The next mont, two guns extended out of the right front and back windows of the Ford sedan—a Glock and an AR-15—firing at the rcedes.

"Bang bang..."

"Get out!"

Almost at the sa ti, Luke opened the car door and jumped out directly from the driver's seat.

Staying inside the car at this mont would only make you a sitting duck for the gunn.

As soon as Luke got out of the car, a voice sounded, "Bullet-Proof Card activated, used!"

Hearing this voice, Luke didn't dodge, squatting directly by the side of the car, shooting at the gunn in the Ford.

"Bang!"

With just one shot, Luke hit a gunman holding an AR-15 in the head, blood splattering. No need for a follow-up shot.

"Bang bang!"

Luke fired two more shots at the gunman holding a Glock in the passenger seat.

Because the car body blocked the view, Luke couldn't clearly see if he hit the target, but the sound of the Glock stopped.

Then, the Ford sedan suddenly started and quickly fled.

Luke aid at the driver's seat, used an Accuracy Card, and fired two more shots,

"Bang bang!"

The car suddenly veered sharply to the right, flipping over.

"Boom!" it crashed into a row of stone pillars.

Luke changed his magazine, ran over with his gun, shouting into the Ford sedan, "LAPD!

Open the door, crawl out of the car, no sudden moves!"

Luke circled around the Ford sedan to check, noticing there were three people inside. The unfortunate one in the back seat who got shot in the head couldn't be saved.

The gunman in the passenger seat was shot in the chest, blood staining his whole body, likely a goner too.

The door of the driver's seat slowly opened, and out crawled a masked man, "Don't shoot, I'm just the driver, unard."

Luke pointed his gun at him, instructing, "Hands on your head, lie on the ground!"

"My arm is injured, it hurts terribly, I can't bend it..."

"Ah..."

Before the masked man finished speaking, he let out a scream.

Luke used his knee to press into his back, bending his arms behind him, cuffing him, "Shut up!"

The masked man broke out in cold sweat from the pain, "Easier, my arm's gonna break."

"Hey, little girl, you're not as delicate as you think," Luke mocked, making him kneel on the ground and frisking him to make sure he had no weapons, then took off his mask.

He was a black-haired, white man in his thirties, with rugged features and a scar at the corner of his mouth.

Luke looked at the man, not recognizing him, "What's your na?"

"Ricardo Solu."

"Who are you people?"

"I'm just a driver, they tricked into driving."

"Who was your target?"

"I don't know, I'm really just the driver."

"Bullshit driver, you think I'm a three-year-old?" Luke pressed a hand on his wound.

"Ah ah..." Ricardo Solu scread again.

"Help...

I'm injured!"

A cry for help ca from beside the rcedes.

Hearing this, Luke wasn't worried. A cry for help was a good thing.

Luke dragged Ricardo Solu to the rcedes, took off Ricardo Solu's pants, made him put his hands on his head, and kneel on the ground.

Ricardo Solu glared at Luke, his face full of humiliation and anger.

"Much more pleasing to the eye." Luke chuckled, liking both his frustration and helplessness.

At this point, Fred Krar was sitting on the ground with his back against the tire, holding his right shoulder with his left hand and his left thigh with his right hand, breathing heavily, "Captain Li, I've been shot, bleeding a lot."

Luke walked over, squatted down to check his wounds, "Did you call 911?"

Fred Krar looked at the phone that had fallen to the ground, "Yes, I already did."

"Good." Luke checked his two gunshot wounds, reassuring him, "Don't worry, neither hit a vital area, no life-threatening risk."

Luke fetched a first-aid kit from the trunk, bandaged Fred Krar simply, and instructed, "Press the wound, don't move, the ambulance will be here soon."

"Thanks, I'm feeling better."

"Call if you need anything." Luke stood up, and once again walked over to Ricardo Solu, "Hey, you know, I'm not a patient man.

Tell , who is your target?"

Ricardo Solu shook his head, "I told you, I'm just a driver, I don't know anything."

"So, were you tailing that car, the rcedes G500, or that Porsche?"

"I..." Ricardo Solu stuttered, still not responding.

"You know what? I really admire people with integrity." Luke smiled, holding a piece of cloth, walked over to him, pressing it against his arm, "Your arm is still bleeding, I'll help you stop it."

"Ah..." Ricardo Solu scread again in pain, cold sweat dripping from his forehead, face contorted, "The Porsche, we were tailing the Porsche."

"Who is the target?"

"Fred Krar."

"Why kill Fred Krar?"

"I don't know, they only told the target to follow, I just drove, they wouldn't let know too much, and I didn't dare ask."

"Who hired you?"

"Gode Simon."

"Where is he?"

"He was sitting in the back of the car shooting, you already killed him."

"So now, with no one to verify, you can conveniently shift the bla to a dead man.
