489 A Collaboration
Zhang Li Xue reread her brother’s reply a few tis. Then, she turned to Bai Qi and spoke, “My brother already replied. He said that he was in a eting just now and did not have ti to look at his phone.”
Bai Qi leaned over and tapped his finger on his wife’s nose. “Are you relieved now?”
“Un.” Zhang Li Xue nodded. She was worried when her brother had not replied to her ssage for a long ti. Now that she received her brother’s reply, Zhang Li Xue felt a little more at ease.
She opened her mouth, wanting to say sothing. However, Zhang Li Xue had to swallow the words she wanted to say as Bai Qi was wiping the corner of her lips with a napkin.
The man pulled away and flashed her a teasing smile. “There’s a bit of sauce on your lips. Li Xue, why are you so careless?”
Bai Xi Xi giggled as she watched the couple’s interactions. She knew that her sister liked eating chicken wings very much. Just now, she was eating her favorite chicken wings and had not noticed the sauce on the corner of her lips.
Zhang Li Xue narrowed her eyes as she turned to the little girl. “Xi Xi, are you laughing at ?”
The little girl blinked her eyes innocently. “Of course, not. Sister, I just thought that you are too adorable.”
Zhang Li Xue chuckled. Then, she leaned over to pinch Bai Xi Xi on the cheek. “Xi Xi, you have a sweet mouth. You’re just like your brother.”

When his wife sat up straight again, Bai Qi ca closer and pecked at Zhang Li Xue’s lips. While she was still in a daze, Bai Qi whispered, “But mine is sweeter, right?”
The three of them joked for a bit before they continued to eat their lunch. After a while, Zhang Li Xue finally rembered what she wanted to tell Bai Qi.
“Yi Hai might have replied to my ssage, but he still did not tell where he was staying,” Zhang Li Xue said.
“Perhaps the company had arranged his accommodation and let him stay at a hotel closer to the company,” Bai Qi spoke.
Zhang Li Xue thought over his words and nodded. “That’s possible.”
Bai Qi chuckled as he looked at his wife.
“Anyway, Yi Hai told that he was going to visit Su Jin’s exhibition later today,” Zhang Li Xue said. “Do you think that we might run into each other?”
“Did Yi Hai tell you when he’s going over?”
Zhang Li Xue shook her head. “No. But I assu that he should be there in the evening. He might still be busy with his discussion with the company. If he’s going to co, he would probably be there later, right?”
“Mmm... then, there might be a possibility for us to et Yi Hai at your friend’s exhibition.” Bai Qi said.
After all, the two of them too were planning to head to the exhibition in the evening so that they could take Fang Su Jin for a al after making their surprise visit.
Zhang Li Xue was already imagining the surprised look on both Fang Su Jin and Zhang Yi Hai’s faces when they see each other at Fang Su Jin’s exhibition later.
Bai Qi saw the mischievous look on his wife’s face and guessed that she was planning to do sothing naughty again.

anwhile, Zhang Yi Hai and Fang Su Jin headed back to the exhibition center after they had lunch sowhere nearby.
Teacher Jiang was already waiting for Fang Su Jin at the exhibition center. When he saw his student, Teacher Jiang could not hide his excitent and quickly told her the news.
A company was interested in her painting style and wanted to work with her on a project. They wanted to use her paintings and print them on their rchandise. The company was a well-known clothing company among the younger generations.
It was said that this kind of collaboration has been quite popular. This ti, they had chosen a few painters and artists to work with them on this project.
Fang Su Jin was surprised to hear this news. When her ntor called to say that he had sothing to discuss, Fang Su Jin would not expect to hear this news.

He waited for his girlfriend to co out and held her hand. “How is it going?”
“Mmm... I haven’t made my decision yet. But the representative said that they were going to send so materials and give so ti to think about it.” Fang Su Jin stood to face him and spoke, “Yi Hai, what do you think?”
The young man pondered over this question. “I think, if you have a good feeling about it, you should go and try to work with them. Whatever it is that you decide, I will always be proud of you.” Noticing that there was no one around the gallery, Zhang Yi Hai leaned over to kiss his girlfriend on the lips.
Fang Su Jin reached to hook an arm around his neck. Just as she was about to return his kiss, Fang Su Jin heard a loud gasp.
The sound made the couple pull away from each other before they turned around.
Fang Su Jin’s face turned pale when she saw the person not too far away from them.
Her best friend, Zhang Li Xue was staring back at her with her eyes wide.
