Chapter 888: Chapter 746: The Sacrificed lter Wizards
In Doro City, a truly haunted mansion housed more than thirty ghosts. They relentlessly slaughtered innocent lives, adding new specters. Without the intervention of a powerful Transcendent or so other change, this place would beco a forbidden zone for humans. Until just a mont ago, in a seemingly ordinary second, a pitch-black candle inside the villa, which had long dried out, suddenly lit up.
In the Wodun Swamp Area, a giant bird with a ferocious appearance yet having a pair of eyes that looked stupid and adorable, was lowering its head, preparing to peck at a lone swamp crocodile hatchling. But its movent froze without warning, and its clumsy eyes began to turn profoundly deep.
In the Saint Odoza Mountains, a horrific murder had just occurred. A robust black-haired young killer with a pale, sickly complexion was whistling while driving, disposing of bodies. Suddenly, with a “thud,” a round object was thrown out, rolling towards a dense, dark ravine. Accompanied by an inconspicuous ghost light, the severed head silently leaped back into the back seat of the small car, red light surging within its bloodied eye sockets.
…
“The choices are getting increasingly casual, and with so many nodes, it’s hard to resist squandering.”
In a blink, his mind returned, and Tang Qi engaged in self-mockery.
This ti, he didn’t observe Leon’s progress. Compared to the abnormal-minded Klaus and the young Aili, Leon seed more trustworthy, although given he encountered a bunch of nuns as soon as he took a ride, his reliability was sowhat limited.
However, Tang Qi’s plan to expand nodes closely followed the summoning of the Molten Furnace Legion, leaving him with little free ti.
He sent a trace of his mind to admire everything in “Lori State,” while the rest controlled the fourth Divine Tentacle, reaching straight for Basque State.
With “Sin City” as the capital, the public sentint in Basque State was naturally extraordinary. Although its surface appearance was luxurious, unlike so Southern states known for their ferocity, behind the scenes, Basque State was indeed a hotbed of chaos and evil.
For this reason, the choice of nodes in this state was much more deliberate.
Tang Qi, with a highly targeted approach, controlled the surviving dozen or so Dream Lines, evenly rooting them in all regions of the state.
Sin City, at the newly completed tallest building “Great Thief Tower,” its top fitted with high-power searchlights yet to be powered, suddenly lit up without warning. A gigantic yet fleeting pattern was projected into the neon-lit night sky, bizarre and maddening.
In the northern part of Sin City, a motorcycle stunt show that ended in a horrifying accident just concluded. Danny Trejo, once a hopeful seed player, got gravely injured in the race, turning into a twisted heap of flesh. As he was being sent to the hospital, nobody noticed the unusually intense flas from his nearly scrapped motorcycle.
In the suburbs of Jita City, on the “Highway 48” known as the busiest road, a century-old sign was on the brink of collapsing from decay. At that mont, a radiance flashed, and it moved as if sprouting invisible legs, pulling itself from the ground and starting to traverse the roadside in an imperceptible manner.
In Stein City, Hodgins, demoted from the FBI headquarters to the local police station, a legendary detective known for repeatedly solving cases miraculously, was placing his favorite “miniature model” on his desk. As he turned to organize docunts, a girl model inside suddenly ca to life.
In Neia City, a city brimming with many eerie legends, tales, including but not limited to Devils, Blood Clan, Werewolves, Witches… almost to the point of being called the Federation Strange Tales Museum, the local public junior high school was holding an event to open the “Ti Capsule” buried years ago. A middle-aged man with an utterly disheartened look opened his capsule containing his childhood’s aningless dreams.
…
“Next!”
Watching the dozen or so nodes lit up again in his eyes, witnessing the various bizarre scenes flashing within, Tang Qi, as usual, split a trace of his mind to admire, then controlled a new Divine Tentacle, following his avatar No.2 Tang Qi, heading to the next state.
Expand nodes!
Summon the Molten Furnace Legion!
The two plans executed respectively by the body and the avatar ford a wonderful fusion.
Gradually, as the Fool’s Ship carrying No.2 Tang Qi continued to shuttle through, the vast Divine Eagle Federation unveiled before Tang Qi’s eyes, bit by bit, from an unprecedented angle.
Apart from the “Knova Island State” and so other overseas territories, the Federation encompasses nearly sixty states in total.
Undoubtedly, this is an imnsely vast land, occupying almost ninety percent of the New Continent.
Any Transcendent, whether “Legendary Level” or “Demigod Level,” wouldn’t dare claim complete understanding of the Federation, not even most Divines.
The Origin Star is special.
So is the “New Continent,” part of the Origin Star.
Without considering other factors, just constantly traveling, would make traversing the entire Divine Eagle Federation not difficult.
But doing just that cannot be called “All-Knowing.”
And at this mont, for Tang Qi, it was entirely different.
He transford into a Dream Master, his eyes flickering with Starlight, each representing a “node” being lit, equivalent to a city or a region, all under Tang Qi’s watch.
As the Molten Furnace Legion continued to gather, Tang Qi was wholly imrsed in an exceptionally unique State.
He, no, it should be said He seemingly possessed the powers of the All-knowing and All-powerful, gradually shrinking the entire Divine Eagle Federation, making every detail apparent before him.
“If I wish, I can erase any city in an instant, leaving no trace.”
“I can lt the icebergs in the extre north, drowning much of the northern federation.”
“I can shatter the protections of all Extraordinary Secret Realms within the Federation, including the ‘Tilos Secret Realm,’ the ‘Fairy Secret Realm,’ and the ‘Demon Secret Realm,’ lifting the territorial restraints of vast Extraordinary Creatures, exposing the Extraordinary World to billions of Federation citizens overnight.”
“I can imdiately draw all the Extraordinary Creatures captured at the lit ‘nodes’ into the kingdom, devour them completely, and shift my camp to beco a Dominator Level Evil God?”
“Can I erase any life within the Federation in a single mont if I wish?”
…
Temporarily transford into a “Dream Master,” Tang Qi found so dangerous signs appearing before him.
As the “Control Center,” the image of “Chaos Mushrooms” growing, which had been kept at bay and cleansed of Pollution by the persistent efforts of his lter Wizard followers like White rlin, began to appear again.
This scene revealed a truth. Despite being briefly a Dream Master, Tang Qi realized that he was far from being a God.
Even the slightest oversight could lead to a shift in allegiance.
“Choose more randomly, there are always too many nodes, it’s hard to resist squandering.”
His mind montarily clear, Tang Qi quickly regained his composure.
With no ti for self-reflection, he focused again as nurous “Guiding Starlights” blinked in and out before his mind, their commotion instantly capturing his attention.
“Hmm?”
It took less than half a second for Tang Qi to see, within an incredibly short span of Ti, dozens of new pieces of Guiding Starlight sparking in his vision, stealing his Mind for an instant.
“When had it ever co to this? lter Wizards sacrificing an Evil God, when all along it’s been the other way around?”
