Capítulo 923: Chapter 777: Let Go of My Grandpa

After the “Phoenix Elder Fairy” handed the “Fairy World Illustrated Journal” to Tang Qi, it seed to completely let go of its guard and fully revealed their plan.

“Are the two wise ones aware of the situation of our Fairy Clan?”

The old man with a bulbous nose spoke to Tang Qi and Rose in a childlike voice.

As for Dineola, she was still deeply engrossed in watching dramas, unable to extricate herself. Phoenix didn’t dare to disturb her, as in its perception, that would be akin to waking a dormant volcano.

Having completed the “fairy species data entry,” Rose heard the old man’s question. This academic-related query didn’t require much thought from her before she answered.

“The true Ancient Fairy Clan went extinct during the Dark Era. The current Fairy Clan is a collective term for all subspecies, and opposing you is the Demon Clan.”

“Based on statistical data involving the Fairy Clan and mysterious events, your situation indeed doesn’t look good.”

“Firstly, you have no singular divine to follow, nor a vast secret realm territory as a backing. Most subspecies are not particularly powerful, scattered worldwide, mostly captured as ‘prey,’ because of the precious bloodline power you have.”

“Take the Flower Fairy Clan for example, they have almost no combat power, but can produce supernaturally powered honey, pollen, etc., and are the favorite servant assistants for professions like Secret Alchemists.”

“Or like ‘Enia Silver Scale’ and ‘Keduo Red Eye,’ these rare fairies, although possessing strong combat power, due to their limited numbers, are frequently captured by so extraordinary forces…”

As Rose Madeline narrated, the fairies present, each with so sorrowful experiences, furrowed their faces, emitting an aura of sadness.

Rose wasn’t an unsympathetic scholar. Sensing the change in atmosphere, she quickly ceased narrating the fairy blood tear history and instead looked at the bulbous-nosed old man, offering a sincere suggestion.

“Since the Ancient Fairy Clan, you have always been victims of the ‘fairy trafficking chain.’ To escape this plight, you must have a ‘Fairy God,’ or like the Tilos Monster, possess a vast secret realm world.”

Despite the somber history being unveiled, the Phoenix Elder Fairy disguised in the bulbous-nosed old man’s human skin wasn’t fazed at all.

It bowed respectfully to Rose Madeline, then earnestly said: “Your wisdom is as vast as the starry sky, and this is exactly what we are about to do.”

“For countless ages, we have always been wandering, constantly being captured and trafficked by various Transcendents and forces, hunted and devoured by those fallen demons. Nurous ancestors and companions have wanted to change the tragic fate of our clan.”

As it spoke, it once again looked at the little fairy Willnas, its gaze compassionate and loving.

“The little one’s parents were just such mbers. Its mother sacrificed herself for this, while its father is still on that dangerous battlefield, fighting for the ideal of the Fairy Clan.”

“The Fairy Realm, our holand, the source of our bloodline, is being contested by so dark forces, as well as fallen demons; that legendary, incredibly beautiful, and peaceful world is facing destruction.”

“In the past, we were scattered around the world, and with no ‘key’ to enter the sealed realm, naturally, we couldn’t participate in the war.”

“But now it’s different. Starting not long ago, the Fairy Book has changed; every page has beco a ‘key,’ and we finally have the qualification to join the war, to drive the demons and dark forces out of the Fairy Realm.”

“That beautiful, peaceful universe belongs to us, the Fairy Clan, and we accept this ‘summoning’ and will complete it.”

The old man with a bulbous nose spoke with a calm voice, but each word resonated with a strong fighting spirit.

Even Dineola, imrsed in the “True Love Fable,” sensed sothing, raising her head amidst her busyness, casting an appreciative gaze towards the fairy with the phoenix bloodline in front of the ship.

Behind Phoenix, the fairy army as brilliant as the starry sky, every soldier was teary-eyed.

This included even the little fellow.

It stood on Tang Qi’s shoulder, suddenly finding the “Honey Amber” in its hand less fragrant. An indescribable warmth and inspiration filled its clear eyes, and the Ruby on its forehead began brewing vast magic power.

Within its bloodline, so brand-new inheritance information was erging, deepening its “Transformation Period.”

“A fine speech!”

Tang Qi thought to himself, then shifted his focus back to those few pages of the “Fairy Diagram Journal” being read by Rose. A quick glance before hadn’t revealed all fragnts.

This ti, he studied them till the end.

Indeed, as he continued from the previously seen fragnts, Tang Qi discovered more hidden secrets that even the present “Phoenix” didn’t know.

“The last Fairy King of the Fairy Realm, to promote to a Divine Position, participated in the Great Catastrophe… It unfortunately fell on the battlefield, injecting all its power into the ‘Fairy Diagram Journal’ before death.”

“The journal underwent unknown changes, gaining more power and authority. Not only does every page serve as a key to open the Fairy Realm, but the fairy corresponding to each page, as long as it holds the page, will gain a portion of the realm’s ownership.”

“The Fairy King intended to return the realm to all fairies, but it hadn’t anticipated that the author of the Fairy Book, Arthur Grace, hadn’t perished. He used so ans to beco the Demon King.”

“Arthur Grace sensed the changes in the ‘Fairy Book’ and attempted to summon the journal from afar, but was forcibly prevented by the dying Fairy King, who then cast the Fairy Book into the Origin Star, where it scattered due to unknown influences.”

“The fallen Arthur Grace, in order to obtain the journal and beco the new Fairy King, led the demon army to invade the realm, facing the residual fairy resistance, with so dark forces joining the war.”

“With the revival of the Spiritual Tide, so fairies who obtained journal fragnts one after another joined the war.”

“Eight fragnts correspond to the Flower Fairy, Butterfly Fairy, Kairos Mountain Demon, Prado Snow Fairy, Swamp Elf, Bubble Fairy, and other fairy subspecies. When they hold the pages, they can gain corresponding augntations and can open teleportation channels.”

As more and more information fragnts erged, Tang Qi’s mind whirled, quickly understanding what was happening in the current “Fairy Realm” and the origins of that war.

“Simply put, the last Fairy King’s efforts ended in failure, but before it fell, it didn’t arrange the transfer of authority properly.”

“Perhaps it was not possible to transfer at all, as the species involved in the Great Catastrophe were exterminated to an unknown extent, and the main forces of the Fairy Clan probably perished in that war.”

“The consequence of this is: the original author of the ‘Fairy Book’, Arthur Grace, who was exiled by the Fairy King, staged a revenge return. He transford from a human to a demon and led an army into the Fairy Realm.”

“And the last hope for the fairies, ironically, turned into the ‘Fairy Book’ they feared and loathed?”

Tang Qi soothed the inexplicably excited little guy and turned his gaze back to Phoenix.

“So, you want to gather more and more book pages and have all the fairies participate in the war together?”

“Yes, sir.”

The wine-nosed old man replied in a childish voice.

Tang Qi then looked at the other fairies, including the Odin Grey Elf whom he categorized as a “naughty child.” Most of these fairies had experiences of wandering, hiding, or trauma, and now, united by a common goal, their eyes were unprecedentedly firm.

Although their ranks seed sowhat disorganized, lacking that solemn and iron-blooded aura, the pure fervor of battle was overflowing.

The eyes of the fairies, for the most part, were as pure as gemstones; they were Nature’s favored children.

Even in their intense desire to join the war, they retained that innocence.

eting the gazes of these fairies, Tang Qi pondered for half a second, a peculiar curvature appearing at the corner of his mouth.

Suddenly, he snapped his fingers, and behind him, in this mysterious area, another “starry sky” erged.

Yet the stars within this sky were not twinkling starlight, but a heavenly firelight, exuding a destructive aura as if it intended to incinerate everything.

Beside Tang Qi, Rose and Dineola simultaneously looked up, their eyes filled with amazent.

“Molten Furnace Legion!”

Dineola finally showed signs of erging from the True Love Fable, a strong yearning showing in her eyes.

As a believer of the God of Torture and War, Vesta, and a princess of the Nar Clan, she was a well-known war enthusiast.

If not for her reason suppressing her, she would have already started gathering her loyal troops, and then had Tang Qi summon the Molten Furnace Legion that once shook the entire Extraordinary World, intending to arrange a rendezvous battle between the two sides.

Rose and Dineola managed to maintain their composure, while the fairies experiencing the “Molten Furnace Legion” for the first ti, except for a few legendary-level subspecies, all scread in terror, plunging the scene into chaos.

Tang Qi witnessed this scene and had no intention of retracting.

Instead, he took a sudden step forward, releasing without reservation the aura of the Molten Furnace Witch King.

At this mont, Tang Qi was like a towering “Molten Furnace War God,” looking down with a blatant look of contempt on the fairy army that was falling into chaos and seed on the verge of collapse.

“I haven’t even summoned the actual Molten Furnace Legion, just the aura, and you are like a pitiful, fragile flock of lambs, screaming for collapse and escape.”

“If that’s the case, what right do you have to take the little guy away to participate in the so-called ‘Fairy War’, just to rush to your deaths that much faster?”

“If the entire Fairy Clan is this weak, being captured, hunted, and sold is nothing but an unavoidable fate, and you can’t possibly reclaim the Fairy Realm.”

The words that made the fairies extrely angry ca from Tang Qi’s mouth.

What was even more unacceptable for them happened in the next mont.

After overwhelming the fairies with his aura, Tang Qi suddenly scoffed in disdain, reaching out to grab the Phoenix Fairy, whom the fairies regarded as their “grandfather.”

Tang Qi held the weak, small wine-nosed old man before him, with molten furnace flas forming a giant mouth as if to devour everything, aid at him.

“You all…”

Just as Tang Qi was about to continue mocking, unexpectedly, at that mont, eight beams of starlight shot towards him.

The first voice to enter his ears was, surprisingly, not that of the naughty child, but of the always well-behaved “Enia Silver Scale.”

This chubby, comical Silver Dragon Fairy aid its large nostrils at Tang Qi, rapidly flapping its small wings, transforming into a silver light barreling towards him, all the while shouting loudly:

“You vile human, let go of my grandfather.”
