In a stone chamber underground, a Nighthawks team from the Backlund Diocese.

Captain Thomas asked Daly, who had just finished her divination, "What was the result?"

Daly replied, "Hobert spoke the truth."

"That ans Brigadier Christian really has an artifact related to 2-355?" Thomas frowned. "How co I've never heard of it?"

[T/N: changed his rank to brigadier]

Daly speculated, "Maybe it's not an artifact that Brigadier Christian possesses?"

"No, that's impossible!" Thomas said. "Hobert is only Sequence 9! How could he have a Grade 2 artifact?"

At this mont, they still didn't know that Hobert had been promoted.

Daly shook her head. "It was right to develop him into an informant, or even an external mber; at least we have a general idea of his movents and can impose so constraints on him."

Thomas sighed, no longer entangled in the question of Sequence 9 versus grade 2 artifacts. He asked Daly, "Have you made your decision? This is the second invitation from Cesimir; joining the 'Red Gloves' would provide you with broader developnt opportunities."

Daly smiled, "Joining the 'Red Gloves' ans being busy everywhere; it's too uninteresting."

Thomas lanted, "This is a dream opportunity for many!"

At around two in the afternoon, Hobert arrived at 192 Blanka Street.

What he told Daly that morning was, of course, the truth: The Nation of Disorder is precisely the unique "artifact" and "wondrous item" of the Lawyer Pathway.

Moreover, 2-355 does indeed have a "certain" connection to the Nation of Disorder. This was his preditated explanation, sufficient to deal with divinations or any ans to discern lies.

As for the diviner seeking more specific information, due to the standing of the Nation of Disorder, the other party's divination would definitely end in failure.

So the Nighthawks could only verify the truth of Hobert's words and could not glean more detailed information.

At three o'clock, Hobert's vision was engulfed by gray mist, and familiar figures flickered in the ancient hall; the Tarot Club officially began.

"The Fool" Klein and "Justice" Audrey, one with Spirit Vision and the other a spectator, imdiately noticed that Hobert was different from the last gathering.

Especially Klein, with his Spirit Vision, found Hobert's astral form more solid, with a color leaning toward black!

He had already advanced?

He had only just joined the Tarot Club a month ago and was already Sequence 8?

"The Hanged Man" Alger was the last to sense sothing was off; he didn't know what to say, and for a mont, the hall fell into a brief silence.

Finally, Audrey's greeting broke the silence.

This week, Hobert and the other two still had not obtained Emperor Roselle's diary, so they jumped straight to the trading segnt.

Hobert and Audrey looked toward Alger together.

Alger cleared his throat and said to Hobert, "Thank you for your suggestion; it helped find new clues in the ruins."

Audrey seed even happier than Alger: "So there really are hidden clues in the ruins?"

"Yes." Alger, according to the agreent from the last gathering, briefly recounted his secret exploration of the ruins.

However, he only casually ntioned his findings and did not disclose the three locations left by the skeleton.

Audrey smiled and said, "Congratulations, Mr. Hanged Man; you should have more gains following these clues."

Hobert reminded, "Opportunities always coexist with risks. I hope you can continue to be as cautious as ever."

"I will," Alger replied. "Before I continue exploring the clues, I really want to understand one thing."

He said, "Suppose my family is hiding a secret, and I do not have the ability to enjoy the benefits that this secret brings; then before I die, I would never leave this secret in the world.

"But why did the skeleton take such unusual actions? Is there so kind of trap involved? Or is there a secret I don't know about?"

Alger's gaze was fixed on Hobert, clearly asking him.

Hobert organized his thoughts before saying, "I ntioned before that there are three laws of Beyonder Characteristics; your question can be answered using the second law.

"Not only that, but you can also understand the adversarial relationships between deities, why nations have the current situation, and so on."

Everyone tried to conceal their inner astonishnt. The reason deities are adversarial isn't due to different doctrinal beliefs? The catalyst for their conflicts is actually the laws of Beyonder Characteristics?

Alger hesitated slightly before asking, "If I want to know this answer, what price do I have to pay?"

Hobert smiled and said, "First, I need to clarify that whether it's the Laws of Beyonder Characteristics or last week's details about the elven race, the value of this information can hardly be asured in money."

"I know," Alger said. "So please suggest a reward that I can afford."

"1,500 pounds," Hobert replied. "However, I suggest that this paynt co from Miss Justice."

Alger didn't understand Hobert's aning.

Audrey was also taken aback: "?"

"Yes," Hobert said. "Didn't Miss Justice want to obtain this information before? Moreover, last week when I communicated with the Hanged Man, I didn't deliberately avoid you, which allowed you to acquire elven information for free. Not only that, but you also heard the whole story of the Hanged Man's exploration of the ruins for free.

"So I believe it's most appropriate for you to pay for today's information, so that none of us owe each other, and we all gain information that's difficult to obtain in our respective circles."

Klein, shrouded in mist, sighed; indeed, he was a Lawyer, effortlessly clarifying the "debt relationship" among the three parties.

Of course, the happiest one in this transaction was still Klein, who didn't spend a penny yet received information from both the Hanged Man and the Emperor.

At that mont, he reflected that the platform was the biggest winner.

Audrey thought for a mont and found that what the Emperor said made sense, and she was genuinely interested in this information, willing to spend that amount: "Alright, Mr. Emperor, may I ask if the paynt is still to be sent to the original address?"

"Not in a hurry," Hobert said; he wasn't short on money at the mont. "I'll ask you for it when I need it; perhaps I may need your assistance later, which could offset this debt."

Audrey nodded, "Alright."

Hobert then said to Alger, "I have one more request; I want to know about your subsequent exploration process."

"No problem."

Having settled the paynt, Hobert then said, "The second Law of Beyonder Characteristics is called the 'Law of Similar Sequence Beyonder Characteristics Conservation.' There are only so many Beyonder characteristics in the world; they won't increase or decrease."

The ancient hall fell silent again as Klein, Alger, and Audrey each had their own associations, and then these associations exploded, and they realized just how astonishing this information was.

Hobert added, "There's a saying in the Beyonder world: from the mont you consu a potion, you've already decided who your enemies are and who your friends are."
