up at the luxurious mansion, Su Wan harshly scolded herself in her heart, useless! She said to take it slowly, but didn’t she still wake up early to take it slowly! What’s the aning of this! Su Wan, oh Su Wan, how could you be so infatuated to such a degree!

But complaints were just complaints, she still had to go in.
