Chapter 850: Chapter 715: New Pope (Part 2)

All the Transcendents who ca for the bounty task, thinking they could take advantage, simultaneously felt regret in their hearts. They fell into silence, eyes wide and mouths agape, their faces displaying intense terror as they gazed at the monsters spread across the Huntington Mountains.

In the nihility night sky, atop the Fool’s Ship within the moonlight, forty Molten Furnace Wizards looked down with complex and conflicted gazes at the seemingly endless number of monsters below, impossible to count in a short ti.

“So many, we… can’t eat them all, can we?”

Klaus Lovic gestured to his stomach, saying helplessly, not realizing how arrogant his words sounded.

As Molten Furnace Wizards, discerning whether a monster can be sacrificed is a basic skill. At this mont, the monsters charging out from the flesh cocoons, though not all can be sacrificed, occupy a high proportion in the eyes of the Wizards.

The “scrap” for forming the Divine Body, is extrely delicious food for the newly born forty Molten Furnace Wizards.

As the Wizards were caught in a dilemma, the war truly erupted at an incredible speed.

No so-called buildup, no shouting between camps, or anything else.

Neither the Horror Devourers nor the Bright Church considered those Transcendents or organizations peering at the battlefield as participants. It seed like both sides had entered into a mortal struggle since the bounty was first released.

But before this, those struggles were in the dark, unseen by all the Federation’s Transcendents.

But now, a huge change occurred.

On the Fool’s Ship, Tang Qi stood, his gaze seemingly able to penetrate all obstacles, comprehending everything happening throughout the Divine Eagle Federation, and even across the Origin Star.

With a thought, light and shadow erged, split, and in a blink condensed into dozens of “Light Mirrors”, surrounding the Fool’s Ship floating within the moonlight.

In the Light Mirrors, unbelievable, brutally real war scenes erupted in various places across the Federation:

In front of Aili, within a Light Mirror.

It seed to be a small town in the Federation, in the pitch-black nightfall, wriggling shadows swept out from distant mountains toward the sleeping townsfolk. The lone Church’s decrepit doors suddenly opened, and a row of armored knights silently t them.

Behind the knights, priest and nuns chanted scriptures, and the holy light points filled the town, making the residents’ sleep more peaceful.

Outside the town, in the darkness where Aili focused completely, a sudden roar erupted, and a large rotten wolf head lunged out, the abrupt change eliciting a scream from Aili, her complexion dramatically changing as the giant wolf bit straight through the first knight’s body, warm blood, shattered organs, and hot guts seemingly flying to splash on her face.

At the sa mont, Annie Fox’s body trembled slightly, her gun Curios instantly appearing in her hand, and before her, a scene of earthly purgatory was unfolding.

In a small village nestled in the mountains, nurous giants ten ters tall, ford by stitching rotten flesh pieces, arms, and legs, rampaged through the village, grabbing the escaping and hiding humans with nurous arms, either directly stuffing them into their mouths or squeezing them for juice, or skewering them on sharp fingertips, they were feeding while people wailed.

Above the giants, one by one, Bandaged n split their crimson mouths, laughing uproariously.

Klaus Lovic pursed his lips and clenched his fists tightly, in front of him within a Light Mirror.

A small city was undergoing riots as its local Church was breached by thousands of zombies; the knights, nuns were devoured, so summoned Transcendents joined the fight, others fled, helicopters frequently roared away from the town carrying nobly dressed nobles and rich individuals.

On the ground, residents desperately and fearfully fled.

Happy Fisher’s eyes bulged, his thick flesh shivering, the explosive aura that transford him seed ready to erupt at any mont, before him in the Light Mirror, the Light Army was clashing with another rotting monster army led by Bandaged n.

A torrent-like collision occurred; he witnessed a massive cot-like Poison Liquid Bomb being blocked by the Light Army, splattering onto a distant village, whose thin Protective Shield could not withstand an attack deadly enough to poison hundreds of Transcendents.

In an instant, the village evaporated.

The residents, who were in peaceful slumber, didn’t even have ti to make a sound.

In just a few breaths, the atmosphere on the Fool’s Ship beca increasingly heavy and dreadful for Tang Qi.

Tang Qi’s gaze was also fixed on those Light Mirrors.

His expression imdiately turned solemn, his eyes reflecting a hint of anger.

But at the sa ti, a sense of helplessness.

His sowhat oppressed voice suddenly resonated in the minds of all the Molten Furnace Wizards.

“A New Era is beginning, the shadow of the Dark Era will once again envelop the Origin Star.”

“Since the followers of Light have deliberately chosen this thod as the start, to create a stage effect, I, the Deceiver who is despised by Light, destined to peel off my skin and repent thirty thousand tis, will also step onto the stage as an important supporting character.”

“Boom!”

As they listened to each word uttered by the leader, it was as if dormant embers within the forty Molten Furnace Wizards ignited entirely, a difficult-to-describe hot-bloodedness and excitent filled their minds.

Tang Qi’s words seed like the opening narration of a grand stage.

Jiatai City!

Huntington Mountain!

This “Main Stage” under the spotlight of the Extraordinary World, the various Light Barriers silently dissolved, and holy light points sprinkled across Jiatai City, and at this mont, the city’s millions of inhabitants all beca “tools”.

In an instant, they fell into slumber, and in their peaceful dreams, they piously kneeled, hands holding an invisible “New Holy Era Book”, and began chanting.

The sacred, solemn sound was akin to the grandest stage background sound in history.

Countless intense Holy Lights burst from the ground.

Effortlessly, the Bright Kingdom was reopened.

Nurous translucent, holy “Heroic Spirit” phantoms descended from the kingdom, in an instant, the yet unseen Light Army of Jiatai City appeared before the Huntington Mountains, the purgatory atmosphere crushed.

Every Bright Knight, Heavy Armor Soldier, Warrior… they all received a Heroic Spirit possession, seemingly ford from pure Holy Light.

The powerful atmosphere made the earth tremble.

“This is absolutely the most powerful Transcendent Army ever!”

The Transcendents who were about to scatter and flee, gathered and cheered loudly.

And then, they all felt sothing, lifting their heads high as if gazing upon sothing.

They witnessed, within the infinite Holy Light, amidst angels and Heroic Spirits flying, a majestic and sacred figure descending slowly. In its left hand, it held a road staff engraved with mysterious symbols, and in its right, a Judgnt Sword, with a noble, pure Golden Balance in front.

All the Transcendents instantly recognized it.

Guidance, Judgent, and Judgent Angel!

Charles I!

“Is He the main character this ti?”

The thought just rose in the Transcendents’ hearts when suddenly, a strange figure appeared in the void.

Pure Holy Light illuminated everything, yet at this mont, unbelievably, every Transcendent’s mind pictured that figure.

It was a perfect, alluring man!

He wore garnts that seed familiar to everyone, identical to those of Charles I.

Even within the Bright Church, only one role of people could wear such attire.

It was a complex, ornate golden vestnt robe, blood-red gloves and shoes, his ten fingers adorned with rings inlaid with various gemstones, and on his head was a Light Crown seemingly composed of innurable different material crowns, inlaid with gemstones, gold, symbolic of the supre Light Authority.

“The new Pope!”

Everyone understood, the true protagonist had appeared.

This was the initial stage appearance of the new Pope, who the Lord of Light deed the herald of the New Era, the only protagonist leading the Bright Church to regain Radiance.
