'So that's how it is!' Raven's eyes flickered as he finally realized just how his Luck Manipulation truly worked.
First of all, the amount of percentage that he could manipulate with his Luck Energy. Those didn't show the current chances of things happening but instead the chances once he decided to manipulate them.
For instance, let's say the little puppy's barking from before. At the start, it showed that it had a 96% chance of barking, yet even after 5 minutes of waiting, it didn't.
And why was that? It was because that 96% chance only beca 96% if he used his Luck Enhancent, aning if he triggered the chances!
This ant no matter how high or low the chances of sothing happening were if he didn't use his Luck Energy they ant nothing!
Even if he saw that sothing had a 99.99% chance of happening, until he didn't activate his Luck Enhancent and alter that number even a tiny bit, the chances would not get triggered at all!
'Interesting.' Raven thought with a small grin.
At the start, he wondered why his ability was nad Luck Enhancent and not Chance Enhancent. After all, at first glance, he was manipulating the chances of given things happening. However, after thinking about a small while he realized that was not truly the case at all.
And it was because while luck happened unnoticed and one couldn't really react to it, ending up either as good luck or bad luck, chances happened under the sight of everyone, aning one could control it to a limited degree.
To put it simply, while luck is an accident chance is an incident. The forr cannot be controlled and is inevitable while the latter is optional, sothing that depends on how one uses it.
And exactly because of this why his ability was Luck Manipulation and not Chance Manipulation.
He could manipulate both his and others' luck in a way where they could end up being bad or good luck!
'The only downside is that I have to experience bad luck myself to increase my Luck Energy.' Raven sighed helplessly and shook his head just as he arrived before the large entrance of Old Dan's mansion.
'Well, I will figure sothing about it later. First, I have sothing more important to do.' Raven took a deep breath and took a step forward, entering the large garden of the mansion through the open gate.
For strangers, doing sothing like this without permission would imdiately result in grave consequences, but this was his ho so it was fine.

'Sigh...' closing his eyes when seeing the panel, Raven sighed and listened helplessly as the beautiful jade cup, which was Thomas' favorite, shattered into pieces on the ground.
However, as if not caring about what happened just now, Thomas took a step forward and with trembling hands held Raven's shoulder.
"Y-Y-Young Master Raven... Y-You... You are alive..."
Watching as tears began to flow down Thomas' cheeks Raven felt his heart clench in pain and smiled wryly.
"Yeah... I am."
"Thomas! What happened? What was that sound just... now?" suddenly, another figure was seen popping out from behind Thomas, who at this mont seed to struggle to keep his tears back but failed to do so.
And just like how Thomas did, this figure also froze up, disbelief visible within his trembling eyes.
Upon seeing the massive fra of this figure, Raven's smile turned even more bitter than before.
"...Dad. I am ho."

Sitting inside the living that seed to have not changed even a bit in the past 3 years, Raven, now in a fresh new and clean dress looked at the two figures in front of him, one sitting while the other one standing.
Of course, it was needless to say these two were his father, or at least the one on Earth, Old Dan, and Thomas, the butler who took care of him ever since he knew himself.
'They have changed a lot too.' Raven thought to himself as he examined both.
First of all, the biggest change was present in Old Dan. In the past, because of his Artifact, his body underwent a huge change, becoming extrely muscular. However, now that changed too.
If in the past he looked like a professional bodybuilder now he looked like a gorilla on human skin, looking both intimidating, handso, and fricking handso!
On the other hand, while Thomas looked exactly the sa as in the past, with the slight differences of a few scar marks on his face, neck, and arms, Raven could also see how he wore nurous jewels and accessories.
Bracelets, necklaces, earrings, stylish gloves, and even small piercings, ones that boosted his charm a lot.
'Relics, huh?' Raven didn't need a lot of ti to figure out why Thomas wore so many shiny things.
However, even all these changes were not what made Raven surprised the most, but instead their aura. The aura around them felt insanely imnse and strong, stronger than Paloma's.
'I wonder what their Rank truly is.' Raven pondered silently.
After all, if humans could reach an average of Rank 4 in just a single month, just how far were they able to go in three entire years?
Although a little nervous, Raven couldn't wait to find it out.
