69 Art Exhibition
On the weekend, Zhang Li Xue walked down the stairs and was surprised to see that her brother was in the dining room, having breakfast with their parents.
She seed to rember that this brother should be very busy with his upcoming exam. He did not ntion that he would be coming ho as well.
“Zhang Yi Hai, why are you here?”
“Aren’t you going to your friend’s art exhibition today?” Zhang Yi Hai spoke. “You asked to accompany you.”
Her lips pursed into a thin line. Zhang Li Xue could not rember asking her brother to accompany her.
She suddenly recalled that when Fang Su Jin invited her to her exhibition, her brother was around as well. Fang Su Jin said she could invite her brother to accompany her.
It seed that she hasn’t said anything, but her brother had already taken it that she was inviting him to this exhibition.
Zhang Yi Hai noticed the look on his sister’s face and chuckled. “Otherwise, are you planning to go with your boyfriend?”
His words triggered so reactions from their family mbers.

Zhang Yu Han put down the cutlery in his hand and looked at his daughter.” Li Xue, are you in a relationship?”
Zhang Li Xue shot her brother a look before turning to her father. “Daddy, don’t listen to his nonsense. I have been busy with my work recently. Where do I have ti to be in a relationship.”
“Really?” Zhang Yu Han tried to think of his daughter’s recent activity and thought that her answer made sense.
Recently, his daughter was too busy doing all sorts of work at the company that she would forget that it was ti to eat.
“Daddy.” Zhang Li Xue spoke helplessly.
Li Qin Yao watched the scene in front of her helplessly.
She did not think that it was inappropriate for her daughter to start dating. So of the girls of Li Xue’s age were already married with children.
However, the father and brother were too overprotective. She couldn’t help but wonder just how long the two of them were planning to protect the girl.
“Alright,” Li Qin Yao waved her hand. “Li Xue, co over and sit. Let’s just eat first.”
Zhang Li Xue shot her brother another threatening look before she walked over and sit down. She wondered how would he react if he knew that she was eting Mu Zhen Yu the next weekend.
She should probably keep it quiet about it. Otherwise, Zhang Yi Hai would appear and say that he wanted to catch up with Mu Zhen Yu as well.
The family of four ate their al while chatting amiably.
Zhang Li Xue went to get ready and saw that her brother was waiting for her in the living room. “Are you really coming with ?”
The boy raised his brow. “Didn’t your friend invite to co as well? Since I have ti, I should go and take a look.
The corner of her lips twitched. Zhang Li Xue knew that her brother would follow her no matter what she said.
Zhang Li Xue looked into her purse and threw him her keys. “You’re driving.”
The boy caught the keys with ease. The corner of his lips turned into a smile. Zhang Yi Hai stood up and followed his sister to her AUDI.
As her brother was driving, Zhang Li Xue took out her phone to text Fang Su Jin that she was coming over with her brother. Then, she closed her eyes and took a nap.
Half an hour later, Zhang Yi Hai pulled over into a parking spot.
The siblings walked around and reached the exhibition hall together.
Zhang Li Xue was quick to notice that her friend was at the entrance, looking around. Their gazes t and Fang Su Jin waved her hands excitedly.
“Li Xue!” Her smile stretched up until her eyes turned crescent. However, the mont she saw the man walking behind her friend, the smile on Fang Su Jin’s face gradually disappeared.
“Su Jin, are you waiting for ?” Zhang Li Xue asked.
“I was waiting for you the mont I saw your text,” Fang Su Jin said. She shifted her gaze and looked at the tall man. “I didn’t think that you would really bring your brother to my exhibition.”
Their gazes t and Fang Su Jin started to shiver.
She had always thought that Zhang Li Xue’s brother was a little scary.
Seeing that Fang Su Jin was looking at him, Zhang Yi Hai finally nodded to greet her. “I heard that this was your first exhibition. I co over to support you.”
The corner of her lips began to twitch. There was no way that Fang Su Jin would believe a word that Zhang Yi Hai had said.
Turning around, Fang Su Jin led her friend into the hall and showed her around the exhibition.
Zhang Yi Hai continued to follow the girls around in silence. His body was tall and straight. Anyone who looked at them would think that he was their bodyguard.
After explaining a little bit about the paintings, Fang Su Jin turned to look at her friend again. “Li Xue, what do you think?”
“You know well that I don’t understand much about art,” Zhang Li Xue said. She looked at the landscape painted in vibrant color and nodded. “But they were all pretty. The color really popped up.”
Fang Su Jin let out a sigh. She should have known that her friend would not understand much about her paintings. But, as long as she ca to support her and showed her appreciation, that was more than enough.
The two friends took a few pictures together and Zhang Li Xue promoted Fang Su Jin’s exhibition on her social dia.
As they were chatting, Fang Su Jin’s ntor called her over to introduce her to a few figures.
Zhang Li Xue turned around and saw that her brother was staring at one of Fang Su Jin’s paintings. She followed her brother’s line of gaze and watched the colorful tree with great interest.
“Yi Hai, you have been staring at this painting for a long ti. What do you think?”
“The color composition is quite good.”
Zhang Li Xue chuckled. “You understand color composition?”
“Didn’t we learn about this at school?”
Zhang Li Xue had forgotten about learning about color composition in school. How many years ago since she graduated? Why would she rember this?
“Forget it. I’m a little tired after walking around. Yi Hai let’s go and grab sothing to eat. What do you want? It will be my treat.”
“Anything is fine.” Zhang Yi Hai paused before looking at his sister again. “As long as we’re not eating chicken wings.”
Zhang Li Xue thought that her brother really knew how to annoy her.
