Each win entitled the player to remove a note from their face. So by then, Serenity’s face was free of the note earlier.
She was good at playing cards, and with Gabriel as her advisor, Sam and the other two had no chance of winning.
After losing two more rounds, Sam decided to call it quits. He looked up at the sky and sighed. “The combination of Yin and Yang makes you invincible. Your tenacity is too shaless!”

It was almost lunchti so Sam put away the cards and everyone went to pick up firewood to prepare for the barbecue.
