Fu Chen glanced at Bai Xi Xi who was standing straight in front of Teacher Du. Then, he stood beside her to face their teacher at the sa ti.
Teacher Du alternated her gaze between the two students. Then, her gaze finally stopped at Fu Chen. “Fu Chen, do you know why did I call you here?”
“Teacher Du, I know. Soone already inford earlier.”
Fu Chen had just put his bag on his seat when Yan Li, who sat in front of him turned around to inform him about the rumor.
The mont Fu Chen heard the rumor, he could not help but look at Jian Chi. He could guess that the person who had spread this rumor should be Jian Chi.
“Then, what do you have to say about this?” Teacher Du asked.
“Teacher Du, this rumor is untrue,” Fu Chen said. “Class Monitor and I are not in any kind of relationship. We are innocent.”
The horoom teacher continued to look at her students alternately. Seeing their face made her believe that the rumor was nothing more than a rumor.
Of course, Teacher Du wanted to believe that Bai Xi Xi was not such a student.
After a brief silence, Teacher Du finally nodded. “Alright then. Bai Xi Xi, Fu Chen, I will believe your words and clarify that this was nothing more than a baseless rumor. The two of you don’t have to worry. I will not let the students continue speaking about this rumor.
Fu Chen nodded. “Thank you, Teacher Du.”
Bai Xi Xi continued to stand at her place without moving.
