176 Suddenly Thought of Soone
The two of them chatted briefly before they ended the call.
As she put down her phone, Zhang Li Xue heaved a long sigh before she looked around.
She has been waiting for more than an hour. Unexpectedly, Mu Zhen Yu left due to an ergency. Zhang Li Xue was hoping that Mu Zhen Yu would at least text her to tell her that he had already left. It must have been sothing serious. Otherwise, Mu Zhen Yu would not leave just like that, right?

By this ti, there were not many people around as the lunch hour had ended. As she ate her lunch alone, Zhang Li Xue suddenly thought of soone.
Last ti, she had brought so snacks for Bai Qi and the others.

Since she was planning to chase him, it wouldn’t be a bad idea if she showed up at the hospital with so food, right?
Zhang Li Xue grew excited as the idea ca to her mind.
After buying so packed als, Zhang Li Xue headed over to the hospital. Once she arrived, Zhang Li Xue went straight to the departnt and found that Nurse Tian was at the counter.
The elder nurse smiled when she saw her.
Nurse Tian was quick to understand certain things.
Everyone knew that Doctor Qi Zheng would not be at the hospital during the weekend. Then, the only reason Zhang Li Xue would show up at this place was to look for the young doctor.
This would not be the first ti that the young girl was looking for Doctor Bai anyway...
Last ti, Zhang Li Xue showed up at the departnt to deliver so snacks for everyone. Then, when Doctor Bai heard about her visit, he quickly went over to look for her.
Later, it took Doctor Bai a while before he returned to the departnt.
Nurse Tian had also seen that Doctor Bai seed to be in a good mood after looking for the girl.
It wasn’t hard for her to notice that there should be sothing between the two young people.
“Miss Zhang, hello,” Nurse Tian greeted the girl amiably. “Are you here to look for Doctor Bai?”

She let out a light cough and spoke, “Nurse Tian, is Doctor Bai on duty today?”
If he was at ho, then, she could head over to his apartnt which was not far away from the hospital.
The smile on Nurse Tian stretched out. “Mmm... Doctor Bai is on duty today. However, he was in the middle of an operation.”
Zhang Li Xue was a little disappointed to hear this news. Since he was in the middle of his work, then she did not want to disturb him.
Perhaps she should leave the food she bought and text him that she had stopped by.
“Miss Zhang, would you like to wait for him in his office?”
“Ah?” Zhang Li Xue was a little surprised to hear the nurse’s suggestion.
“Doctor Bai’s surgery should end soon. If you wait for him for a while, you would be able to see him.”
Zhang Li Xue was tempted when she heard the nurse’s idea. However, she did not think that it would be appropriate for her to wait in his office, right?
“Miss Zhang, I’m sure that Doctor Bai would not mind,” Nurse Tian continued. “Last ti, he had already reminded that you are allowed to wait for him in his office whenever you co over.”

Her eyes lit up.
“Anyway, you are also Doctor Qi’s niece. It shouldn’t be a problem.”
Zhang Li Xue was still considering whether she should take this offer.
Although she was aware of her feelings, Zhang Li Xue was still unaware of whether Bai Qi had soone he liked. She did not want to be a problem for him...
As she was still weighing her decision, Nurse Tian had already walked over to her side and pulled her towards Bai Qi’s office.
Her mind was telling her that she shouldn’t follow the nurse, however, her legs were very disobedient. Before she knew it, Zhang Li Xue was already stuffed into Bai Qi’s office.
“Miss Zhang, just wait for a while. Doctor Bai should return soon,” Nurse Tian said. Her gaze fell on the beg of the takeaway food that Zhang Li Xue was carrying. Her lips turned into a knowing smile. “Don’t worry. I will let Doctor Bai know that you are waiting for him here.”
Nurse Tian shut the door, leaving Zhang Li Xue alone in the office.
The silent atmosphere finally snapped her out of her trance. Zhang Li Xue stood in the middle of Bai Qi’s office awkwardly. She looked around the familiar room and took her seat.
Her heartbeat accelerated as she was waiting for Bai Qi to show up.
Zhang Li Xue wondered just how would he react when he saw her in his office. She wondered if she would make things difficult for Bai Qi by showing up at the hospital unannounced again.
But the last ti, Bai Qi seed to have hinted for her to wait for him if she stopped by again. Then, waiting for him in his office should be alright?
While Zhang Li Xue was still worrying about how Bai Qi was going to react, the man finally ended his surgery and ca out of the theatre.
After cleaning up his body for a bit, Bai Qi walked over to the nurse’s station, wanting to find out if anything had happened when he was away.
However, he quickly realized that the smile on Nurse Tian’s face was a little creepy.
“Doctor Bai, you are back,” Nurse Tian spoke. “How was the surgery?”
“It went smoothly.” Bai Qi shot the nurse an inquiring look. There was sothing very fishy about Nurse Tian.
Fortunately, the nurse was unaware of Bai Qi’s opinion. Otherwise, she might never let Bai Qi know that Zhang Li Xue ca to visit him.
“Doctor Bai, soone is waiting for you in your office.”
“Soone?” Bai Qi frowned. He was a little tired after that operation and had planned to rest.
“Uh-huh.” Nurse Tian nodded. “It’s Miss Zhang. Doctor Qi’s niece.”
Instantly, Bai Qi’s eyes lit up.
