"What are you doing?"
Gor Nolan looked down at his clothes, "What do you think I can do? Of course, I'm a chauffeur."
"Who were you driving for at that ti?"
"Olina Back," Gor Nolan said with a smile, "I'm a fan of hers, and it was the first ti I'd t her in person, she's much more beautiful than on TV.
I was honored to be her driver."
"You're a fan of hers?"
"Yes."
"You're lying."
"I'm not lying, I'm indeed her fan. I even have her posters at ho, very sexy ones."
"If you're her fan, why don't you follow her news?"
"I haven't deliberately searched for her, but if I see news about her, I usually click on it.
Is there a problem?"
"She's dead."
Gor Nolan's jaw dropped, showing a shocked expression, "How can this be? I just drove her ho last night.
Oh my God, you don't think I killed her, do you?"
Luke said, "As far as we know, you were indeed the last person to see her."
"No no no, I didn't even know she was dead, and her death has nothing to do with ," Gor Nolan defended, "I work night shifts, I only got off work at six in the morning.
Then I went ho to eat, and before I went to bed after 9 a.m. I checked the news, and there was no report of her being murdered at that ti.
I hadn't seen any news about her after waking up and going to work again at night."
Luke continued to stare at him but didn't see any obvious signs of lying, "As far as we know, Olina Back once looked for a driver online, and it wasn't you."
"So what?
Even if she didn't pay , I'd be willing to be her free driver just because she's Olina Back."
"Describe in detail how you t Olina Back."
"That night, I t Olina Back at the entrance of a bar. She was drunk that night, but still extrely beautiful.
I asked her if she needed a driver?
She handed her car keys.
It was as simple as that."
"Did you drive her ho?"
"Yes."
"What ti did you arrive at her house?"
"It should have been before 11:30."
"After you dropped her off at ho, what happened?"
Gor Nolan thought for a mont, then replied, "She had drunk a lot and was really drunk. As soon as I parked, she hurriedly got out of the car, wobbling, almost falling to the ground, so I quickly got out to support her.
Then I escorted her to the door and left."
Luke stared at him and asked, "Did you go into her house?"
"No."
"Did you see anyone else at the ti?"
"It was already past eleven, the sky was dark, so I didn't notice any."
"Where did you go afterward?"
"Soone nearby just happened to need a driver, so I took the job, then kept sending clients ho until 6 a.m.," Gor Nolan added, "If you don't believe , you can ask the custors I drove; everything I said is true."
"When you drove Olina Back ho, did she show any strange behavior?"
"Apart from being drunk, I didn't notice anything unusual," Gor Nolan responded and couldn't help but ask, "How did Olina Back die?"
Luke didn't answer, continuing to inquire, "Were you followed when you drove Olina Back ho?"
Gor Nolan recalled for a mont, "I was focused on driving and Olina Back, I really didn't think about that."
Michael said, "Not long after you drove Olina Back ho, she was murdered in the house. The current situation is not in your favor; you'd better provide so valuable clues."
Gor Nolan held his forehead, "Oh my God, this is too terrible.
I swear to God, Olina Back's death really has nothing to do with ..."
"Creak..." The car door opened from the outside, and Louise stood at the door, "Group two just called; there's been a developnt."
Luke got out of the SUV, with Michael following.
In the morning, after Luke and Amir talked to Tangji Bruns at his house, they both felt that Tangji Bruns was hiding sothing. Moreover, since Tangji Bruns was one of their major suspects, they had FBI agents monitoring him.
Luke asked, "What's the situation with Tangji Bruns?"
Louise glanced at the SUV and whispered, "Just now, Tangji Bruns left ho with his daughter."
Michael looked at his phone; it was already past ten at night, "Leaving so late, it's indeed a bit suspicious."
Luke nodded, thoughtfully, "There's definitely sothing wrong with this guy. I want to search his house."
Michael raised an eyebrow, "On the sly?"
Luke countered, "Is there a problem?"
Michael mimicked a lock-picking gesture, "Want to go with you?"
"No need," Luke pointed to the SUV, "Although I didn't see this guy lie, to be safe, you should still check his alibi.
It takes at least half an hour to an hour to kill, dismber, and clean up the scene."
"Got it.
How many will you take with you?"
"Just one person, too many would be inconvenient."
"Be careful."
"I will."
Half an hour later, Luke and Amir arrived at the house of the suspect, Tangji Bruns.
Five years ago, after Blood Hand Mac went to prison, Tangji Bruns kept in contact with him and even visited him several tis. Since both were pianists, combined with various factors, Luke and Amir both felt he was a major suspect.
But the problem now is, the FBI doesn't have evidence to prove it.
So Luke decided to explore Tangji Bruns' house at night.
Previously, Luke rarely did anything out of line in Los Angeles, but now, acting as an FBI agent, he had fewer scruples.
Being too conservative wasn't in keeping with the FBI's style.
The two parked the car by the roadside, and after ensuring no one was around, they headed to the rear door of Tangji Bruns' house under the cover of night.
Amir kept watch while Luke went to the door, put on gloves, and took out the lock-picking tools.
After a series of small noises and a 'click', the door was opened.
Amir raised an eyebrow, "Wow, I had no idea you were so good at picking locks."
Luke put on shoe covers and went directly into the suspect, Tangji Bruns' house.
As soon as he entered, Luke slled an unusual odor, "Do you sll it?"
Amir wrinkled his nose, "It's not the sll of blood, and it doesn't seem like a disinfectant; it's quite pungent...
I must have slled this sowhere before."
Luke looked serious and put on a mask, "Let's search first, be cautious."
The two took out flashlights and split up to search; Amir entered the adjacent bedroom, while Luke searched the living room.
The living room's decor was simple and clean, there weren't even children's toys to be seen.
A photo was on the TV cabinet, showing three people: Tangji Bruns, a woman, and a little girl.
Luke recalled that this little girl looked sowhat familiar; she was likely the one who had peered through the window earlier that morning.
Suddenly, there was a voice from the bedroom, "I've found sothing."
Luke walked into the adjacent bedroom, seeing Amir holding a book; the cover was sowhat worn, adorned with a red circular symbol on the book's cover...
