187 I Like You
Zhang Li Xue pushed her hair behind her ears anxiously.
As seconds passed by, her face gradually turned red and her heart was beating furiously.
It was the first ti that she had confessed to soone she liked. Now that she had let it all out, Zhang Li Xue was embarrassed by her bravery.

“Are you planning to make a run again after saying what you wanted to say?”
It was only yesterday that this girl had pulled sothing similar.

A light crease appeared in the space between her brow. Zhang Li Xue suddenly had this feeling as if she had had a similar conversation with Bai Qi like this.
Back then, Bai Qi had asked her the sa question when he thought that Zhang Li Xue was going to invite Mu Zhen Yu to their basketball team.
However, as there were many things that Zhang Li Xue could not rember from her childhood, of course, she could not recall this conversation.

Does she only think of Mu Zhen Yu as a brother? Is that the reason why she would still address him as Brother Zhen Yu?
Suddenly, Bai Qi did not mind that Zhang Li Xue would continue to call Mu Zhen Yu that way.

“Oh.” Her heart dropped and her face turned pale. Zhang Li Xue quickly averted her gaze, fearing that Bai Qi might see the disappointnt on her face.
At this ti, all she wanted was to disappear.
If she knew that she was going to get rejected, she would quickly get into her car and drive away. She would not stay around and let Bai Qi speak.
At least, she could prepare herself for the rejection.
“I understand.” Her throat felt a little dry. Zhang Li Xue wanted to force a smile but was unable to do it. Her lips quivered. She just wanted to cry.
Zhang Li Xue had never thought that getting heartbreak would feel this terrible.
“Zhang Li Xue, you don’t have to chase ,” Bai Qi repeated. “Pursuing... That is sothing that I should do.”
Zhang Li Xue realized that there was sothing wrong with where this was going. She was expecting to hear a line of rejection, but it doesn’t seem that those lines were sothing that one would say to reject another. Therefore, her brain took a while to process what was going on.
She slowly rise her head to et his gaze again. Her eyes widened in surprise upon seeing his intense gaze.
“Because... Zhang Li Xue, I like you.”
