632 The Baby Did Not Want to Co Out
Bai Qi could not stop worrying as his wife’s due date approached. What he was worried about the most was that he could not be by Zhang Li Xue’s side as she gave birth. Therefore, each ti he headed to work, Bai Qi would stroke his wife’s stomach and speak to the baby to wait for him before coming out.

Bai Qi’s heart started to waver upon seeing the look on his wife’s face. After staring at his wife for a while, Bai Qi finally heaved a sigh. “You really can’t. Rember what Doctor Lin said. No intense movent.”
Zhang Li Xue leaned on her husband’s arms and smiled. “I know. I was ssing up with you. But hubby, why don’t you go and play? Since I can’t do it, I think I would be satisfied if I watch you play.” Before Bai Qi could decline, Zhang Li Xue quickly added. “Anyway, I think you are very handso when you are playing basketball.”
Bai Qi looked at his wife helplessly. In the end, he was weak against his wife’s praise. Bai Qi stretched his hand and pinched Zhang Li Xue on her cheek. “Alright then. You stand here quietly while I go and get the ball.”
He then headed to the corner to grab the ball. Once he returned to the court, Bai Qi started to show off his skills before shooting the ball into the hoop.
Zhang Li Xue’s eyes sparkled. Just as she had thought. Her hubby really do look handso while he was shooting the ball.
She started to clap happily and paused when Bai Qi walked over to her side.
Bai Qi was about to ask his wife if she was satisfied with the way he shot the ball earlier. However, as he approached closer, he realized that the look on Zhang Li Xue’s face was a little different.
He threw the ball aside and rushed over to his wife’s side.
“Li Xue? What’s wrong?”
Zhang Li Xue raised her head and frowned. “Bai Qi, I think our baby also thought that you looked the coolest when you are playing basketball.”
Bai Qi looked at his wife in puzzlent.
“After watching you playing for a while, he finally decided to co out.” Once she finished saying these, Zhang Li Xue held her stomach and made a sound telling him that she was in pain.
Bai Qi inhaled a deep breath. He wanted to panic, but he rembered that his wife’s fate would depend on him. Bai Qi forced himself to calm down. Then, with one swift movent, he carried his wife in his arms and walked to the house.
His movent was too sudden. Zhang Li Xue wrapped her arms around Bai Qi’s neck so that she will not fall.
“What are you doing?” Zhang Li Xue asked. “Bai Qi... put down. I’m very heavy.”
“You are not heavy,” Bai Qi said. “Now stay still and don’t move around.”
Afraid that she might fall, Zhang Li Xue decided to stay still as Bai Qi carried her into the house.
Her heart ward upon seeing the serious look on Bai Qi’s face as he was carrying her. Zhang Li Xue thought that Bai Qi looked very handso like this.
As they entered the house, Bai Qi announced to everyone that his wife was going to give birth soon.
Li Qin Yao began to panic. In the end, Zhang Yu Han helped to calm his wife. He instructed Bai Qi to grab Zhang Li Xue’s bag and supported his daughter into the car.

Then, Zhang Yu Han and his wife took their daughter and Bai Qi to the hospital.
However, the traffic was a little congested as they entered the main road. Zhang Yu Han looked at the navigation system and wondered if they would be able to arrive in ti. He shared his worry with his wife and their conversation was heard by Zhang Li Xue.
“Daddy, it’s alright. Bai Qi is a doctor and you also have experience in helping Mommy give birth,” Zhang Li Xue said. “I think I would be alright even if I have to give birth in the car.”
Zhang Li Xue’s words only made Bai Qi tense.
